These are so much better than the 99 cent glasses you get at typical hardware stores. They provide protection against air particles such as dust and spray paint. I have used mine a lot and have got them extremely sweaty and gross with almost no noticed wear on the plastic or soft foam. They are quite large but should fit most faces.

I bought these for my small portable tool bag. PROs: -Solidly-built eye protection -Fogged a little when I initially put them on, then they equalized -Easy to find in your tool bag (or on the side) -Feels like they are going to stay on without slippage CONs: - Harder item to store in a portable tool bag, takes up more real-estate/space. (I wound up putting them on the outside)

Just what I needed. I purchased these safety glasses to use as shooting glasses. I have several pair of regular eyeglass-type shooting glasses but the ear rest stems all irritate and hurt my ears when I have them on for extended periods of time. The hearing protection muffs push the ear rest stems into the side of my head as well as compressing my ears against them. After a while it really starts to irritate and hurt. I went looking at sport goggles but the field of view is a little too restricted for my taste. A good pair are also somewhat expensive. These DeWalt safety glasses are very comfortable and fit quite well. Mine were delivered this morning and I only had them at the range for a short period of time. I don't know how well the anti-fog properties are as I did not wear them long enough but I find out next week and I'll update my review accordingly. The only nit I have was figuring out how to adjust the headband straps. They come new with the straps set for a somewhat smaller sized head (probably not an adult size). Like most straps one would think to release the tension on the strap and pull it open. Nope that doesn't work. What you have to do is pull the side of the strap that goes around your head "across" towards the other side of the glasses. In another words parallel to the front of the glasses. It slides fairly easy so just pull a little from each side until you get the length you need. These are nicely made safety glasses that are quite comfortable.

Right after I bought these I had to do some exhaust work on a car. In the past I would get rust in my eye wearing regular safety glasses. There is no risk of that when wearing these. Rust would build up in my eyelashes then when I stood up it would drop into my eye. I feel confident that this will not happen wearing these. I actually bought these to so some car painting in my small paint booth. (fenders and bumper covers, etc) I haven't tried them for that purpose yet. Amazon sells nice cases made just for these goggles. I recommend getting one since dust will build up and ruin the ability to see out of the goggles if they are not protected. Alternately, they come with a cardboard box. I kept mine in the cardboard box until I bought the case. I worked fine. A ziplock bag and the box should keep them nice for a long time. I do have a scratch on mine from doing exhaust work already. Luckily it is on the side and doesn't effect vision at all. I'm not sure how well they will work for painting but I assume they will get paint overspray on them and I will need to replace them at some point.

These are fabulous eye protection. I use it for my allergies. They are great for their intended use too: safety. The ToolGuyd.com reviewed safety googles and wrote this: "Dewalt’s Concealer goggles are actually rebranded Radians Cloak goggles, so the two styles are interchangeable, with the only differences being cost, availability, and color scheme. Safety goggles need not be uncomfortable to wear, and these Radians Cloak goggles prove it. These goggles feature: a tough anti-fog polycarbonate protective lens, a soft dual mold rubber lining that provides a comfortable face-seal, a strong Neoprene elastic adjustment strap, and perimeter ventillation channels for improved air flow. We have used quite a few different styles of safety goggles in the past, and have found that Radians’ Cloak and Dewalt’s Concealer goggles are extremely comfortable to wear, even for prolonged periods. While these goggles resist fogging somewhat effectively, prolonged wear can still sometimes lead to high humidity and condensation, but it is important to note that the same has been true for almost every single pair of goggles we’ve ever worn. When this happens, we typically resort to our our patented remove and wipe anti-fog technique. We mostly wear these goggles by themselves for protection against impact and particulate hazards, but they’re also low-profile enough to fit underneath face shields. You of course know that face shields should be worn with safety glasses or goggles underneath them, right? I wear corrective prescription glasses, and these Cloak/Concealer goggles fit well right over them. These goggles meet ANSI Z87.1+ standards and provide 99.9% UVA/UVB protection. These goggles, at least those that we’ve purchased, are made in the USA." Source URL: [...]

So far I have used these to cut through ceiling drywall, where I was buried in dust, and they work fine along with dealing with blown in insulation and they worked perfectly until after a few hours they did fog up but I guess I was sweating too much by then. Typical glasses fog up in minutes or second rendering them useless. These are also very comfortable and the view is not obscured making them safer to use them many similar items which could distort a detail. I should have bought these years ago.

I should have bought these years ago! I mow over six acres of hilly fields and there is always a nice breeze or wind blowing the grass around. I have been suffering for years getting debris in my eyes. Not anymore! These have kept the debris out of my eyes. I also weed whack over six acres of fencing (both sides) and have been doing a lot of concrete work breaking up concrete with heavy hammers and sledges. Again, these have protected my eyes - not once did I get something in them from mowing, weed whacking, or breaking up concrete. Frankly, when done weed whacking, I have to wash the outside of the lenses as they are covered with debris. I first bought the clear lenses and like them but working in the bright sun was blinding. I then bought the smoke lenses and love wearing them. They protect your eyes from debris and the bright sun, plus, as an added benefit, my wife says that I look "Cool" in them. The eye protection is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I must be a site when working as I have in ear buds (have to listen to music), then the goggles, then my cap, with ear protection over all of that. I have not had a real issue with fogging, however, if sweating a lot in the heat, I sometimes have to remove the goggles and wipe out the inside. I have used these for many hours since purchasing them and will not mow, weed whack, or do any jobs again that cause debris to fly around without them. Not once have I to stop because something was in my eye(s)! I am very pleased with the purchase and would definitely purchase again. I have also used multiple types of other goggles but these provide the best protection and are the most comfortable. Note: I do wear glasses and have worn my glasses under the goggles without issue. Bottom line: Excellent Purchase.

eye protection is a serious business and these are what you need, not the cheap crap. Before I started demolishing the house I had just bought to the stud frame, I bought these as well as some good respirator masks, ear protection, etc. And I'm very glad I did! They don't have a problem with fogging up in my experience, yet they keep the dust out of your eyes as well as protect them from flying debris. And they're comfertable! I can wear them for an hour straight This picture is of them fitting over my enormous sun glasses! That's how big they are, if you need them to fit over eye glasses like I do

I buy a lot of what I need on Amazon and I am satisfied with most everything I purchase. But truth be told, I don’t write many reviews. Today I received these DeWalt safety googles. I bought them because I needed them but I really thought I would find wearing them a necessary evil. Boy was I wrong. These safety googles are 1000% better than any safety googles I have ever worn. The len is clear and you can see things without any distortion so common in other safety glasses. They are comfortable and I felt as though I had just put on a really cool pair of ski googles. So DeWalt, thank you for creating a very affordable pair of marvelous safety googles. I will gladly wear them when I tackle the mushrooms in my yard. 😎😎😎😎😎

I just got these and they are great. I wear wide glasses and they fit nicely over my glasses. I can't really feel any difference with or without my glasses on. The rubber or whatever it is that makes contact with your face is very soft and comfortable. My riding mower kicks up a lot of dust and debris. I also wear protection over my face so I won't inhale junk I'm allergic to. I bough a motorcycle face protector on Amazon. Even when wearing the face protector the goggles don't fog up. Finally I can have face and eye protection together on my mower. There's not any distortion to your vision and you have a good 180 degree field of view. The smoked lens has a great level of tint. These will work in the sun and shade nicely. I'm really glad I bought these.
