I love this Zeny heat press

I love this Zeny heat press. I've had it for about 3 months now and have never had any trouble with it. It was very easy to set up. It does come with instructions but there is also a couple You Tube video's on setting up the display... Update: Been 7 months now and no issues at all. Wanted to give an update as I see so many people having issues with heat presses but I have to say, none of them have ever been a Zeny.

Great starter press for the home user

After reading other reviews on this heat press, I was a little skeptical; however, I am extremely pleased with its performance. This is a light duty press, not intended for commercial use and likely would not stand up to such constant use, but it is extremely practical for the home user who does occasional heat transfer products. The platen is actually 9X12--the extra inch is measured at the outer edge of the shell. It is suitable for T-Shirts and designs that fit in that 9 X 12 footprint. Although the instructions are obviously translated into English, they are clear enough to figure out with little trouble. The temp and the timer are programmable, as is the pressure setting. I have done cotton T-shirts at the default setting of 360 for 30 seconds with great results.Fixed some other shirts where the vinyl was coming up after using the iron-on method. Just used it yesterday on 100% polyester with great results (295 for 15 seconds). I always use a Teflon sheet for good measure. Very happy with this product and would recommend it for the home user.

I bought this whole product for a fair price to learn how to make my own shirts hats and glasses. I have to say I love it. Not only does it heat vinyl, on all sorts of assortments but it also transfers laser and inkjet pictures. It was kind of difficult to understand for a little while but I finally got the hang of it. Thanks to google and how to use the product. I make all sorts of things from my wants to my my grandchildren wants. I just want to say I would buy this product again. If anyone wants a good deal and want different sayings from your business to your house I would recommend buy a bundle package from this company. It heats all sorts of sayings in different ways..... LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

Great time saver, a bit small

Love this heat press! I have a Cricut Maker, and make T-Shirts for my family, not for a business. This press is a great time saver, and ensures that I get the vinyl properly adhered to the fabric. I also have back issues, so not having to stand up at the ironing board trying to press is wonderful and much better for my back. I haven’t used the attachments yet, but plan to. The pressing surface is a bit small if doing huge designs, but will handle 99% of my jobs.

it is perfect

Came with minimal instructions but a quick google search and I was able to find instructions. Came with minimal instructions because it was really easy to use and pretty self explanatory. Follow the temp and time settings that come with the materials being used and you will not have any problems.

Great Little Heat Press

This was my first experience using a true heat press so I don't have much to compare it to other than the cricut easypress. I really did not care for the cricut ! It was a pain in the butt to use and I never felt like it got that hot. This one gets plenty hot, was easy to put together and easy to use. It's a bit on the heavy side but that's to be expected considering its size. I can also see how easy it would be to burn yourself so be careful and aware while using!

Just got this for my wife as a present. Shes been doing heat transfer vinyl with her cricut to make tshirts. Up till now she has been using a iron. Did a couple test runs. So far day 1 and its works great. Will do an update in a couple weeks

I like that I can easily adjust the pressure

I am loving this heat press. I had a smaller similar model that got the job done, but required multiple pressings on larger items. The ZENY heats up quickly and presses efficiently. I like that I can easily adjust the pressure, and the Teflon covered platen makes pressing items a breeze! It is easy to switch out the attachments, although so far I have only used the cap press. I have no complaints after pressing many shirts--especially compared to my previous heat press. Don't be afraid to buy it, just make sure you have it on degrees F (for those of us in the US) and use the proper temperature for the vinyl you are pressing. The directions are in the owner's manual.

Works great

Follow the manufacturers specs for temp and times and your shirts will turn out fine. Out of the box with some Teflon sheets and we went right to work putting our designs on shirts.

As promised, I am updating my review since I contacted the company and they were very quick to fix my issue

I purchased this heat press as a size upgrade to the one I had back in October 2017 I had great luck with it until the heat platen started catching on the arm of the machine. I was in a panic, as my return window was expired and I was having difficulty figuring out how to contact the company. I worried it was a lost cause, but once support helped me with a link to contact them, they had a technician review my problem and promptly shipped a replacement handle that they feel was the issue. Even though my return window has passed, they did not charge me for this part and assured me that they would work with me of this does not resolve the issue. I am very pleased with their customer service and backing their product. The equipment is very easy to use, set up is easy- you can find tutorials on Youtube if the manual is difficult to understand. The sliding bottom platen makes my job so easy. It is an great heat press for the price. This, combined with their willingness to fix any issues, I highly recommend this product to those who are hobbyists and just starting their small business.
