I can’t express enough how much this has changed mine and my cats lives. Merging two households wasn’t easy on the cats. One male cat had a hard time moving into a new house with new pets. He had terrible behavior problems and would cause us and the other cats a lot of stress. His bullying led to the other two cats having health problems. He would get into moods where he would chase and attack the others and would not let up. We tried everything the vet suggested to reduce theses incidences, but getting feliway was the only thing that worked. He is a completely different cat now. He is calm and his outbursts rarely happen. He has become a couch cat and has turned into the sweetest boy. The other cats aren’t stressed anymore and neither are we. We have three diffusers in the three rooms we have had incidences in. It definitely has more of an affect on the male cats than the female. If you aren’t noticing a difference with one diffuser I would suggest getting a second. We couldn’t believe that this one product could fix everything, but it did. If he starts to act out again we check the diffusers, and sure enough, one of them will be out. I would suggest this to anyone with cats. The vet bills were adding up and we considered finding a new home for one cat. Heartbreaking to even think about but that’s how bad things got and the health of the cats was most important. If your cats are having any behavior problems or stress please try this!

Okay, this stuff is not cheap, however it really does work! I have living in my house 5 cats that were combined from three separate homes... It wasn't going too well at first. Now after ~2.5 weeks of using the plug-in diffuser they are all MUCH calmer. I have already ordered a refill!

I’ve never heard of this product before I adopted two little kittens from a local shelter. I’ve only had one cat at the time, so there was no need for me to use this, but as I was uncertain how my 3-year-old Siamese would react to two more kittens in the household, I started researching a bit on line how to make the introduction and the transition as smooth as possible. Cats are weird little creatures and I didn’t want to start the introduction on the wrong paw! So what I did was this: ⭐️ I bought the Multicat Starter kit which includes one diffuser and one refill good for about a month. This particular Multicat refill works just like a Glade plug-in except that it emits synthetic pheromones a mother cat would naturally emit to her kittens in order to make them bond to her. Sound good. We humans do not sense or smell anything, but the cats do. ⭐️ I separated the kittens from my Siamese for a week in a kitty-safe room allowing no contact with the host cat, but occasional pawing through the crack between closed doors ⭐️ I’d play with the kittens often, holding them so they would leave their scent on me, then I would play with the Siamese allowing her to smell their scent on me. You get the idea. I did that for a week. No visual contact other than when I would open the door to get in, which made my Siamese very curious. ⭐️ After a week I tried the introduction in the living room where I had the Feliway Multi Cat diffuser plugged in. It went okay, though the Siamese did hiss a few times. When I saw that she was getting a bit rowdy, I separated the kittens again for 3 days allowing her no contact. That made her even more curious, now that she’s seen them and had contact with them. Reverse psychology, what can I say.. ⭐️ After 3 more days, I tried again and just a few days later they were all sniffing each others’ butts! ⭐️ I kept the diffuser plugged in until it ran out of juice, which was a few days short of a month. I was very impressed with the product as I noticed that all three would usually gather around the area where it was plugged in. The Siamese seemed more chill than normal and her demeanor towards the kittens changed for the better. I was a bit worried that she would not accept them as I know quite a few people with pets that don’t like each other and that’s a headache for everyone involved. I highly recommend the product. I’ve read testimonials of people saying that the diffuser almost set their house on fire, or whatnot, but if you read the instructions before use, Feliway does warn not to use any surge protectors, extension cords and to make sure that there is at least a 4 foot clearance ABOVE the diffuser once plugged it and to change the diffuser every 6 months. I followed all those instructions and had no burning smell or anything of the kind. Highly recommend the product (my cats are licking each other as I’m writing this!!!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazingly, having this product plugged in our family room stopped two of our kitties from being aggressive with each other! No more growling or hissing, and they even lie two feet from each other in front of the fireplace. I made sure I let our vet know so she could pass this on.

I have three cats. Male and female are brother and sister and get along well. I acquired a third cat (female) thru a rescue situation several years ago. The two females have always tolerated each other, at best. We usually hear a minimum of 1-2 hissing matches daily with them. We also recently moved from the only house all three have ever known, and male cat begin to walk the house and cry in the middle of the night. We also noticed a strong urine smell coming from one of the boxes, even though it’s cleaned daily. I mentioned the crying and urine smell to the vet. He said both could be a result of stress from the move and recommended this product. I bought one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I’m shocked in the change in just a few days. First, the crying has nearly stopped and male cat is now settling in at night to sleep in bed with me. I’m not noticing the strong urine smell from the box. The conflict between the two females has also basically stopped. All three can now be found enjoying the new sun room and sitting on the couch together (even the two females). I will never go without this product in my house; I don’t know or care how, but it has resulted in three very happy cats!

We have a 3 and 10 year old new-to-each-other female cats. We put the regular Feliway in each of their main rooms, where they each spend most of their time. Then we put one of the Multi-Cat plug-ins in the main part of the house. Once we noticed them spitting and hissing more than they had been and I checked their plug-in and discovered that I had put in the regular Feliway instead of the Multi-cat. Once I exchanged it, they calmed down within a few hours. I also tried to use just multi-cat instead of the regular one in my cat's main room and she became noticeable more playful, almost aggressive or intense. Since that's the only thing I had changed, I switched back to the regular one in her room and she calmed right down again. So, I can't say I totally understand why that would happen, but we seem to now have to combination figured out, and we can't change anything. So, I guess we are sticking to it, at least for a little while longer. Now, if someone could figure out how to make pheromones to help people get along better. :)

One of my male cats had been peeing in 2 places against an outside door & in 3 places near a door to the garage. I was cleaning urine & its smell off the floor as many as 10 times a week for many months. The Vet suggested I try the diffuser. I plugged the diffuser in within 6 to 10 feet of those areas. After 2 weeks I ordered the spray bottle too, & sprayed a little every few days on the bottom of the doors/ walls. A month later the diffuser ran dry, so I put on a refill. Sometime between 5 & 6 weeks, the peeing suddenly stopped. That was 2 weeks ago & it's still working. I recommend it highly. Just give it a long time to start working.

I have 2 males, one almost 2 years who rules the roost (black one in the pic), and little brother 7 months (striped gray tabby). I foster for a local shelter and brought home a pretty wild 7 week old sick male kitten (gray) who was born to a homeless mama. After a month of illness, multiple doctor visits and x-rays we found he has a long list of congenital conditions he'll have for life and was not adoptable so I decided to keep him since I'd been to hell and back with this little guy. My oldest boy was not happy to have a new kitten running around. Lots of hissing and stare downs. The 7 month old was like yeah a new brother! no issues with him. I heard about this product and thought I'd give it a try because at 2 months now, they should be getting along or at least used to each other enough for the constant hissing from both of them to stop. After 5 days I noticed a dramatic change in them. The hissing has gone from every time I see you I must hiss, to maybe twice a day. They are now eating all together in close proximity or from the same bowl, they can play together without it turning into a hissing match, and they can relax in the same room or on our bed without fighting. This picture was taken on 12/21 and we let them play in Christmas wrapping, this would never have happened before, it would have turned into a fight being how close they are to each other! I am truly amazed and very happy. I will stick with the product for another month and if I ever need to introduce another I'll use it for sure!

My roomies and I adopted a 11 year old cat and two days later a kitten, they lived together and got along perfectly for a year then I split ways with my roomies and took the older cat...fast forward another year and my older kitty and I are moving back to the same apartment with the same other cat and roomies, problem was that the cats decided they hated each other now. We spent several days trying to ease them back into living together with varying degrees of success and decided to try anything and everything to get them to get along again. We plugged the diffuser in the wall right by where they could smell each other under a door and within two days there was no more hissing! In less than a week we could open the door and let them interact and a little more than a week later they were perfectly fine! They have their little moments if the younger one gets too playful or crazy but I notice both of them lounging right underneath the diffuser constantly, so that's what I'm attributing this success to! So happy to have them back to normal ❤
