Great for Gym

This is a wonderful and reliable combination lock. It comes with a set of directions to set the combination, however, there are also instructions online that are step by step with pictures. It took me less than a minute to set the combination and test it out to make sure everything was working. The lock stands out and will be easily identifiable at the gym. It comes in an assortment of colors to stand out among the various black and gray locks one normally sees on lockers or other areas requiring a lock. Definitely a great little asset to your workout routine should you be in the market for a gym lock.

Easy to spot, works well

I have no trouble remembering which locker I chose at the gym, this little green lock is easy to spot. I've used a few times and had no trouble at all. I noticed that it came with the 0000 set to the middle or side position, but since it is easier to see and move the front, I set the numbers I will remember to that column. (this will make more sense when you have it in your hands.) I like this lock so far. I always struggled with the dial type combination locks and with remembering a combination that I did not choose. This solves both problems and it is my favorite color.

What can you say about a simple combination lock? I'm using this lock for my gym locker at the fitness center. I had a previous lock that was unremarkable in its appearance and I have occasionally left it behind, and have had to retrieve it from lost and found several times. One day it fell onto the tile floor and broke and so I needed a new one quickly. I went to the local hardware store and bought a combination lock, only to realize afterward that it was one of those combinations that cannot be changed. I thought that it was only a matter of time before I would maybe forget the combination and be locked out of my locker, my clothes and my cell phone. So i went and bought this one that was 1. Noticeable with its red color, 2. has a combination that you can set yourself for easy memory and, 3. appears to be indestructible. I'm not going to test this out by throwing it onto the file floor in the locker room, but I suspect it will hold up well.

They did everything right

I'm very impressed with this lock! The last "outdoor" combination lock I purchased did poorly when it rained and then froze. This one, though, has had no trouble with any kind of weather, always opening easily. The combination is easy to read, with raised numbers that even make it usable (with patience) in the dark. Unlike some locks, there's no chance of thinking it's locked when its not. It can only be closed when its unlocked, and it will pop right back open unless the dials are moved. In other words, if your combination is 1111, it has to be at 1111 to close it, and then it won't stay closed until you spin it to some other number. Setting the combination was easy, and does not require a special tool. The green also looks good--actually a bit better than it does in the photos!

Okay, first let me say this lock looks very nice. I choose the blue color and I am very pleased. Now on to the stuff that really matters. The lock was really easy to setup and get going. Took me less than 2 minutes to set my own combination. The lock looks and feels very secure and well made! Definitely worth the money if you ask me. You can probably find a cheaper lock, but trust me, from experience I can tell you those locks are not worth the trouble. I had a cheap combination lock that refused to open anymore after only about two months of using it, I should have known because the first day of using it, it was already sticking and was hard to open. This lock is different. It opens smoothly when the correct combination is set. I have peace of mind knowing my personal items are secured. Last but not least - I want to say the customer service is awesome. They reached out to me and made sure I recieved my lock, that I was happy and that everything was as I had expected - which it was! Great company , great product!

The pictures don't this lock justice! I needed a lock to place on my wrought iron gate and this one looked like it fit the bill. It actually exceeded my expectations. Sturdy as heck and easy to read numbers. I also like the fact that there are 4 digits to program. The programming of your security code is easy peasy. The packing is better than most of the high end electrical things or clothing that I have purchased on amazon. Excellent. I recommend.

Excellent Quality

I've only had these about a week so far, so no telling how they'll do just yet in an outside environment, but they are well built and easy to work with so far. I'll update if they have issues (that WD-40 doesn't solve) from being outside in the elements for a while. Update: I've had these for a few months now, they stand up to the elements outside well, even being sprayed directly by a sprinkler. A bit of WD-40 or other lubricant polishes up any difficulties.

This item is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Seriously, order it now, thank me later. We live in an era of number codes, and there are a few burned into my mind. Being able to USE THOSE CODES on my gym locker is saving me. When I found this lock while scrolling Amazon I couldn't believe it, and with Prime fast ship it's here today and it WORKS like a charm! It arrives in a little box (put into a plastic bag for waterproofing?). The lock came with instructions that were easy to follow, and a link to a video on the website that is EASY to follow too. VERY easy to use, the convenience of using YOUR OWN number combo (unlike other locks), the comfort of using a number combo I already have memorized. Awesome! Also ... LOVELY color choices! LOVE THIS! Sturdy secure lock with 4 tumblers

The company immediately shipped the Padlock. Their service and support are excellent including their instructions. Which by the way were also sent to me by email just in case I wanted to see them before the product arrived. The lock has the added benefit of have 4 numbers over 3 numbers. This greatly increases protection because of the many more possible combinations to unlock it. It is well built and sturdy. I'm glad I purchased this lock over their competitors. I've purchase again.
