Excellent product

After doing lots of searching I purchased this Faraday bag. I travel constantly all over and sometime with work colleagues. I carry with me an EZpass/Ipass transponder and do not want to be charged when someone else is using their transponder. Also makes it invisible to anyone that has a tracker. I keep my keyfobs in it as there is plenty of space. So far all good and works flawlessly.

Outstanding product.

For those who need a Faraday bag for their cell phone or small tablet, this bag works extremely well, is well made out of rugged materials, and is an extreme value. For those who want to spend $100 for a signal blocking bag, congrats and have at it. For those who are a bit smarter, this bags is at least as good as the their more expensive cousins and then you can use the extra money for some premium coffee and such. Highly recommended. As an FYI, this bag is a perfect fit for an LG V10 inside an Otterbox Defender.

Really good bag

Our neighborhood recently had a rash of vehicle break-ins, the thief was using a device to amplify the signal from keys inside homes. After buying this bag, I don't have to worry about my vehicles getting broken into from a tech-savvy thief. This thing works! I put my phone in and tried to call it and no signal got through. I tried locating it with the locator app, no signal. I put my car keys in it and pressed the key-fob remote, no signal escaped to unlock my doors. I'm impressed.

Solid quality. Feels professionally made, not cheap at all. Phone loses signal entirely when placed in bag. GPS and cell phone signal are both cut (tested both find my iPhone and an actual phone call). Remember to put phone in airplane mode before placing in bag (I did not do this during my tests), otherwise your battery will die quickly from the device constantly searching for a signal to connect to.

Does what it's supposed to.

I use this to reset CGM sensors. I start the process and need to seclude my phone for a couple of hours for it to work. This device does just that. I throw my phone in and it gets no data until I take it back out. Would highly recommend. Feels well built, Velcro is sturdy. This should last a long time.

This thing works!

It's pretty simple. My car would not recognize it's key fob and our cell phones were rendered useless when either of these items were placed in the Mission Darkness bag, so it's doing exactly what it was designed to do. We also keep all of our credit cards inside of it when we aren't using them because our condo is 16 feet above a coffee shop, so there's a real possibility that someone with a scanner could steal sensitive data. The bag feels like it is well-constructed and the material is very heavy duty. I can't yet comment on the durability because I've only had it for a month, but it feels like it will last a very long time. I'll probably be picking up another one soon. One of the smaller models that can be slipped into a pocket, or my wife's purse.

Works great... blocks signals very well

Was delivered ahead of schedule. Simple to use and very effective. I placed my iPhone 6S inside the bag, sealed it and tested the following: Text Messages WhatsApp Messages iMessages Find my iPhone App Once sealed inside the bag, no signals made their way through. After waiting 10 minutes, I removed the phone and after about 60 seconds, the phone started receiving the aforementioned messages. I wasn't able to track the phone using the find my iPhone either, while it was inside the bag. The phone just appeared as "Offline" while inside the bag. Overall, very happy with it. Good quality, highly effective for blocking signals. I'll be using this at work as it's more portable and compact than he existing cell phone tin cans. I'd recommend it to anyone who was in the market...

Faraday Bag for Keyless Ignition & Mobile Phones

I purchased this Mission Darkness Faraday Bag because I was concerned about the growing trend of theft of vehicles with keyless ignition via 'relay attacks' where outside your home thieves grab the signal being transmitted by a nearby key fob inside the home using a special receiver, and then that receiver relays that signal to the car, allowing the thieves to unlock it and/or start the ignition. I put both key fobs in the Mission Darkness Faraday Bag, and tried to start the Nissan Maxima several times via the push button start while sitting in the driver's seat with the bag in my lap. 100% successful tests! And then decided to test the bag to see if it blocked WiFi and phone signals as well, so I started a test on the Mission Darkness app, placed the phone in the bag and sealed it. Per the attached screenshot, you can visiually determine the exact moment when I placed the Sprint LTE mobile phone in the bag. Another successful test. I highly recommend this product!

Given the size (9.75" x 9.5" x 0.1") versus Price. this is best priced bag in the market and on Amazon. When the opening Velcro is rolled twice to seal it, it will provide you with a length of 9.5" and a width of 5.5" for storage use whether you are putting 2 or 3 large size cellphone and other items like car keys, etc. So, the usage space will still yield W 9.5" X 5.5" H and thickness depends on how many cellphones/electronic items you will put inside the bag. (think of it just like a clear plastic zip-lock bag. The thickness is amazing, extremely thin but yet not compromising the quality and durability of the bag which is double/triple stitched. 2. As described. I used and tested this bag using conventional and unconventional methods. and it provides total darkness protection from any possible hacking, and it blocks all kinds of signals wifi, GPS, Bluetooth, calls, messages, data/internet, location, and most importantly any back-and-forth communication with cellphone towers. So, it does protect you from hacking, protects your privacy, location, and digital forensics when it comes cellphones (it won't reveal your location whether your phone or comm. equipment is using the internet date, google location or simple cellphone triangulation to reveal you past and current location and movements as long as the bad is properly sealed. 3. Cellphones can be traced even though they are turned off with the exception if the battery is removable, but when using this pouch it completely puts your cellphones and other items in total darkness while the phone is switch on, so as far as forensics are concerned, it will not leave a trace as far as location pinpoint, and cellphone triangulation is concerned while proving that the phone or GPS Location, and other features were turned off, 4.
