Tough to get on but great once it is

Despite reading reviews that said to let this warm up before trying to slip it on the wheel I just went for it fresh out of the box. There was definitely a great deal of verbal discourse directed at the cover. That last little fraction of an inch is the worst to get past but once it's on it looks great. I've never had to worry about the steering wheel being too hot to touch and it gives me more grip than I would have otherwise had. Other people who have driven my car have even commented on how much nicer it is than their bare steering wheels.

AND long lasting

My daughter bought two steering wheel covers several years, one traditional black leather one for her father and this 'ethnic' one for herself. Now it may be true that my husband exudes some type of fabric-destructive chemical, but this year I noticed that his steering wheel cover was falling apart whereas hers looks primo. He does drive more than she, but still... I got him this 'ethnic' steering wheel cover for his birthday to replace his yucky and no-longer-really-black one. The old one came off the wheel, a little sticky and gross in my hand, the feel of foam rubber dissolving. Now he has this new 'ethnic' steering wheel cover. It was cheap, it looks great, and it's more his type of thing, neither faux nor real leather. I'm not totally sure, but I think it might be a lot more earth friendly to purchase an item made from organic material rather fakey pleather. Or leather. Plus, the colors are beautiful muted earth tones. It doesn't have a smooth plush feel to it, like the wheel covers made of plush, but I don't need my husband to be lulled to sleep by his wheel cover.

pretty and comfy

This is actually the second steering wheel cover I have had of this style. It is pretty and feels really nice to hold onto. The construction is durable as well. The last one I had lasted over 5 years and I regretted letting it go with my last car. So glad I could get a new one. Fun style, durability and comfort all together...perfect

Easy to install and stylish on my steering wheel!

You should really follow the manufacturers advice on how to get this item to stretch on your steering wheel because with that and a little patience this will fit and install just fine. Love the look and style of this cover and allows me to not have small tiny particles from my steering wheel rub off on my hands as I drive. Recommend for sure just follow the instructions and suggestions on how to install.

Excellent Quality, Just Right

I got this to go over my old Camry's steering wheel because it's alway burning hot when I get in during the summer, and icy cold during the winter. I don't have to worry about that anymore! I like the rough, tough texture and it protects my hands from the wheel. The colors are nice, too! It came on time, undamaged, and smell-free. (I know that one can be important sometimes!)

Nice

The real secret to getting it on is from the back and when it gets too tight slip a screwdriver to lever the last piece in place. I really like the cover, both look and feel. It might be a bit duller than depicted, but it complements the dashboard and it is a bit textured in feel.

Tough!

Color is far brighter than photo on-line suggests. Definitely keeps me alert! I was sure I had picked the wrong size as it was extremely difficult to get installed. Once it is on, that baby is not coming off without tools! I'm a machinist and have really strong hands. Not sure the average person could handle it.

Upper body workout

Holy hell, was this thing hard to put on! For a while I was convinced that it was too small until I got the single best upper body workout of my life fighting with it until I finally got it on. Now the good news. It does in fact fit. The fabric iappwars to be quite sturdy and durable. The fabric feels nice and it looks cool too.

Honda blanket.

My wife has a 2014 Honda Civic, and the cars have remarkably teeny steering wheels, that, in Arizona, are prone to peeling. It was impossible to find a cover that fit. I ran into this snazzy little dude here on the Amazon's, and bought it. BEST DECISION EVER. It's well built, durable, and fabric is like a blanket for your hands. My GOD. worth the bucks.
