Electric Commercial Rice Cooker

My wife is the owner and Chef of INDO RANCH Restaurant located at the corner of Lambert St. & Lake Forest blvd. Lake Forest, Ca.. She sells a lot of rice especially white and yellow rice. She was so delighted with the first Hamilton Beach Electric Commercial Rice Cooker that i ordered a second one a few weeks later. They are very easy to clean and I believe that these rice cookers will last for a very long time. They also make a good compliment to your steam table if you have the space.
