Great computer package,ESPECIALLY for the low price you pay. The accessories were a lot nicer than I had anticipated and it was VERY easy to set up. My boyfriend had no trouble figuring out what cords went where and had the complete package out of the box and up and running in a matter of minutes. Everything came in one box and each item was packaged separately and well protected from potential damage during shipping. Over all I was VERY happy with my purchase. I have been using the computer for a few months now with no issues.

When shopping for a computer I check the amount of ram & disk space and speed first.

Like the ease of setup. Windows10 has a ton of added programs that I have yet to try .. Like 3D paint, web browser Microsoft edge, etc, etc. Takes some reading and learning what all the new things can do for you. I was surprised when pc was unpacked. I thought it was an upright tower but it ended up being a lay down desktop. Doesn't matter - works great and is much faster than Windows 7. Belonging to Amazon for a while now I realize over and over after purchases that it is a great company that is VERY RELIABLE in it's sales department. Wish it had decided to come to Pittsburgh,PA.

Really can't beat it for price

I was scared to buy this after reading some of the reviews, but the price is so good it was really my only option. With that in mind, it's a perfectly fine computer for my kids and I to run the games on it we want. The whole reason I bought it was to play games like The Sims 4, Spore, Petz 4, etc. I also run Warcraft 2 tides of darkness and some other games from my childhood. I haven't been disappointed with this computer at all, well except when I had the sims graphics settings all the way up. It started to lag, so I turned them back down and it's fine. Really not a big deal at all. I'm happy with it.

Great customer service

I have only had this one day, I usually wait a few weeks after using an item to give a review. But, I am happy with giving one now, and can change it later if anything happens. Ordered it on the 11th of October, and it got to me on the 15th of October. So very quick shipping. Set up was easy. Yes you get a cheap mouse, keyboard, and speakers... But, they work, or you can use better paid ones, I set it up with my older ones from my computer that went out. For the price with a 4 year warranty that Amazon and Sq. trade offers it is a better deal than a newer on and you're keeping items out of the landfill. After set up only 4 of 8 usb ports worked, and I emailed them last night. First thing this morning I got a email back from them saying that it was something I would need to ship it back to them to fix and I got a return label and all. I was about to unplug everything and windows wanted to do an update. I let it do the update. Then poof all the usb ports worked. So no need to ship it back. It is a very quiet machine.

Great value for the price. My daughter needed a computer to do her school work on and it works great. Can't beat the price. It was also packaged really well. Would buy again.

Super good deal and super easy to get rolling

This impressed the crap out of me. Basic set up,not many chords,wifi usb already in it. I was on the internet watching Youtube like 10 minutes after plugging it all in. I was sketched out about the wifi usb but it works flawlessly. Fast internet browsing. I seen reviews about the keyboard and mouse and they really are cheap and feel cheap,so I went ahead and bought a wireless logitech keyboard/mouse duo for $15. Not a huge deal. I'm highly pleased and very impressed. I will be getting a new monitor because this one is kinda boxy and old school but no biggy.

if i need to buy another i would

i recieved it yesterday and i sit it up. for $150 it is a GREAT deal. ( assuming it doesn't break ) the monitor is nice and big, nothing fancy but a lot better then our 13 inch monitor. i got a wireless mouse and keyboard for 14 bucks "OfficeTec Wireless Keyboard And Mouse Combo (KB101)" all that combined and you have yourself a awesome computer to do basic stuff. its for my little bro and sis to do power point and essays. browse the internet etc. works perfect for that

One of the BEST deals I've been able to find on a refurbished PC. The computer's speed is lightning fast and it has a good amount of hard drive space for storing a good amount of files/music/ whatever! I personally own a high-end gaming PC which cost over $1500, I bought this refurbished computer for my wife who desperately needed an upgrade from a HP stream as she likes to produce youtube videos and this computer lets her do that and much more! You can't even tell it's refurbished everything appears brand new, the screen especially is EXCEPTIONAL. I never expected to get such a good value from a refurbished setup. And in the end, setup is a breeze, I needed only to connect all parts, turned it on, and it was up and running in minutes! I highly recommend this PC for anyone needing a more than decent PC setup for a deal of a price. Also the seller is highly communicative and answers questions quickly. Shipped and arrived much sooner than estimated as well. Will definitely purchase from these people again.

Good pc for the money

It works good I’ve had no problems with it setup was easy I was not expecting a top of the line pc for 149.00 has 500gb hard drive but I do have a 2tb usb backup memory.. but if you looking for a good cheap pc you won’t go wrong with this one I surf the web add videos music pictures what ever
