- A must-have emergency lifesaving tool can make a huge difference between life and death, and should be in every vehicle.
- Use it in case you are trapped in a vehicle that is sinking to water, rolling over, or on fire.
- If the powered windows are not functioning during an emergency, use the double-sided, steel strike point to break the side window glass (not windshield).
- If the seat belt cannot be released, use the protected razor-sharp blade to cut through the seat belt, then free trapped driver and passengers.
- Compact, lightweight, proven to work, easy to fit in glove box, center armrest console, or door pocket. Each hammer is in an individual nice package, ideal gift for all occasions.

Everyone needs this!
I bought this after seeing a horrible wreck on the interstate. The car flipped over and the doors were locked so I was unable to open them. I didn't have anything to break the windows out to try to get the people out. Luckily a passing motorist had s crowbar. So glad I made the purchase!!! I saw a car hit a truck head on and then it flipped over. In order to check on him and I used this tool to break the window out. Once on scene a Paramedic actually used it to break the back window and cut the seatbelt off of the driver. Everyone should have this!

Don't have one? Don't wait.
Razor is super sharp. Hammer seems solid. The body is made out of plastic. So it is lightweight. But the plastic does not appear to be poor quality. They come individually packaged, so get one for yourself and you have an easy gift for someone else.

Great!
It is difficult to review this as a product since I haven't been in a situation where I've needed to actually use it and hopefully won't find myself in such a situation any time soon. However, the price paid for the two was a steal! I used to keep something similar to these in my previous vehicle, but the other one was made of a translucent plastic and felt cheap when held. These do not feel cheap and are brightly colored so that they should be easily identifiable in case of an emergency. Each tool comes with its own storage base that can be wall mounted, however I don't see the purpose of the bases nor do I use them. I keep one of the tools in my glove compartment and the other one in the pouch behind my front passenger seat (for possible use by rear-seated passengers). Both areas, of course, have limited space so the storage bases would only add unnecessary bulk. If these tools are for use during an emergency to escape a dangerous situation in a vehicle, why in the world would they be mounted on a wall somewhere?? Edit: okay I realize now that the base is for use with mounting the tool inside the vehicle in case of a roll over. That does make a world of sense, however I can't see myself damaging my brand new vehicle for this (call me crazy).

EXCELLENT Escape Tool!
Every car should have one of these items, and while I didn't need a two pack, I gave them to two important people in my life for their protection should their vehicle ever go off the road into a body of water, or roll over or be in a fire in the vehicle and need to exit fast. These will break a safety glass window under water or in an emergency and has a seat belt cutter if needed, so almost any car incident where the power windos don't work or the seat belts are jammed, this tool can be a lifesaver! If your loved ones don't have one of these, get them one, and one for your car too!

Every car should have one!
Every car should have one of these window break and seat belt cutter and now since this product is out and so in expensive, this should be a must have and fits easily inside the door pocket. I think this is much better than the ones that go on your keys. To use the one that goes on your keys you would have to take your keys out of the ignition. With this hammer it's right next to you. Better to be safe than sorry and never use it.

Don't think about it, just buy it !
I've had this product for years in my wish list. Why I hadn't buy it before? I don't know. Maybe is something I think I will never use. But if you think about it, when you need it, you need it. So I got it. No regrets, The quality is excellent, it has the perfect weight to smash a window on an emergency and the cutter for your seatbelt. I feel more secure to have it in both of our cars.

Great 2 Pack Deal & Quality Device!!
This is such a great deal! It’s sold as a 2 pack, but each one is individually packaged, so it's a nice way to give these to multiple people as a gift, or buy one for yourself & give the other to someone else-(much cheaper then buying two separately). I have seen the square designed ones in the store & thought to myself, what a great idea/concept, but to me, they felt somewhat lightweight, cheaply made & imo, a little confusing to use/understand. When I came across this style on amazon, not only did I personally like the longer design-(to me, it looked sleeker & more space efficient), it also seemed to be more straight to the point & easier to understand & use-with each side having its own purpose. I ultimately decided to purchase these because of the style, the amount of great reviews it had & it being a better value packaged as a two pack. I was really happy when I received these-They were a lot better then I had expected!! They have a comfortable grip, they're heavy/sturdy, but not too heavy-as they are easy to hold. This is something that I’d feel comfortable giving to a younger & an older family member as well. To me, this feels & looks like a higher quality product then the square ones, something that will hold up longer, also something I feel I'd want in an emergency situation & that I could depend on. The square ones may look "cute" with the variety of colors & maybe a little more attractive then these bright orange ones, but, I figure this will be stashed away & not in sight, so "being cute" was less important to me personally then something that I feel is actually a better product. This seems like something that a first responder/emt would use...not a cute pink pocket sized plastic tool & that eases my mind. I like that this isn’t bulky, even with it's longer design-it’s still slim-so this can easily be stashed away in your glove box, your divider or under your seat & won't take up space. This also seems a lot easier to understand & use & in thinking about it, if you ever get stuck in an emergency situation that you would need to use something like this, in that moment-you most likely won't be thinking clearly, you'll be panicked & needing to think & react quickly-so the easier to understand & use a device like this, the better. I actually decided to purchase more of these after receiving them & seeing the quality & I’m planning on giving one to everyone in my family who drives to keep in their car...I hope that we’ll never need to use this & be in that type of situation, but now have a peace of mind in knowing that, just in case, it's available if needed….I had a friend who passed away in a car accident years ago & due to the situation, I feel, if they would have had something like this in their car to break the window, they could have possible survived, so I now think of this as a “must have” for anyone who drives to have in their vehicle! For few dollars, this little device could possibly be the difference in life or death situation & as scary as that is to think about, as the saying goes, “It’s better to be safe, than sorry”. I would highly recommend this & I am very happy with my purchase! Definitely planning to buy more!

Safety equipment shouldn’t be last on priority list.
Good quality, if you’re like me and don’t mind paying for safety or life saving equipment just buy it. It’s not a hammer so think realistically, has good weight and sure it can do the job. Seatbelt cutters are a must if you have child seats! In a roll over its difficult to remove belts upside down with weight of the child on the belts. Just cut and evacuate. This tool cuts and breaks window. I bought one for each vehicle in my direct family.
