But I am happy with this purchase

I bought 3 sets of the 100w x84l for my workout room. This was a room addition former owner had added on and it doesn't have heat/ac. One wall has a large window and the other is a wall of windows facing the lake. When the weather turn very cold so did my room, it was only 40 degrees with the infrared heater going. I had gotten 1 panel up and was waiting for the other 2 to show up. I went to put the other 2 up and the temp of 52 after putting them up and checking later the room, with heater going, was in the mid 60s! I still plan on putting some draft stoppers below the curtains since they don't touch the floor and I can't still feel a bit of a draft. But I am happy with this purchase! I did not install a curtain rod since I will be taking them down after the cold weather. I used these adhesive hooks which were great! Very effective, but buy more (wider) than you think you'll need

We have a long wall of single-pane windows in our dining room. The view is beautiful, but they do nothing to keep out the heat and cold. We replaced some regular curtains with these and the difference in the summer was instant. These curtains kept the heat out without making the room overly dark. Now that it's winter they're helping to keep the dining area livable by blocking the wall of cold that radiates from the glass. They can only do so much, but so far they're making a noticeable difference. The only caveat is that I would recommend getting one more panel than you think you'll need. We measured carefully and added extra width for the pleats and still came up short. It isn't that they're not as wide as advertised, they just pleat larger than we expected. I think it's because the large grommets don't let them lie as flat. They're very well made with a quality look and feel. The beige color we bought is actually a pleasant hue, and they make the accent panels stand out without being a boring background. They even clean up nicely. Food splashes and even waterpaints clean up with just a wet soapy cloth.

I am ordering a second panel. I am washing the first now. I did not believe that this curtain would replace my doubled insulated drapes I had used forever. I am happy to report that it actually did work as well as my old worn out curtain solution. I am happy to report that it washed well. I am letting it air dry because I don't want to hear the grommets banging in the dryer. Three dogs go in and out of that patio door dozens of times a day. I don't see any snags on the curtain. I want another one. Can you stock up on curtains? I am afraid I won't be able to get another. A department store needs a $100 purchase to get the best price and free shipping. They sell SunZero. I bought and returned one because of snags I want to see what happens if I double these curtains to increase insulation. I want to find a way to close it tightly to the part of the door that does not open. Velcro perhaps or hooks.. Confession I took in a hard luck 7 year old, 12 lb 12" tall neutered male Minpin who had no home to go to. He is more trouble than my other two 90 lb dogs.He marks his territory by urinating. (My friend who couldn't keep him forgot to tell me this.) He has marked my patio curtain. The curtain color masked how dirty it is. This curtain held up to abuse and washing well. This dirty little dog has gotten better but will never be house trained. No I can't find another home for him. No one would want him. He is alive, what can I say. He is mine and can be cute. He bites and steals food but... in the past he was a gift for children. Who knows what his life was like.

Very happy with these! First, a disclaimer: Knowing these are clearly labeled as indoor curtains, we bought them to hang OUTSIDE to cover our 30 feet of 7' patio doors, so I'm not expecting them to last more than a couple of years here in the desert. (We wanted to be able to make the house completely dark during daylight hours, but didn't want them showing from the inside when they weren't in use.) Note that they are very nice curtains made of a slightly satiny material, well-hemmed and finished, with copper-colored grommets for the curtain rod; they would look just fine hanging inside on nice curtain rods (I have them strung on a very heavy metal wire using a turnbuckle to keep the wire tight and avoid sagging, and when not in use, we stack them at one end of the 30' wire, and confine them with a bungee cord). Now to address their effectiveness as blackout curtains, which is the reason we bought them...they are absolutely perfect. No light comes through whatsoever. We bought 3 of the 100" x 84" panels, and 1 of the 54" x 84" panels, and we were so happy with them we bought an additional 100" x 84" panel to use over some other windows. Note that the ones we bought are black, so I can't speak to the blackout properties of the other colors, though they are all advertised as blackout. The curtains come packed in clear plastic zipper bags (with no additional cardboard or other stuff to throw away), and shipped in a regular Amazon cardboard box. Couldn't be happier with our purchase, and if/when these need replacing, I will definitely order more. WELL worth the price, an exceptional value. Shipped quickly (we received within 2 days of ordering).

Love these Drapes!

These drapes are amazing. Great quality at a great price. The hang, the feel, and the function are all 10's. They black out light perfectly when closed, yet are thin enough to gather nicely when open. Really easy to pull open or closed, which isn't always true with grommet drapes. The entire wall in our living room is made of sliding glass doors so I needed something that would frame the windows without blocking our view of the back yard. These worked perfectly. I realized after I hung them that the various drapes I had purchased for other rooms would have been too bulky and bunchy - something you may want to consider when buying drapes for sliders.

Elegant, High-End, Worth EVERY PENNY

Edit on day of review: One of the curtains is an inch shorter than the other, amazon is working to correct the issue now I was nervous ordering these, but I have to admit I am so impressed with the quality of these curtains. I ordered two panels of the beige color to fit my sliding glass doors in my living room, I prefer the full look of them when they are closed, so don't skimp, buy the extra panel. The color beige, I would describe as a light sand color, very pretty and soft, blending in well with white walls. The material is luxurious to the touch, soft, silky-like suede, appears and feels high-end, not shiny, but not matte either, they have some weight to them. The curtains are the same color on both sides. When I have these closed, I have 100% privacy both during the day and at night, which is what I was looking for. They do block the light out during the perfectly, but the side of the house they are hanging on never gets direct sun, so your mileage may vary with a lighter color if the sun shines directly in and you're putting them in a bedroom. I have pets, and hair sticks to everything in my house, the floors, the couch, my blankets, my previous cotton curtains.......BUT not on this fabric at all! That was a huge plus for me. I plan on buying another set of these curtains in a smaller width to fit the other window in my living to match. This is probably one of my favorite purchases ever. Don't even bother looking for another set of curtains, you'll adore these!

I love these curtains

I love these curtains. The color is beautiful, the fabric is amazing and they are on the west side of my home. I live in New York, so these curtains block out the sunset very well. Thank you very much. And, the price was great😃

Thermal Curtains

The quality is above par - not too heavy, not too light. Wrinkles were almost non-existent. One panel (100" x 84") fits my 73" sliding patio door nicely, allowing just enough extra material to create a nice hanging effect. Main reason for purchasing this curtain is for its thermal quality as we are remodeling our solarium into a 4 season room. Time will tell if this curtain will help in keeping the cold air out and warm air inside. I am encouraged that it will.

Love the quality

After much research, trips to local stores, I finally ordered these curtains for my 3 big living room windows. Love the quality, the fabric looks like "ultra suede", wonderful creamy color. The grommets have a copper highlight, goes well with the bronze curtain rods. These windows face north, so no direct sun, so can't speak to the blackout ability, but much better than what I used to have. Does nothing for sound insulation, but I'm sure it does help reduce the cold air somewhat. I will be adding a separate liner curtain behind these drapes to give better insulation from cold. I bought a fabric steamer from Amazon to remove the wrinkles. I misted drapes & tumbled on low in dryer to remove wrinkles but that was not enough, and the grommets make a heck of a noise in the dryer. I recommend using a steamer. Love that these can be washed & don't have to go to the dry cleaner (so expensive!). Overall, good quality, they look elegant and I recommend. 100" wide curtains are hard to find!

Very, very happy with this purchase.

I love this curtain. The color is just as it appears in the photo, a nice silver gray and is perfect for my room. It does block a lot of light which is really great since I am pretty much a day sleeper and I think it does tend to block some of the heat or cold. I have this on a sliding glass door that is 64" across. I would have liked a little more width but a double curtain would be way too much. Overall they do drape nicely and have some pleat even when closed. I like the texture of the fabric, which is rather smooth because I have cats and their fur gets everywhere. My older curtain was a very rough texture and they were constantly needing cleaning because they got covered with fur. Since I have 2 black cats this was quite an issue. This curtain has zero fur stuck to it and is machine washable. GREAT!
