Easy to install, works great

I like the plastic seat and the coating around the chain. My daughter, 11 years old, asked for a swing and helped pick it out. We choose this one over other swings with a wooden seat because down here in the SW the sun just eats away at exposed wood, even when it is coated. The swing is secured to the tree branch using straps we bought on Amazon, but you can use just about any durable rope or nylon strap.

Awesome swing for kids and adults!

I talked my father out of buying a hard, wooden plank-style swing in favor of this one. He was afraid that it would constrict the kids too much because of wrapping around them. I told him that all the playgrounds use this style swing, and that the wrapping just holds the kids more securely. This one is high quality, sturdy, looks like it will last a long time, and is comfortable for the kids (4 and 5). I sat in it too, and it was comfortable for me as a full grown, average sized adult. The plastic on the chain goes plenty high to avoid any problems with hair or fingers getting caught between links. All in all, a great purchase.

Public-playground worthy.

Unless they still want to swing when they are on spring break from college, this swing is much heavier duty than my two grandkids will ever need.

Great quality swing!

I bought this swing for my two daughters ages 3 and 1. (Their birthdays are coming up soon.) We have the swing attached to our pergola on the back patio. We live on an island in Japan, so during the Summer we will have typhoons/cyclones. We needed something we can take down just in case, so figured this was the best option. I weigh 230-237 lbs and it holds my weight without any issues. My husband is around 190 lbs. Our oldest daughter is around 30-34 lbs and the youngest is 20 lbs. the shipping was fast, it still says that my order is on its way but I received it within 1 week of ordering it. Overall this is a great product. We just received it yesterday so I will update if anything changes.

Weight limit advertised is incorrect.

I love these replacement swings. I bought one to try it out and later ordered 2 more. The only issue I have is that the Amazon description states these swings hold 300 lbs. However, I received instructions from the manufacturer that states the weight limit is 250 lbs.

Excellent Quality

I am quite happy with these. We have large wooden playset that needed replacement swings. I wanted to replace them with something heavy duty and with coated chains closer to the seat to prevent chain pinches. These were a perfect fit! They are nicely coated to prevent chains from pinching when kids are doin goofy things on the swings. The seats are wide and flexible. My mom butt fits comfortably and can swing with them. Nice long chains for correct height adjustment, which was important to us because our set is fairly tall. The seats are a nice bright shade as well. The carabiners that attach the chains of these set are very nice and close and lock closed to prevent mishaps. Kids are rough on play equipment, but I have no doubt these eats will be around long after their playset. These swings are better quality than other prices swings I have seen in person. My only regret is that I only bought 2 instead of 3.

Great purchase

The playset we bought for our son only had these hard plastic seats which he's not steady enough to use (but has outgrown the baby seats) so we bought this seat because it hugs him tight and gives him a feeling of stability. Works great and he enjoys his swings again! Very sturdy and the chain (and the plastic coating which I insisted on) is very sturdy and well made and the plastic seat is extremely thick and seems as if it will weather well.

Sturdy product. I like the fact it is reversible

Sturdy product. I like the fact it is reversible. Chains are long also. I used the swing-n-slide product on the swing on the right. This swing is much longer. Do yourself a favor and buy the easy 123 brackets if you are building a wooden one.

Great swing

Very happy with this purchase. It came in the mail quickly as summer starting. Our old swing had cracked and this is a perfect replacement. I appreciate the rubber coating on the chains and the carabiner connections at the top make it very easy and quickly to hook up to my existing swingset. Survived a year and a half with five kids and still looks new

This swing has been hanging in our backyard for nearly a year and a half. We have five active kids who use it often. They stand in it, jump on it...they are rough. This swing still looks new. The coating on the chain hasn’t come off at all. I would highly recommend this swing! It comes with the hardware to hang it for a great price.
