Seems very well made with a nice heft and balance. Very attractive when held in hand. Arrived just today but happened to have a new loaf of allmeal home made bread just baked. Couldn't have sliced more easily and efficiently

Received today and was very pleased! Very well made knife, both in weight and performance. Used it on an a hard roll, hard boiled egg and a fresh tomato - cut perfect on all three. Homemade bread tonight - confident it will work perfectly!
