These D rings are great for hanging my Hollywood style Lighted Vanity Mirrors which weigh approximately 30 pounds. I install 1 on each side and connect them with No. 5 Vinyl Coated Stranded Stainless Steel Picture Wire. Thanks, YippidysMirrors

Makes my frames look pro
i am building a resort in the NV high desert, and everything I build is from wood derived from miner cabins and barns. Including picture frames. Wife(boss) is a pro photographer and I had always admired the way the frame pros made the hanging mounts on the back. Well, no more. Mine look just like theirs. Twisted wire, corner brackets ( I use straight stainless metal "mending strips" to pull the twisted wood straight. Great product. Much better than I expected from the price

Great D-Rings
Exactly what I was hoping for. Seems to be good quality at a good price. I wouldn't hesitate to hang something that weighs 10 lbs or more with one or two of these. The real limiting factor may actually be the depth of the screws. They're more than adequate for any picture/ painting, but if you're getting crazy with things, you may want to use a longer screw.

Good d rings for professional artist.
Great little picture hangers. I've bought 4 packs of these and I'll buy more. My wife is an artist and I stretch her canvases and frame her paintings. An adequate supply of screws is included. If you use a screw driving drill, make sure you use the correct small Phillips head bit.

They are great because I pack my art in boxes for shows
I use these exclusively for hanging pictures now. Most galleries insist on these hangers. They are great because I pack my art in boxes for shows. Because D-rings lay flat, unlike eye screws, there's less potential damage to other frames and you can fit in more in a box because the old eye screws stick out so far and you don't have to use as much padding between artworks.

Well finished and strong
I bought these to hang some of my wife's photos after I made the frames. The quality of these far surpass those available in the big box hardware stores. The finish is bright (as opposed to the standard zinc finish) and the legs of the "D" rings are longer than what is available in the the blister packs. The fact that they will lie flat is a definite plus over a standard screw eye. Though I didn't count them, there appears to be enough screws to mount all 100 D rings in the package.

Great for Artists
Much better deal than buying these from these from the hardware or craft store. This style is great for artists hanging your own work because they are versatile and can be used as one hanger, or dually for wire hanging. Easy to install.

Just the thing for hanging medium to light frames
If you want art to stay on the wall, use D-rings (avoid sawtooth hangers). I make frames and re-frame art, so I see and use a lot of hangers. (Last month I also saw what stayed on the wall during a strong earthquake, and what didn't.) These are well made and comparable to what you'll find in national art supply and hardware stores, but for a fraction of their price. If you've got a single frame to hang, then you won't need to buy a pack of 100, but this will save you money if you are hanging more than a few frames. This size is good for thin frames up to perhaps 16x20 inches, or for thicker wood frames up to about 11x14 inches with 30-lb test wire. If you've got a large, thick, or heavy frame or a mirror, go with the larger size D-rings that have two screw holes, use longer screws and heavier weight wire.

Totally worth the price and decent quality. Slightly smaller than the ones at Home Depot, but they do the same job. They hold 10lbs each. 100 for $10? Home Depot sells OOK D-Rings 14 for $7. I make a lot of wood project signs/gifts by hand and these work perfectly. Can't beat the price.

Built to be strong!
Some frames come with hangers, some don't. I purchased these for those ones that don't so I can quickly get them on the wall. These are made to be strong, with the ring being longer and going into the middle of the holder. This will guarantee it will not just slip out. I recommend just having these on hand because you will be paying much more if you have to purchase them ins home improvement store!
