These have gotten good reviews :-D Perfect if you have a teenager you're teaching to drive and you want to give other drivers a fair warning :) It really is helpful though so they don't think the person driving is being a jerk - they know they are just learning.

Great for metal body cars.

Got these because we have a new driver. She will be primarily driving husbands motor city metal, which is good because the magnets seem stick great to motor city metal. Will need to place in rear window of the mom-mobile, as it is not motor city metal and they don't stick too well to plastic. Haven't had a chance to test drive them yet, but will update post if needed.

Easy to attach to car and take off

Love these magnets that go on the car. My daughter just started driving and I noticed a lot more people were tailgating her, once I put these on the car, the cars have stopped tailgating her. Easy to put on and take off. Worth the investment once your child starts driving.

My Daughter Won't Drive Without Them Now!

This was such a great purchase that I ordered another set for a friend! A woman began aggressively approaching my daughter on a single lane road and was presumably upset that my daughter was going the posted speed limit and not the usual 10mph over the limit that most people drive on that road. As soon as she read the sign, she backed off and kept her distance. They've helped so much that my daughter doesn't like to practice driving unless they're on the car.

Sticks great on the back of our Subaru and definitely lets other drivers know there's a learner behind the wheel. Good product, good value and definitely worth it to keep your kiddo safe from the annoyance of others who may be in a bit of a rush. It's always refreshing to know that others are generally pretty patient when they know there's a good reason the driver in front may be going a little slow and taking junctions very cautiously. Also like the knowing smiles from others as I sit there in the passenger seat gritting my teeth :-)

OMG

Took my 15 year old driving for the first time and was surprised to find out how impatient people are on the road!!! People were honking and giving us crazy looks. I didn't know how I was going to teach her.. (we live in Los Angeles) I immediately ordered these and it was like everyone on the road was aware and helping us. No honking, stares (except to give us thumbs up :) I felt so much better knowing drivers behind us knew she was a new driver, Maybe it's mental but I felt so at ease with these and so did she.... Now I know we'll get through this for the next 6 months LOL... I will be passing these on to other new drivers in the family once we're done... and maybe even do a prank or two with my friends.....

Great product

So, we had two teenagers who started learning to drive at the same time. These magnetic signs are a light-hearted warning to other drivers that they are tailgating a beginner - and that I am in the passenger seat. Very visible. Stay on well, and easily removed. We found that other drivers immediately gave our kids more room on the road when these signs were on the car. Great idea.

If It Doesn't Stick, Find Other Locations

The signs are designed with a good sense of humor. They are well-made and sticks well on the car (where it is magnetic, more on that later). In order to fit the humor, the words are smaller than those that just say "student driver" (effective, but unfortunately boring). The sign make it up with high contrast letters, and common caution tape design, so I think it is effective. Now, a number of other reviewers complain that the magnet does not stick at all. I might know what happened, because it happened to me, too. I was planning to place the sign on the back of the car, but my Prius was mostly plastic so that didn't work. Bumpers are all plastic, too! I ended up placing them on the side, where here is some good steel for safety reasons. They stick well when I place them in the right places. Anyway, I would fully recommend these. They can also be funny gifts (hint hint).

Do the Job

I actually think these could be larger as it's clear that some distracted drivers don't see them. Other than that they work great and I've no complaints. They stick on the car and the yellow color 'should' be very noticeable. Maybe with the next kid we'll also get one of those car toppers that flash. The humor is cute and the magnets are holding up to sun, rain, and wind.

These magnets are great! I feel like they really work. People will come flying up behind my 16 year daughter who is driving the speed limit. Then they must read the magnet because then they back right off. I think most people are sympathetic to new drivers (and their parents too). Great purchase! Well worth the money for a three pack.
