Quality made straps are a must have for any hammock camper and MalloMe comes through again
I've purchased other items from MalloMe and like the others this product did not disappoint. I used these straps this past weekend to hang a hammock while camping. They're very easy to use and setup and worked great. No slipping of the straps at all on the trees I hung them on, and I was even able to hang a ridgeline for my rain fly from the loops built into these straps. I'm a 250lb man and these held perfectly with no issues, even in heavy rain. I did not observe any stretching of the straps with a load when dry or wet. These straps came with a stuff sack that seems to be moderate quality and should last quite a while Pros: strong, very easy to use, the straps feel quality and have one end without loops for wrapping around the tree. The straps are close enough together that adjusting hammock height is easy to fine tune, but not so close that it's difficult to fit a carabiner through. The stitching appears to be quality and I noticed no rubbing or fraying of the stitching or webbing of the straps themselves. Cons: honestly, I'm really digging here to find something I didn't like about these straps, but if I could make a suggestion, I would like to have some reflective threading instead of the white stitching in order to make it easier to see at night. I don't anticipate needing to buy another pair of these any time soon, but when I do, I'll buy these again.

Shopped around: these are the best
I shopped around a LOT reading all the reviews for similar products and concluded that these are the best. I've now had them for 2 weeks. I not only love them, but got one of my friends to get them too! Their length is super convenient, it's super easy to adjust your hammock with the loops, and they're super sturdy. Quality: A+. If you're worried about the price, you can't beat it for what you're getting. I paired these with my new Bear Butt hammock and they work great together.

The best customer service and quality
I’m a pretty intense hammock user and I know my way around the hammock brands. However when I came across MalloMe, I wasn’t sure why I’ve Never heard of them before. It turns out this isn’t a very old business and it is FAMILY OWNED. That’s huge for a family business to take off like this and I always like supporting and seeing a thriving (small) business. Anyway down to the review. I received my hammock and straps 2 days after I purchased them thanks to amazon prime and was very pleased when I opened the box to nice packaging and a nice little “how to” card. I’m not sure why a brand this big wouldn’t include some MalloMe stickers but like yeti and GoPro and eno and any other big brand for products. But it’s whatever. I hung my straps and hammock right when I received them and was happy to say it was a huge hammock. Bigger than my eno Doublenest. I already knew it would be because I did research but it was still exciting to have a big hammock. I’m about 6 feet long and it fit me perfectly. Anyway I was swinging in the hammock and everything and the straps held up to their standards. I did have a problem later on with the hammock itself but the customer support was amazingly good and it was fixed within 3 days. If I were to recommend a brand, it would be eno. But if I were to put the top brands in order from best to worst, MalloMe would be right under eno. I love it. Here is my comparison to enos Doublenest hammock and MalloMes extra large hammock. Similarities • Both could easily fit three maybe four people in them • Both are made with triple stitching on both the hammock and the straps • Both come in different color hammocks • Both have attached storage bags on the hammocks • Both come with carabiners when buying the hammock. While MalloMe also includes extra carabiners in the strap package. Eno doesn’t include extra in theirs strap bag (oops that’s not a similarity) • Both are rated to hold at least 2 people Differences • Eno is softer material and has slightly better quality in their stitching and carabiners • Eno Doublenest is rated for 400 pounds while MalloMe holds 1000 (I wouldn’t test 4-6 people in it though 😂) • Eno includes top quality wire hook carabiners while MalloMe has lower quality hooks that still work • MalloMe has 10/10 customer service and will win you over instantly while eno has a larger customer base and can’t cater to everyone • Eno has more colors and more attatchment options such as the under hammock storage, the insect safe guard, and the rain tarp while MalloMe has the necessities like straps and hammocks and the rain guard. • MalloMe straps are longer and have more attatchnent options than eno does and it provides you with more possibilities (ex: thicc trees, or farther distances, or even stronger support if you wrap the slack around the tree and attach the hammock to one of the end loops) Overall this review is way too long but I wanted to give my full experience with MalloMe and suggest that you look no further than this review. Buy one! HECK, Buy 2 or 3! You won’t be disappointed. *pictures to come soon*

Great straps
These are great hammock straps. I just got back from a 3-day camping trip where we made heavy use of our hammock - these straps are much better than what we used in the past. They're VERY long, which is great if you encounter very large trees (we did). If you're dealing with a very narrow trunk instead I recommend wrapping the strap around a few times so you aren't tripping over it. There are a ton of loops, which is nice for adjusting the height of the hammock as much as you want. They held up me and both of my kids when they decided to jump in the hammock with me (if the straps were ever going to stretch, that would have done it!). And when we packed everything up, you couldn't tell by looking at the tree that our hammock had been hanging there (getting very heavy use from the kids, lots of swinging, etc).

A hammock isn't much of a hammock without these straps.
These worked great with my Ohuhu Double Camping Hammock. Super quick setup and they felt really secure. I didn't use the included carabiners, instead I used the ones that came with my hammock. But looking at them, I would probably replace these ones with high-quality ones. The straps come in a little carry bag, which I keep in the back of my truck with my hammock for those days when I find the perfect hammocking tree. Fortunately, I have the Olympic National Park and Forest in my back yard, so I have lots of options for trees. Since you probably need straps for your hammock, skip the cheap ones and just go straight to these. You'll never need to buy another set.

Heavy duty straps, super easy to set up
Let me start by saying that I had never used hammock straps before, but they were super easy to set up and adjust. It took me about five minutes to set it up the first time, but now it only takes me two or three minutes. It really is very simple. You wrap it around the tree, pull the end with the loops through the single loop on the other end and pull it tight. Then you just clip the carabiner on one of the loops and clip your hammock on it, do the same on the other side, and lastly just make some final adjustments. The stitching on the straps is very good and each loop is triple stitched. I got up from the hammock and sat down many times and swung on it too, and the straps did not move or slide down. I have more faith in these straps than the hammock, I can't imagine what type of abuse would lead to these straps breaking, they are really heavy duty. The included carabiners also seem to be good. My one wish was that the bag was a little larger. When the straps came they were both rolled up, but almost no one has the patience to do that every time they use the straps. I did manage to fit them in there without rolling them, but it took some effort. Pros: -Longer and can hold more weight than other straps on the market, you can get more creative with hanging -Wide enough that they don't harm the trees -Many loops so it is adjustable -Made well, very secure -Pretty light, especially for the weight they can hold -Price Cons: -Bag could be larger, but you could use your own

Much better design than ENO Atlas
I recently purchased an ENO doublenest hammock for 20% off since GanderMountain went out of business. I was about to purchase some ENO Atlas straps, but after reading all the reviews and seeing that these straps are longer and are rated for over 100% the weight capacity of the ENO straps, I bought these. I have absolutely no regrets. I have been able to strap up my hammock between trees that are 30 feet apart from each other and am still able to get the 30-45 degree angle from my hammock. I also purchased a cooking set from MalloMe over a year ago and found that their products are top-notch and in many cases, better than what I've found in the brand-name competitors. Another note I want to add is that the design of these straps are flawless. Compared to the ENO straps, instead of having actual loops that come out from the strap, these loops have heavy-duty triple stitching and are woven parallel with each other. I love this because, if heaven forbid, one of the loops does end up giving way (which I don't see ever happening unless a bear crawled into my hammock with me), the carabiner would fall into the next loop without me falling to the ground. Even if that were ever to happen, which I don't, I could still use the straps for the remainder of my "mocking" career.

Worth it, especially if your anchor points are extrememly far away.
Have had a unnecessarily large hammock (purchased from woot in 2012) sitting in my garage alone and forgotten for half a decade. I've tried to put the hammock up and failed since I have a lack of decent anchor points within working distance. This changed everything. I have one strap attached to a car port and the other hooked up to an ash tree about 25-30 ft away. Originally I was concerned with slippage on the tree (as well as the wooden beam) however when pulled taunt that doesn't occur. However, as an added safety precaution I did loop one side higher up on the beam in a joint section and the tree I just tied the slack in a loose knot. Great product. Especially great since there are many areas in the town (parks, college campus) which don't want people nailing their hammocks into trees (which is a valid concern).

Excellent straps, especially for the price.
I'll be honest: I bought these straps because they were the cheapest ones I found. Turns out that was a good way to pick in this case. They're solid, good straps. As soon as I got these, I had them around some trees and holding my hammock. They worked perfectly, with no stretch at all. The SOLE problem I have with them is the cheap, heavy clips they come with. They are, basically, worthless. But, since I already have a pair of 'biners on my hammock (and I suspect most people who get these straps will, too), I didn't bother marking them down a star for it. Frankly, it's pretty much what I expected from the pictures.

Strong, nicely designed, easy to use straps!
We absolutely LOVE these straps! I bought my husband an expensive, double hammock for dads day last year, and being too busy to ever pick the perfect spot, its just now put together and ready to hang. However we soon realized something was missing! He's had hammocks before and hanging one from a stand isn't rocket science, but ours wouldn't reach the end hooks! Ahha, we didn't have the pieces of chain that usually bridge that gap. He was so disappointed after finally being ready to lay on it! So Amazon to the rescue! I typed in hammock chains and right away these straps csme up. I was intrigued with the idea. I read all about them, and the reviews, showed them to my husband who also liked the concept, and the rest, as they say, is history. 2 days later we had that baby ready to go. The straps are made tough, and are so cool with the diff sewn divisions enabling you to easily pick the level for your hammock to hang. These are sold as straps for trees or posts, etc, but i easily got them to work on the ends of the hammock stand after thinking about it for a minute. Very secure and SO much nicer looking than ugly, noisy chains that always end up rusty looking! We love these and eill prob order another set to put on some trees in the yard for moving the hammock to another spot in an instant, if one of us wants to do that at the last minute. Easily foldable and packable if you're a camper or traveler. These should last a very long time! Great Job to the developers!!
