We just moved into a house where there was some old urine dog stains left from the previous people, and I went looking for the best product to remove it. There was a spot on our landing that was particularly bad, the entire landing was covered with old urine and the odor was horrible. It did take a lot, I probably ended up using 2 gallons of this stuff on it over the course of probably 3 weeks, but it worked. There is NO trace left, and urine destroyer saved me from having to recarpet the area. I also have 3 dogs myself, and my beagle was nervous when we first moved in (was a 1000 mile move) and had an accident when we first arrived and it works even better on fresh spots. I will say it can take up to 2 applications to fully work, but it does work to completely remove the stain/odor. You must be very generous with this stuff, and it works best to pour it onto the spot, not spray it. Do not judge whether it's worked or not until it is COMPLETELY dry, and not just the carpet, but the padding. You really need to give it a full week to 2 weeks to insure the padding has dried depending on how big the area is. While it was drying I did still smell the odor, and once it was completely dry that odor was gone, so keep that in mind. As a dog owner I am thrilled with the product, and I hope Amazon will continue to have it on prime.

Life saver!

This stuff has saved our kids mattresses! Before having cover for our kids mattresses our kids had accidents durbig potty training that we had tried everything to remove the stains but this is the only stuff that made it possible!

Stain Clean up with a Fresh Scent

We have a nervous cat who marks around the house. This stuff helps with the stain cleanup and the smell removal. I was surprised by the "fresh" scent; I expected a Clorox product to smell very chemically. We have a charcoal gray rug that I turned over to move it out of the way of freshly painted furniture. On the back side of the rug, I discovered an old yellow ring from prior marking we did not know about. I sprayed the back of the rug, intending to spray the top side later. I doused the rug with a good amount of this. 20 minutes later, I went to scrub and the yellow ring was completely GONE!!! I was amazed. There was no more smell and no more yellow. Definitely a success!

This product is SUPERB !!!

I have 20 cats, yepp, 20 cats. Most of them were rescues, house cats that people threw out after Superstorm Sandy hit Long Island. I found them totally traumatized, pregnant and sick. I took them in and brought them back to good health. I NEEDED a product like this to clean the litter boxes and around the house. Take it from me, THIS PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! Leaves a fresh, delicate, clean scent behind and cleans absolutely superb. I cannot tell you how much I love this product. Thank you Clorox for this superb product. As always, leave it up to Clorox to come up with great products.

This product is amazing! I was skeptical but after trying to clean a mattress that the protector failed, I am definitely a believer! If the stain is old you may have to repeat the application but it will work. The mattress is clean and smell free! Highly recommend it!

Will def. purchase again!

Does what it says it'll do. Works great on my carpet when my puppy has an accident. Our cat was sick at one point and had some accidents as well (we all know how cat pee smells) and it worked wonders. If my puppy goes on a bath mat I will throw the mats in the washer with detergent and poor a bit of this in with it and it makes a world of difference than only using detergent.

It really does cut the smell of urine. Unfortunately, my dad suffers from dementia and often makes quite a mess in the bathroom that I must clean up. This causes that urine smell to completely dissipate.
