Updated version is perfect

When I received my original roller, I was moderately satisfied. It worked great on my foot and reduced the tension I hate. My only complaint was that the non-slip feet all fell off in a week. I emailed TheraFlow about this and discussed my only complaint with Michelle. She explained that they were working on a new version with improved non slip feet and would send me one free of charge when they were available. The new one just arrived today and the new version is definitely improved. Instead of 4 small round pads, the new version has long strips that seem to hold on better. Very happy with the new product and thier customer service is excellent.

Better than a roller dumbel, or ball, style massager!

I developed plantar fasciitis, and it got bad enough that I needed surgery. The doctor recommended massage to break up scar tissue. It's annoying to rub your own feet, so I looked for a simple massager. I found this, and I love it. Rolling my foot back and forth helps relieve the soreness, and definitely helps with my recovery. This thing is excellent especially for the price. It is small, but stands up to the use I give it. The size makes it easy to tuck away when not in use. It is cleanable, and stays where I put it. Only knock is that one of the neoprene non-slip pads came off one end pretty quickly. Easily replaced.

Great! I love this for my aching plantar fasciitis feet!

This thing is awesome! I started a serious work out routine in May 2016. I was going strong...working out 5x/week, watching what I ate...I lost 20 lbs! But all my burpies, jumping jacks, etc in cheap shoes led to the utter destruction of my feet. In Feb 2017 I was diagnosed with "plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, and probably a mess of other things." I started physical therapy and bought expensive shoes. Walking was painful. My feet hurt in the morning when I woke up and ached all day. Walking was painful. By July I was a bit better, 2nd trimester pregnant, and I quit therapy. I started trying to exercise again mid January 2018 (when I was finally mostly healed from my C-section) and it all came back in a hurry (not as bad as it was before but enough to scare me). I ordered this for super cheap and I LOVE it. It's great for deep tissue massage (but heed their warning...5 minutes max at a time!). Pair that with stretching (lots of stretching), supportive shoes, and an air of caution and my feet don't kill me. Good luck to any one else struggling with this. The faster you start treating your symptoms the faster you heal. DO not just "grin and bear it".

magic bullet

I thought I was getting a stress fracture in my foot. I stepped on this and moved my foot back and forth and I could hear all the little joints in my foot cracking and relaxing. A week of doing this and icing my foot and I am no longer worried about continuing to train for some marathons! I am healed!

It super easy to use and by using it maybe once ...

This little gadget is heavenly! I've been suffering from chronic pain on my right foot and I couldn't figure out what was happening. I'm a server and I tend to work 5-10 hr shifts and since I've been using it my pain has steadily decreased. It super easy to use and by using it maybe once or twice a day for a few minutes I can guarantee no plantar fasciitis pain.

Pretty impressive

So far so good. read the reviews so I decided to give it a try. my feet have been hurting in the mornings when I get up. I have worn work boots for 16 years that had 1 inch heals and then got a new position where I didn't need them anymore and after a few months my feet started hurting. I used the roller I got yesterday and already feel better. They are a little sore, but I could feel all the knots in my feet releasing, its like getting a deep tissue massage on your shoulder or something, I'm very impressed that something so simple works this good, hopefully this works and helps my feet so I don't cringe when I get out of bed

Fast results!

Amazing results! For the last 2-3 months, I have been suffering from Plantar Fascitis in my left foot. It is especially painful in the morning when I wake up and whenever I sit down for long periods of time. There have been times when I have been in so much agony that I could barely walk and would have to limp down the hallways at work or miss my commuter train because there was no way I could put any more pressure on my left foot. I've done dorsal flexes, cold compresses, rolling cans under my feet and nothing worked. I happen to mention my PF to a friend and they told me about this roller and how much it had helped them, along with wearing special socks geared at those who suffer from PF. My roller was delivered yesterday (still waiting on the socks) so I decided to give it a try while I was working on my computer. Just rolling back and forth over my heel and arch. I did it mindlessly off and on for a few hours and honestly didn't really pay a great deal of attention to how it was feeling. This morning I got out of bed and walked into the bathroom and then it hit me---I wasn't feeling my normal crippling pain and I was walking upright and not in my hunched over Fred Sanford posture dragging my left foot along!!! The only thing I did differently is used this roller. For the first time in months, I feel normal again. I know it's probably too soon to have written a review but I want anyone who is thinking of buying this product to know that it worked for me and it did so quickly. I am so happy and hopeful after fearing that this was just going to be a lifelong chronic condition. I was skeptical of the price because there are much more expensive products to be had but this one is the real deal.

Liked this one better, worked better

I recommend this one over the super large ones. But I don't sit in a chair when using this...if you just want to sit and roll fot without doing anything else then go ahead and but the large one but that is not me. Your foot has more flexibility only with the single ones, it can bend around it, and it can get to more muscles that the large one cannot.

Small but big impact

I can’t say enough about this product. I’ve had it for two weeks and it has made such a positive difference in my life. Before it arrived my feet were hurting every day. I tried using a frozen water bottle, elevation, and OTC pain meds. Little relief came from those methods. I started using my foot massager roller in the mornings and at night. After several days the pain was better and now it’s gone. It’s small enough to carry with me. So I toss it in my purse and take it to work. I haven’t had to use it but I like having it just in case. The seller contacted me prior to my shipment to send a reflexology chart, a bonus ebook on healing your feet, and a list of FAQ’s. She also asked if I had any questions. I’ve learned so much about reflexology. This company has stellar customer service, and I’ve already told many people about this miracle foot roller. The cost is a small price to pay for relief from plantar fasciitis. I’ve cancelled my doctor’s appointment. All I need is my foot roller.😃
