JUKI MO-655 IS EXTRAORDINARILY THE MOST AMAZING EVER
Wow, so impress with this addition of JUKI MO-655 to my work force. It's ease of set-up and threading is truly so simple once you do it a couple of times. I purposely removed all the pre-installed supplied thread the factory sent so I could learn. The videos on You-Tube were so helpful but the factory manual that came with the machine is more then sufficient. There is a manual cheat sheet that comes with the machine that explains everything to you. I pinned to the wall and it is such a help as a quick reference. The actually Overcast stitch, the Overlock stitch, Flatlock stitch, Rolled Hem and the Chain stitch option is amazing. I used mine today for 100% cotton, polyester. double knit, denim and even canvas material. Oh my, I forgot, the extra fuzzy 2 layer fleece that I did with the extra Chain Stitch. Unbelievable results. Perfect every time and the ease of the 2/3/4/5 thread option is outrageous. The cost was perfect with all that this machine offers and the warranty is amazing. I have had issues with other machines right from the start and confusing illegible directions that even an engineer could not define but this machine is far past superior in ease and use. All good things and I am super impressed. The photos show it in place and the set up was easy as well. I added extra lighting as I really like my work place illuminated but there is a light that is within the machine and you can even use the machine without the light switched on. A 3 way switch insures this option. I can only say there is one thing this machine needs. That is the waste collection bin that is on most machines of this type. It is available through JUKI but only on the 700 series models. I am sure they will come up with it sooner or later. Past that? Nothing needed. Enjoy your best investment that I am sure will last a lifetime and be passed to others in your life.

Love this machine
Love this machine! threading is a pain, but no more so then the janome serger I've had for years.

A nice upgrade
I purchased this Juki serger based on the reviews I have read. I have tried other brands and they do not compare to the juki. When it arrived I immediately read the threading instructions. It comes threaded so follow the current threaded assembly. The tension knobs are adjustable depending upon the type of thread you are using. Sewing is a breeze. This is a good investment.

This is an amazing little machine
I bought this serger about 5 years ago, I received 8 presser feet, 12 cones of thread and 100 needles for the lees than $500. This machine is still selling strong with less accessories and more money than I originally oaid for it. This is an amazing little machine, very string and quiet. It does not shake or vibrate, but it also has suction cups on the bottom of the machine. It came threaded. But my granddaughter pulled the threads and I had to thread. I was able to so so in 5 minutes and the majority of that time was spent on threading the needles. I can now thread the needles in a snap, this has paid off i. Being a le to,thread my sewing machines when the threader act up. This machine is also extremely easy to thread, I especially like that you just click on a little switch and it exposes the lower looper after you thhread the looper younclick again and it goes back up. The lower looper is usually the hardest the thread of the two loopers. I like that it serges any material easily, thick or thin. It has differential feed so it makes it easy to serge stretchy material like knits. It has a chain stitch, which you can use to baste, to do decorative stiches or to just use along with the other two needles and the loopers to serge your item. I did a lot of research before pciking this machine, my hisband wanted to buy me a babylock, but this machine more then serves my needs, quietly and powerfully. The manual is not as clear as could be, because of all the different languages the instructions as written in, but I just highlighted the English Instructions. Plus it also comes with a DVD with instructions. I love this machine

GREAT Machine! Surprisingly easy to thread. Sewing speed is AWESOME! And it's realitively quiet.

Great machine
I ordered this because my old serger of 20 years, was a Juki also so I was familiar with the workings. If you're new to sergers and serging, this is a complicated machine to thread. Just a heads up on that end. It is a good machine, however, and worth the price and the effort to learn the threading procedure.

I love my MO
I am in love wtih this serger. This is my third serger and it is handling everything I throw at it. The rolled hem is flawless. I especially like the fact that you can raise the presser foot with a little extra push on the lever, just like a regular sewing machine. The needles can be challenging to thread, but the included cheapy needle threader helps a lot. The instruction manual is pretty clear. Great price for top notch machine.

YOU CAN’T BEAT THE JUKI PEARL LINE MO-655 & YOU CAN’T BEAT KEN’S FOR PURCHASING IT
I purchased the Juki Pearl Line MO-655 2/3/4/5 Thread Serger from Ken's Sewing & Vacuum Center on March 4, 2014. Due to being low on funds, I ordered the Refurbished one and only paid $521.00 for it. Unfortunately some of Ken’s items were damaged by a warehouse roof leak. As soon as the damage in the warehouse was discovered, I was notified immediately and Ken’s ordered me a completely new one from their supplier… I not only got the serger that I wanted Ken’s upgraded my order to a brand new Juki MO-655. I love this serger, and would buy it again! Yes, I did have a problem learning how to thread it. It was worth the learning curve. I highly recommend this serger and Ken’s Sewing and Vacuum Center as a seller! Due to Amazon’s policy of not allowing a buyer to leave a seller but one (1) review, I was not allowed to leave Ken’s Sewing and Vacuum Center a review at all… The way Amazon has it set up, if a buyer writes a review for a seller, and then discovers a misspelt word (or any other mistake they may have made), there is a spot which ask you if you want to delete the review, ‘IT DOES NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REWRITE YOUR REVIEW’… Therefore I was unable to recommend that Ken’s is the only place I will purchase any like items in the future… Their service is wonderful, their personnel is amazing, and deliveries are prompt.
