This product is incredible. I’ve been chasing a slightly elevated liver enzyme (ALT, 0-41 is normal) for almost 3 years. Due to an ultra-high protein diet, high stress, extreme physical activity, and low rest, my ALT levels hovered between low 60s to as high as 120 since late 2012. NAC, calcium-D glucarate; nothing else reduced my ALT. Within ten days on TUDCA, my ALT is down to 27. I sleep much better, I recuperate much better, and I feel much better overall. TUDCA has a ton of other benefits besides just helping as a bile agent. Read up on it. This particular product works wonders for me and I will keep it as a permanent item in my daily regimen.

Gallbladder Health

I'm in a group on Facebook for people that have had their gallbladder removed, or need to have their gallbladder removed, and the majority of the ones that have already had surgery, recommended this specific brand. I've yet to have my gallbladder removed, but, I figured it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and start taking these. I'm taking a combination of Tudca, Marshmallow Root (Nature's Way 480mg), and Slippery Elm Bark (Nusa Pure 900mg), and I haven't had a gallbladder attack since. I haven't had nearly as much gallbladder pain, either. I really hate the pricetag of these supplements, but, they actually seem to be helping me, so, I will continue to use them. If you're having gallbladder issues, these are worth taking a shot on.

Two bottles, neither smelled like solvent. The contents of the capsule taste as disgusting as TUDCA is supposed to taste (hence the capsules, it's a good thing). It's probably genuine TUDCA. I haven't checked any liver enzymes, this is more of a Parkinson's / Multiple Sclerosis / Alzheimer's prevention attempt. Clinical studies show it's a worthwhile supplement, you may feel nothing from it though.

Kept my liver nice and clean.

Was taking a supplement that started with a "T" and ended with a "bol" for 8 weeks and took 3 caps a day of this product throughout. At the end of the 8th week my liver values came back better than they were before I started the supplement.

Tudca

I had serious gallbladder inflammation a week ago. After 5 days on this supplement I am 90% better. Lymph is less stagnant as well. It's been a long time since I've felt this good!
