Like the design, like the initial hold.

Almost upon touching our ceramic tile in the master bath, this product began to adhere. The lever to concave the suction cup for adhesion is clear plastic and does clearly look distinct from the rest of the product although when locked in it is on the bottom and a bit less obvious than in the picture...but it is there. That said, I can't argue the effect as engaging the lever brought on a very secure bond to our tile. I've bought lesser "push to adhere" suction cup products that got discarded in short order. Having this one in hand and seeing in action makes me understand the difference in quality between this item and the cheaper / less designed products...so far so good.

Perfect holder for my shower door!

Very nice holder and the suction cups work great. I was skeptical at first, but after a few days I was sold. Just be sure to dampen the suction cups before applying them, as I didn't do this the first time and it did fall off. I also found out that you can use this item on walls, as it came with a 3M type disc that you can adhere to the wall first and then add the towel holder to them. I haven't used the discs, but they claim that they won't mar the walls and come off very easily should you decide to remove them.

Great value

This was extremely easy to install. Just stick it on and turn the lever. The end. It holds two towels and sometimes a bath robe no problem. We’ve had it on the outside of the shower glass for about 3 weeks and it’s hilding just fine. It looks pretty good and when you have a towel in it you can’t even really see it so it doesn’t really matter what it looks like, right? It even sticks without sliding the locking mechanism. Would recommend this hook.

Holds my baby monitor!!

I got this soap dish to hold my baby monitor (at eye level, opposite wall of the shower head) to watch my baby who likes to crawl off the bed when he wakes up from a nap. It fits the Infant Optics monitor perfectly! The rounded up edges hold it in the dish so there’s no risk of dropping it (unless you really smack it.) The suction cup is REALLY strong. The monitor is light so it’s overkill for me but you could probably hang a bowling ball off of this thing. I can’t speak to water spots or rust because it never gets wet (which was the point for me) but it’s coated in a nice, smooth, chrome material. I recommend this to all my mom friends with the same crawlingbabyissues like me!

Holds well, looks great, and comes with a backup suction pad

This is the best one for the money I found. It looks great and blends in well. The section cup is so powerful, I would be absolutely sure you have it in the right place before installing. I decided to move mine after a few days and had to get a butter knife to wedge in and break the seal. It also has a locking lever so you can make some slight adjustments to get it level and lock it in place. When I originally got it I was confused by the round 3m sticker in the box. I was afraid I ordered one that went up with double sided tape. Turns out it is a back up suction cup you can install if the first one wears out. Very pleased to see it included.

Very Pleased

I hope I'm not speaking too early but I love this Soap Dish Holder. I've only had it up for 24 hours and two showers but it's holding ferm. I wasted my time and money trying Bed Bath and Beyond products, when I should have gone to the one place that has never let me down, Amazon. The Bopai Elegant Suction Soap Dish not only is holding ferm, it looks good on the shower wall. It's now been up for one week and it's great. And it looks great in my shower.

it stays put!

my experience with cheaper suction cup trays has been dire - they refused to stay in place on my smooth ceramic tile (too smooth? it's kinda slippery) - a minute or so after setting them up - i would hear them clatter into the sink this one started out that way - i was discouraged - but it comes with a thin round self-sticking pad - after putting carefully in place (it won't relocate if you do it wrong - you will probably have to order another one) - i found the grip of suction cup noticeably more robust - it hasn't fallen since - in fact - it seems like it'll stay in place forever

Great product. The first one has been in place ...

This is the second towel bar I have bought. Our bathroom has no space to wall mount one so we settled on a suction cup bar to attach to the glass of the shower. Worked so well I bought another as 24" isn't enough for 2 towels (I wish there was a 36" model). Know where you want them as as soon as a cup hits the surface it is stuck! Great product. The first one has been in place now for a couple of months and has not needed readjusting. Looks very good too.

Easy & Attractive, Saves $$$!!!

I'm so glad that I ordered THIS soap dish!!! Read lots of reviews and descriptions for many different ones, but this seemed to be what I was looking for: something easy to install, remove, clean, and it had to look good! Holds my big bar of handmade (and expensive) soap above any shower water. My soap never gets wet and I'll save a ton of money on the high-end soap that I love! Showering just got a little more luxurious!!! Turns out, I've made a good choice with this! TIP: Wet the wall and the suction cup before applying to a squeaky clean surface. The water will create better suction.

Great Option for Baths With Minimal Wall Space

I ordered this suction-cup towel bar because we didn't have wall space for a fixed bar in our master bath. (Between two sets of cabinets with large mirrors, two windows, and door frames that are too tight for an over-door option, there's no place to hang a full-sized towel.) I affixed this bar to the front of our shower door, and it's working great -- it hasn't detached or loosened under the weight of a damp towel. Frankly, I'm surprised at how well it works! Yes, it seems to be chrome-plated plastic; so it can "feel" a bit cheap...but a heavier metal bar might not stay affixed as well. I will say that I was disappointed the package arrived without instructions (I wasn't sure if the suction cups should be dampened before sticking), but I later realized I was emailed instructions the day it was delivered. (So if if yours arrives without instructions, be sure to check your email!) Overall, I'm very happy with this product.
