FANTASTIC item ... hubby wears hearing aids, and I help him care for them.... I've been complaining for years, why didn't anyone make tiny pipe-cleaners for this purpose... Even our Hearing Aid facility has never made us aware of these, so I plan to make THEM aware of this item. I found these easy to use, and very efficient at removing any & all bits of earwax from the tubes. Will never be without them!

Great for hearing aids with a canal

I'm sure there is a more appropos word than canal, but if your hearing aids have a tube that needs cleaning, these are great. My supplier had switched to a thin, plastic reed that I really found useless. With these, I would actually fold the string back on itself to double the size, allowing me to pull it back and forth, completely cleaning the canal/tube.

Great little item that does the job well

I use these to clean the tubing in my dad's hearing aids and they work wonderfully. I simply feed one end of the cleaner into a tube and then pull it through and voila - all the earwax that's built up inside of tube is cleaned away, and I toss the cleaner into the trash. Could not be simpler and I'm a repeat buyer.

It is easy to use

This is the product I have been looking for to clean the canals on my in the ear hearing aid. The product is as described and should be more widely advertised and known to hearing aid suppliers. It is easy to use, but requires some coordination similar to threading a needle with heavy stiff thread. Much superior to the plastic picks and brushes for cleaning out wax. I highly recommend this product.

Superb!

I love these brush threads. They clean the air holes in my CIC hearing aids so much easier and more throughly than the hit or miss method of using traditional thin plastic rods. I'm ordering more right away. The only downside is that they're a bit pricey.

Clean Phonak Hearing Aids of ear wax

This product is the answer to Phonak hearing aids that are inoperative due to ear wax in the tube...pushpull through the tube and voila...you hear again.

Makes an unpleasant job MUCH easier

I use this to clean my husband’s hearing aids. Makes the job so much faster and easier. I plan to always have these on hand.

An Essential Tool!!

Awesome! Cleaned out a bunch of earwax That was stuck in my hearing aid tunnels for ages!! Not even my hearing aid vacuum cleaner could reach it. Glad I purchased.
