So much easier to move furniture

I have been using furniture sliders for awhile now. I recently moved and somehow my old sliders did not make it with me so I bought this set. They are your standard carpet sliders made with a hard plastic disc that is placed down on carpet side and black foam pad side placed up for your furniture to rest on. They make moving items so much easier. I am 5’2” and have placed them under my entertainment center, Quaker style kitchen table, and book case, and am able to slide these items around pretty easily by myself rather than having to do the exhausting awkward shimmy-one-side then shimmy-other-side over carpet method I used to have to do when rearranging furniture. Definitely saves a lot of time and energy if you live alone and need to move things around yourself. I do like the added bonus of having a resealable package so the unused sliders stay put in bag instead of being dumped all over in a drawer as well.

They work.

A recent paint job in my apartment had me moving sizable and quite heavy bedroom pieces around, pieces that sometimes left gouges in the floor. Obviously, there had to be a better way, and I was happy to find one with the Smart Surface furniture sliders. Previous experience hadn't been particularly useful, but mainly because the sliders were not large enough to get the job done. These are. They are easy to use, reasonably priced, and, most important, work.

Work perfectly

I bought these because I have those really heavy science lab tables in my classroom, and I wanted to make the seating arrangements more versatile for when we do group projects. Without these, I could only drag the tables a few inches at a time; with them, I have no difficulty whatsoever moving the tables. I do leave them in place because I move the tables around at least once every couple of weeks; while these do make it much easier to move the tables when I intend to, I also have not had any problems with the tables sliding around when someone just bumps into them, which is a bonus. So far they seem really durable, and I will be buying more for my house.

They look like and function the same as the more expensive brand name product, as far as I can tell. I've put furniture sliders under every piece of furniture I own, so that I can slide items around easily when vacuuming. Keeps dust/germs from accumulating in dead spots in the room. I mean, I can move the furniture without the sliders, but keeping everything on sliders makes vacuuming fun and easy. I started with the name brand product for some of my furniture, and then used this product for the rest of my furniture, because of the lower price. The quality of the foam, the slipperiness of the bottom surface, and the overall structural integrity are the same as I've observed in the name brand product.

Don't life when you can slide and don't slide anything without these!

Same comments as on my previous review on a similar product: I bought a bunch of these because I was having new wall to wall carpet installed and had to move all the furniture from one room to the other. Sliding, relatively effortlessly, is way better than lifting. Don't lift when you can slide, and don't slide anything without these.

If I could give them a 6 I would! These little babies work amazingly well! Me and a friend were moving furniture around and having a hard time because most of the pieces were solid wood... a piece that was 200 lbs that the two of us could barely move now glides effortlessly across the carpet with one person... I would HIGHLY recommend this product... P.S. my friend like them so much she bought them for her place as well!

I felt as if I am a super woman. Absolutely Great product

If you want to move furniture or if you want to protect your carpet this is the product you must use. I'm a senior citizen, I used my car's jack to lift my heavy dresser and placed this product under each leg. I felt as if I am a super woman. Absolutely Great product.

These are lifesavers and you need them right now.

These things rock!! They are so amazing, they make life so much easier. By slapping these under your current furniture set up you can then redecorate and shuffle stuff around without any hassle!! The furniture just slides amazingly smooth on the carpet. Or, if you're moving in general, slap these under your stuff and they'll breeze right along without any hassle. Amazing. I bought 3 packs of em.

Money Savers

Here is my story about these little dears. I had new laminate flooring put down in 2 bedrooms and when I received the estimate there was a charge of $80.00 for taking the furniture out and putting it back in after the job was done. OH NO SAYS I. These little dears saved me $80.00 by allowing me to empty both rooms by just pushing or pulling furniture around, especially after the new floors were installed without any scrapes or scratches. Also, I left 4 of them under the feet of the bed. they look a little funny but I can now move the bed around without scratching the floor. All in all, very happy with purchase.
