The quality is really good. We were not sure at first due to the low pricing and had a plan B if these don't work out for us. We were very happy when opening the box because we could tell they look similar to the old set we have which cost us over $400 years ago. We used them right away and we are very pleased with the quality. Will not need the plan B anymore.

I have a new induction cooktop and had to replace pots and pans. These are great. Work SUPER on the cooktop and can go in the dishwasher EXCEPT FOR THE LITTLE TINY ONE for warming butter! It doesn't work ... it won't hold a magnet. What's up with that? If you DON"T have an induction cooktop, I'd recommend you save $20 and get the ones that are NOT for induction. I had those and they were great on my old cooktop.

I'm always wary of Teflon based cookware since the coating eventually comes off no matter the quality, price or how careful and dedicated you are to following the manufacturer's directions. It's inevitable and with some of the research and studies go to show how this stuff is not very good for you I'm really hesitant. Having said that however, the ends, for me, justify the means. I'd rather consume minute quantities of Teflon over time compared to lots of oil and grease every day. Non-stick is just one of those things that is very useful when cooking certain foods if you don't want to add a lot of fat. I've gone through a few T-Fal pans in the past and however careful I try to be, it eventually sticks. Cooking on low heat, preheating first, non-scratch utensils, a bit of oil, no abrasives when cleaning, don't stack the pans, cleaning right away, etc all help. I find this to be a perfect price point for replacements. The pans are especially useful since that's what I use to fry all the time. Cutting down on the oils and fats helps me stay healthy. I don't put it in the dishwasher either even if this is dishwasher safe. Overall, when you can get these on sale, it's a great deal. PS I've used high end expensive non-stick cookware and they're all just the same. They may last a bit longer but eventually they too will stick. "Lifetime" warranties are useless. They get you to mail it back, inspect it then just deny your claim so now you're out postage too. Get something cheap. Get this set. Plan on replacing it every few years. Don't get disappointed.

Having owned a restaurant for nine years, I know cookware. While this set is not intended for commercial use it will hold up under heavy home use. The number one thing to remember when cooking with aluminum pans is cook at medium heat. These pans transfer heat very well. High heat is not needed and will shorten the life of your pan. Second thing to remember is to never use metal utensils of any kind on these pans . T-fal says you can with limitations. I say don't do it! These are great pans. The thermo spot on the fry pans takes the guess work out of knowing when the pan is at cooking temperature. The handles on these pans are comfortable and are a non slip rubber material. The handles can withstand 350 degree oven temps. While I would not recommend baking in these, you can slide them into the oven and keep food warm. Clean up is very easy. I have used the various types of non stick and for the money these are hard to beat!

Got rid of all my coated pans and ordered these as a Christmas gift to myself :) Have been using them about 3 weeks now and love them. Easy to clean, heat up quickly and evenly, and nice glass lids.Would recommend them highly as a lower end price product. Some pot/pan sets are way too pricey.

So... I’ve had this set for a couple of months. I’m still getting used to it. Cooking and heat distribution is great on my glass cook surface. The cleaning and scratches have been an issue. Bought bartenders friend cleaner. Cleaning is no longer an issue! Scratches?! It’s going to happen. I had a set of stainless Revereware for 25 years. Had no idea how to clean it or take care of it. Scratched all to hell, but still worked fine! Not going to sweat the scratches. Very happy with this set so far!

I just moved in to my own apartment and didn't have any pots and pans. This set has a great variety and conducts heat efficiently/effectively. The weight of the pots and pans feel even and not too heavy. There was an extra coupon with this that brought the total to around $170 for around 8 pieces (plus lids) which works out to be about $22 per item = not bad at all. Pro Tip: I would definitely buy the suggested "Bar Keepers Friend" cleaner for the pot set - it works perfectly.

I've owned these pots for a few months, so I've had enough time to learn their pros and cons. Pros: ** They have not rusted even though I was them in the dishwasher. ** They seem to heat evenly. ** Both the lids and pots are of a heavy weight, so they seem sturdy. ** The nonstick coating works great and has not scratched. ** The lids are interchangable, as advertised. ** The handles do not get warm when cooking. Cons: ** This set is of such a heavy weight metal that they take much longer to warm up compared to other pots. ** I bought these pots in October, but on/after Black Friday, Amazon and retail stores had this set on mega sale, so I was kicking myself.

I can't believe I got this set for $90 on a cyber monday deal! Beautiful high end feeling. Honestly, I was expecting a cheap light set but these are exactly what I was looking for. I've been using these for about 2 months and I got to tell you they hold up even with some of my heavier recipes that require frying and searing steaks. They have a stainless steel shiny chrome look on the outside and they're dishwasher safe. Very happy with this product. Will update this review if anything changes.

Not much else to say. I love them. Large pot could be bigger but some people don't need one any larger. Make sure to clean them regularly with Bar Keeper's Friend or other stainless cleaner. This will keep them looking great. I also found that if food gets stuck on them (I'm still learning to cook w stainless ;)) you can add a half inch of tap water and some vinegar in the pan. Then heat to almost boiling and scrub lightly. This gets almost anything off. Then Bar Keeper's Friend after and they look fantastic...
