Love These Flash Cards! A Great Investment!
My 6 year old son and I love these sight words flash cards. He is only required to learn 40 words for his grade level at school, so these cards have him way ahead of the game with the PreK and K packs. After he masters the first 200 words, we will move on to the 1st grade words for another head start. The cards are a great size, great quality, catchy and colorful. They also come with fun word games to play to assist your kids with learning the words easier and faster. For $20, this is a GREAT investment to carry all the way to 3rd grade and beyond ! Best purchase ever and so fun to use and learn!

Great Cards w/ helpful hints for learning...
These are great little cards with words on both sides and in a larger font so they are easy to read. I have only opened the Pre-K pack so far. It had 4 cards in it about little games and ways to help the child with words and letter recognition. Some of the words seemed a little large for Pre-K, but I am not expert on what should be learned when (ha). I have a niece who is approaching first grade and having some difficulties with words so I am working with her over the summer. I can already see where she needs help and we are going to begin with the words she knows and add a few each couple of days. I would purchase again.

Would recommend
I really like these cards. They are challenging for a new reader which is good. I can tell my daughter picks up on these words as we read her books so they are helping.

This is actually really awesome
I’m just mad I spent all those years making flash cards when this was actually the way to go

Four years of experience using these cards. Easy to use and impactful.
I've used these flashcards over the past four years to help my child learn to read. My son loves to see how many cards he's gotten right compared to the ones he's still working on, and often requests to do more. The cards are sturdy, laminated and held up to the test of time, allowing us the ability to go over some of the older cards to ensure mastery. If you're looking for tips on how to get your child to actually WANT to do flashcards, I can offer my experience - we have a 10-20 minute storytime right before bedtime, and if he reads a little bit of a book or does several flashcards, he gets another 5-10 minutes of storytime. He doesn't have to get them all right, just try his best - sometimes the struggle is part of the learning process. This has become a nice ritual in our household that we always look forward to.

Best sight word cards available
My daughter was really struggling with her sight words. These were perfect. There are several different grade levels included so she started at the beginning and we will keep going through all the grades provided. I had purchased other sight word cards and these by far were the best!!

Good product, 100 sight words per stack!
This product is exactly as advertised, so I’m pleased. My daughter was intimidated by the size of the card stack & groaned. When she saw they were double sided, she cried. I’m hoping I can make this fun for her by using a reward system. I’d suggest choosing no more than 12 cards for a new/young reader, otherwise they may get discouraged and want to quit.

Made a difference
My daughter was struggling with reading in 1st grade. A friend told me about the flash cards and I purchased them. Within a few weeks her sight recognition had greatly improved as did her reading.

These cards are great
This is exactly what I was looking for. My baby has started kindergarten and we a list of 220 sight words to learn. So far, all the words are there and my baby is learning them like a champ. We do increments of 5 every couple of days. The material is strong, even after my 1 year old took at shot at a couple of cards, they still look in decent shape. My only complaint is the double siding because it is a disadvantage sometimes but I guess I can make it work.

Great practice for children who have a good grasp of phonics
I have used these cards with my granddaughter who just started first grade. She has an excellent grasp of phonetics; if that was not the case we would be working on basic phonetic skills rather than sight words. She has thoroughly enjoyed practicing with them. I give her 10 cents for every word that she reads independently so she is also gaining practice in counting up by 10s. Important lessons that she has learned:. even difficult words can be partially sounded out and longer words can be broken into parts. We are now working on the third grade level words.
