Once I start eating this, I just cannot stop. So I will never buy it again lol. The taste is very good, but still a carb dominated salty snack.

Rice cakes used to be one of the "diet" foods people turned to in the 80-90s because they seemed to be a good alternative to oily chips. Since then, nutritionists have learned that rice cakes are bad for the glycemic index since they are pure carbs and convert straight to sugar. As someone who has battled with keeping the weight off, ever since I was a kid, I actually like snacking on these rice chips because they are a solid alternative to greasy potato chips. Even though the rice crackers convery straight to sugar, I usually only eat one or two servings which is only 260 calories. That's far fewer than potato chips and I don't feel gross afterwards. The Ranch flavor is my fave as it comes loaded with taste and satisfies my snacking urge.

I bought these as a snack to help me stay away from the fridge, and they are very nice. My wife tried them and she even likes them so we had to reorder 4 more bags to save on the pantry costs. If you like rice cakes and Ranch dressing then try these, the flavor is awesome.

I can eat the entire bag
