Better than my dentist-made guard
I don’t have dental insurance right now and my night guard has been in serious need of replacement for a while, so I decided to try this. I’ve found that not only do I prefer it, I think it is healthier than my dentist-made one. My old one covered all of my bottom teeth, and that bottom edge of it was pushing down on my gums all night as I clenched my teeth, so now my gums are receding! With this new device, nothing touches down onto my gums because the two “pads” are held down between my molars and it’s comfortable. I find it more hygienic too because nothing is covering my teeth all night like with my old guard. Ive been using this for months and it’s held up very well, so I think this is what I’ll be using from here on out.

Comfortable and stays in all night
Bought other brands that had smaller bite wings and they agitates my gums. Have bought this once twice now, after chewing through first one :-/ after about 9 months and it’s comfortable and only one I don’t spit out during the night.
