I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and I’m 5’ so getting extra handles was important to me especially because my mom who’s 4’10” struggled to get into my Jeep. They did not come with instructions and one of my front grab bars looked damaged. They do not come with instructions ! So I went online and printed out instructions from a different manufacturer and used that! Will include instructions In pictures. You have to take out your bolts that are already in the car and you need a ratchet set which is not included with the Allen keys! ** VISOR DOES CLEAR THE GRAB BARS IF YOU INSTALL CORRECTLY!! **. They are supposed to go in on a slight angle if you do not tighten the top screw first.. if you do you are probably stripping the bottom screw to get it in. The bottom screw needs to go in first second but only after the top screw is only screwed in 3-4 turns..: then you put the bottom screw in and make sure it is threaded correctly ! Visors do clear if installed properly! Hope this helps and I recommend buying from this company if you have prime! They came in within 2 days and besides the one grab bar being a little messed up it was fine to install and they look great !

I wanted grab bars to assist getting into my new lifted wrangler. Grab handles just don't cut it. I was going to spend 100 bucks and figured I should check for some knock offs first. I installed these in no time using blue loktite helped grease the threads to make it easy to screw in and will hold them tight without making it to hard to remove. These are great and seem heavy duty I was surprised by the weight. As many have stated you can rock your rig with these and I'm very happy with them. Paying 32 bucks vs 100 for a piece of metal is a no brainier.

Instructions would be nice, but there is a youtube video. Rear handle goes towards the front of the vehicle. Fit my 2013 JK very good. Solid feel. 30 minutes to install all four handles. This order came with all four handles although the description was confusing as is said one pair each. So to be clear, it was all four for ~ $65.

Installed a set of red handles in a 2016 2-door Rubicon Hard Rock. Even tho my interior is black, I have 2 red fire extinguishers mounted in the rear, so I went with these red grab handles for a little color. Plus it's a Hard Rock and matches well with the red Hard Rock accents. As far as the install... for me, the passenger side went on easy, but driver side was a 15 minute fight with the longer horizontal bolt and trying to get it started. The rearview mirror cabling ran right over the bolt hole and was a bit tedious getting it to stay out of the way. Online tips also indicate to chase the treads before starting the assembly, which I did. I also found it easier installing, by getting the shorter vertical bolt started first. Once all done and tightened down, they are extremely strong, a 200+ pound person could hang off these and they won't move. Great build quality, but can be a bit aggravating if a bolt doesn't line up perfectly.

I started with the left front grip and it was a bit difficult to install. I finally figured out that by installing the long screw first and just twisting a couple of turns, then installing the short screw just to get it started, then alternating between the two until both are nice and snug. The first one took me about 30 minutes to install. The second one took me about 5 minutes, since figuring it out. The rear grips were a snap.

I LOVE these handles. They are sturdy, and out of the way. The only thing I absolutely hated was that they did not come with instructions... It would have taken way less time to install if I had instructions. Don't get me wrong, it's not rocket science. The rear handles are a breeze. But those front handles, they took longer than I anticipated. They are still a great buy for the price, but just be aware it may take you longer than 30 minutes. Lol.

I took a chance and ordered these off brand grab bars. So far I'm very please with the purchase. They arrived in a small box, that is surprisongly heavy. The bars are solid stock with a black powder coat finish. Installation was easy, just take your time and keep both bolts loose at first to get them started. Slowly tighten, alternating between bolts until they are both tight. Once installed they are rock solid, no movement. They fit nice into the interior design and function really well. I'm tall and hate the stock roll bar grab handles...they are always in my field of view and or hitting my head on the way out. I didn't care for the grips that come with these grad bars so I replaced them with the following: ESI Grips Extra Chunky MTB Grip. They are available on Amazon and fit great, a nice little upgrade. Would buy again!

Installed these grab handles in about 40 minutes. Passenger side went on easily -- driver side took longer as the screw angle is difficult to navigate. After a bit I decided to start over and screwed in the top before trying to do the horizontal. That worked nicely and the install was complete shortly thereafter. Looks great. However - beware. I tightened all screws very well and in 6 days started to get a passenger side squeak/clunk and had NO IDEA where it was coming from. took the freedom tops off - same noise -- examined the sound bar - the door stroke - under chassis etc -- same noise. Guess what? Grab bar on passenger side became so very slightly loose and was causing this noise. Tightened it up and noise has subsided. Dont know if it will come back. Im giving this product 5 stars however if the noise comes back and the screws loosen up - I'll update my review. They are inexpensive enough and the reviews are good - make a move and buy with confidence. Look at the youtube for installation help. Its straightforward once you get one side in - start w passenger!

Works great; does exactly what it's supposed to do at a much lower price than other similar handles. What I got was all steel. Parts were packed individually in plastic to keep from scratching. Paint job was complete and even. The finish was adequate; nothing shiny and fancy but suitable for a Jeep Wrangler. Installation was easy; about 30-40 minutes. Solid attachment. There were no instructions but after watching a couple of YouTube videos I had no problems with installation. Mounting holes were spaced and angled correctly. The top bolt hole in the front handle is supposed to be angled. I very loosely attached the long horizontal bolts first in the front handles. That gave enough movement to allow the top spacer to be slipped into place and then secured with the shorter bolt. These make it much easier for my wife and I to get in and out of the front and back seats of the Jeep.

Excellent grab handle! The Velcro and paracord just seemed to be awkward in the front for me, and rarely use vs. my steering wheel. These solid steel handles are sturdy enough to shake the whole Jeep with. They are also very easy to install. They are in a perfect place for making it easier to get into and out of the vehicle. And, the do not impair my view like I thought they would. They did fit, with no issues, into my 2016 JKU. I've recommended them to all my Jeep group friends.
