There is nothing I dislike with the unit. For taking my handicapped wife up and down the stairs.

well made, works great, just what we needed,we have a three teared deck, with a total of 21 steps, two turns on them, would recommened to anyone looking for one.

Very nice quality. Fast shipping. Thanks!

We use this to get my father in law in and out of the house. It is easy to use and requires less effort than you would think.

Bought this to transport my dad from his home to my home. We had to get him thru a narrow RV door. Worked perfectly. Only used once.

Works great to lift my mother in between floors. Thanks Light, easy to store

It fits our needs at our assisted living perfectly!

I ordered the evacuation chair expecting an average quality product because of the affordable price. I was surprised to find that the construction and material used are actually very good. I was able to use the chair to move my old folk up and down stairs with relative ease. The front handle can be put in two different position. When it is in the up position, two persons can lift the chair on level ground comfortably. When the front handle is latched into the down position, two persons can lift the chair up or down stairs. The design is effective and simple to use. The chair can fold up any time with no effort. The chair also come with 3 safety constraints which I only need to use one. Overall: great value.

Surprisingly easy to move my father, 140lbs up the stairs when needed.
