Excellent w/ Feature Requests

Great set. Good quality, all the right tools. Nice case. ... Though something about the case seems kind of feminine, or Playshool. Good build quality, nice locking latch and padded interior - but maybe stick with black so as to not challenge my masculinity? I don't know why no one has figured this out yet, but there's gotta be a better way to get the bits out of the case. I keep stabbing my screwdriver handles at the bits, hoping that finally, someone has figured out how to make the bits double sided with enough slack to fit into the driver both ways, thereby making it easier to pull said bit... but no. Instead, I'd settle for a little plastic bit puller, like the one that comes in your car's fuse box. Never had to pull one of those little nubbers with my bare hands! Or better yet, squeeze in a pair of pliers as I have. They come in handy when you're trying to utilize everything else in the box! Really... nice set though.

A very complete set

I bought this to fix the DC-in circuit of my MacBook Pro with retina display and it works beautifully. It has all the size and kinds of tools I needed and the quality is solid. Not a fan of the pouch, though.

A Must Have

I needed a new tool kit that would serve a multi use purpose, and this just happened to be a dumb luck find. It seems like it could be some cheap Chinese knockoff, but really, I don't think I could have bought anything of higher quality for this same price (about $10). This feels like I should have been some iFixIt kit, and that's some high honors there. The bits are magnetic, you get a wide selection of them, and the case is quite nice. If I had to recommend a starter or basic repair kit for computers or mobile devices, even work around the house, this would be the #1 thing on my list, right above all the other guys.

Love the grip

Since there are multiple items to get, this review is for the 43 in 1 set. I'm always customizing or fixing things and didn't realize that not every screw is a Philips or flathead. I have those glasses kit screwdrivers most people have. But they're hard to grip at times. I came across this set looking for a decent screwdriver set. What I like most about it is the handle. I have no problem unscrewing those tight screws with this. The magnet isn't super strong but it is there. And the attachment is magnetic too. For the price and different screwheads available I think this is a great kit. P.S. I didn't get this for free as a review. I actually paid for it and like leaving reviews when they're good products.

Tiny bit sizes, big easy-to-grip handle!

I bought this set for one particular task, and it was a lifesaver. I had to open up my laptop computer, and the screws were tiny, jeweler-screwdriver size. So I got out my jewelers screwdriver set--you know, the dime-a-dozen kind with the slender, ridged silver handles. Well, the bit fit the screws, but apparently the screws themselves had been installed with the force of a thousand fiery suns. I could NOT budge them. A pair of vise-grips clamped onto the screwdriver handle helped me remove two of the screws, but then the third screw started to strip. So I sat back, sighed, and got on Amazon to order this set. It worked perfectly! All the screws came out easily, even the damaged one. Ten dollars saved me a trip to the repair shop. I put this set away in a safe place for the next time I need it!

The 69 in 1 Set is AMAZING!

By far the most comfortable and most effective screwdrivers I've ever used in my entire life! Not a carpenter or an electrition, mind you, but I do lots of home projects and have built more than a few Ikea items. he he The ratchet function allows you to put screws in furniture literally twice as fast! Magnetic makes it really simple and quick to put screws in place. The smaller screwdriver with flexible/bendable extension comes in handy every now and then too. I was mounting an under-desk headset holder hook that had tiny screws that were really difficult to get to with a regular screwdriver the bendable extension made it a piece of cake. :-) The carrying case is nice. Super happy with this screwdriver set! Probably going to get more for Christmas gifts for some of my other do-it-yourself friends and family.

Worth every penny. Best one I've ever owned.

I don't write many reviews here on Amazon, but I felt compelled to throw the makers of this screwdriver set a bone after using it for a couple of weeks. This is simply the best set I've ever had, and it's been essential during my recent move into a new house. This set has every screwdriver bit I could think of, and some I'd never seen before. The elbow bend in the main driver has been helpful on several occasions, and I keep looking for an excuse to use the flexible cable tip, but haven't found one yet. The case is sturdy, and the bits don't fall around inside it like so many other sets I've had. The ratcheting action is smooth and granular, with a satisfying rapid fire click when you spin it. One thing to note is that the case is super-bright; far brighter than it appears in the photos here--I'd even say it's fluorescent orange. That's not a bad thing, since it makes it damn near impossible to misplace. I'm probably going to buy another one of these for my father soon. Highly recommended.

A lot of people use this kit to work on smart phones and pc's

Purchased this kit to work on my watches.I have a watch fetish,and own a couple hundred watches!It's way too expensive to take a watch to a store and have a battery installed.I purchased a watch kit.Got several different types of batteries here on Amazon.Noticed the watch kit didn't have a couple tools I needed,so I purchased this set.It's made well,and really does the job.Has all the right tools in it for whatever you are doing.A lot of people use this kit to work on smart phones and pc's.I recommend this product,and would purchase it again.Buying this kit in addition to the watch kit and batteries.Has saved me hundreds of dollars.Just the past few months!

Gorgeous kit

The kit is very nice. Has short handle but comes with nice extension. Everything is magnetized. I realize why others reviewers are complaining about the box. It is really funny. They do not realize that the small screw bits tray is leaning while the lid is closed and when you open it the tray moves forward and make the bits stand up. While they are pointing upwards the lid will not close. Just push the bits to the back and they will lean back and then you close the lid. Ok, not the best design but once you figure this out it is sweet.

Good product with good customer service

Initially the order arrived with a defective case and it just decayed while it was sitting on the desk. When they learned about this, they immediately sent me a replacement case and notified me about it. It is a useful set . I would recommend to not to apply too much pressure. It isn't made for such use. It is very good for the price...
