Amazing Results

After reading so many positive reviews on Amazon, I decided to try this. It really works! It took about 30 days to kick in, but I am ECSTATIC! I take one of these in the morning and a "Sleep Cool" at bedtime.

Female over 65, gained with Nutrisystem, read this review

Like another review that I read, I had gained weight, slowly, over time. It added up. I tried nutrisystem and actually still gained weight. Will mention that I am over 65, but play doubles tennis 5 times a week plus all the other activities that women do, like cleaning, etc. What to do? I started trying other options as I obviously had zero metabolism, and, nothing I tried helped. I even left out the snacks on the Nutrisystem program to reduce calories and still gained. The only thing that made a difference was adding Estroven to my Nutrisystem and continuing my regular activities, like the tennis. I am so pleased. No side effects and I am watching the scale slowly reflect weight loss. Plus, I feel great. Highly recommend for another senior that finds herself in my shoes. Oh my gosh! Menopause symptoms gone. I can now sleep at night. I'm not waking up soaked and I'm not waking up for any other reason. Formula has been changed from twice a day to once a day, which is wonderful. I recommend this to my friends!

Works for me.

I purchased this product to help with irregular menstruation and spotting in between periods. It helped with both symptoms. As far as the weight management goes, I have lost about 4 pounds while taking it. To put it in perspective I have been actively trying to lose weight (reducing caloric intake, exercising more frequently) with no luck for over a year. This seems to help whatever was causing my weight retention, so I am happy with that.

It works for me!

It took about 2 weeks for the hot flashes to minimize and about a month for them to go away. I can wear turtlenecks again!! And on top of that, I no longer feel super hungry all the time. I gained 15 pounds (all in my gut) in two years because my brain was telling me that I was always hungry. My weight is finally starting to go back down. I actually feel in control again: in control of my eating, in control of my mood and in control of my temperature. What a relief. As a note, I tried taking the supplement that is 540mg of black cohosh, but that gave me a horrible headache. These pills have do not have any side effects that I have noticed.
