Knitting made easy

I wanted to learn how to knit and this was a great starter kit. While I did go to the web page to confirms how to cast on once I figured things out I was on my way. The really nice thing about the kit is being able to make three dish towels so you can get better as you go...first towel definitely has dropped and added stitches.

The needles are superior.

I reviewed a whole set of Knit Pick needles. This is the kit that convinced me to give up my metal and bamboo ones and purchase the beautiful wood needles. The kit comes with three bold colors of yarn. Great kit to get started knitting.

Great for learning how to knit!

This Learn to Knit Kit is really great for those learning how to knit like myself! I started making things at home instead of buying, really getting into DIY, and I picked these up as a way to learn to knit small household items. Everything that you need is included and the directions are very straightforward. I have started making my first Dishcloth and so far it is a breeze. It is very relaxing knitting and it feels great seeing what you are making come to life! I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone interested in learning how to knit!

Great components for any knitter

Lovely kit. Although I already knit, wanted to try this brand’s yarn and needles and this was a great way to do so. The yarn is easy to work, seems well twisted and has not split ~~ Several cotton yarns I’ve tried split easily. The colours are great and the skeins are generous in size. These are my first quality wooden needles and I LOVE them! Smooth, sharp, and so aesthetically pleasing. For true beginners ~~ be patient with cotton yarn and small needles. Do a couple small practice pieces to get the hang of tension because cotton yarn can stretch. But it’s worth taking some extra time ~~ IT’s COTTON! I did receive the correct pamphlet ( some reviewers did not). Decent instructions for those who need them. Definitely recommend this kit, and if the brand is consistent I’ll be purchasing more.

I love this Knit Pics series of knitting kits! Whether you are a first time knitter or an experienced knitter, this kit is a super buy! I wanted to try the Dishie yarn as well as the Caspian knitting needles, so this was perfect for me to do so. The Caspian needles are fabulous - I'm buying the circular set - and for dishcloths the Dishie yarn is wonderful! Dishie far outshines all the other cotton yarn for dishcloths out there! The instruction booklet is also very well done for brand new knitters, and it's always great to get a quality darning needle too :) I'm so pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this kit to others, whether you are just starting out or are looking for great yarn to make dishcloths with or would like to try out the Caspian needles. Oh and btw, each skein has plenty of yardage to make 3+ dishcloths each. Thanks so much Knit Pics for such a terrific kit! I'd love to see more kits for intermediate and advanced projects, as well as yarns you carry here on Amazon sometime in the future!
