Terrific cleaner!

This mop is terrific! It's well-made and cleans both my slate and wood floors so well, with just water ( or, you can use a spritz of cleaner on the floors). You can also use it as a dust mop with one of the extra cloths that come with it. It preserves the finish on all types of floors and removes dirt very well! (It's advertised to remove most of the bacteria, too, so that's a big plus!) My floors have never looked better and I'm so glad I can safely damp mop them now!

Customer Service is awesome!

I must say that this mop has met all my expectations for cleaning my laminate floors! The only problem I have had is that the handle doesn’t lock (twist-to-lock) appropriately and sometimes in the middle of a swipe on the floor, the handle retracts to short mode. I contacted Temples Pride (because I was two days past my Amazon return policy), and their customer service guy, Lance, was phenomenal!!! He responded promptly and sent out a replacement handle immediately once I verified my home address. VERY impressed with how they addressed my problem. I even ordered extra mop heads for dry and wet cleaning. I would definitely give them my business again. If the new handle resolves the problem, they will definitely be upgraded to 5 stars. Best mop ever used!

This has so many things I love. I have slate tile floors, 3 cats..... Once over with dry and then wet and look great! Now the best part. It fits behind the toilet! Down the sides between wall and turns with ease, strait across back wall! No more bending over the stool and reaching around! Buy it. You won’t be sorry. Just slap on the cloths and go at your height! Easy telescopic handle. Pull off cloth when done and in washer.

Great mop when you read the directions ....

I read great reviews on this mop and wanted a great mop to use on my new wood floors. I had the hardest time using it. I wrote to Temples Pride and he was so nice and offered such great customer service. The mop comes with three pads. I didn't read the directions so I was using the dry mop with Bona and it kept flipping over. Now that I know which pad to use for what I am doing the mop is doing a great job. I would buy from this company as they are so in to customer service. Thank you

I like this mop

I like this Microfiber mop. The handle is adjustable and thick enough around so you get a really good grip. When I increased the length I could use my body weight a bit (which is better on the back). The Wet Mop is my favorite. The pad stays on and it doesn't leave behind that little pile of dirt at the end. It cleans a decent size area before have to put it in fresh soapy water and wring it out. The size of the pad way bigger than Swiffer. And the Swiffer Wet mop also has to be changed more often I think. I prefer Swiffer Dry in the bathroom because it is great at getting stray hairs. But if I'm just dusting the floor of the house in general I use the Microfiber dry mop. It gets a larger area per swipe, and seems more efficient to me. There is a third mop but I haven't had any reason to use it yet.

Experienced Mopper Gives 5 Stars For This Product

So, I waited a while to write this review because I wasn't entirely sure I was going to like it. It's not your typical mop. As a 48 year old mom/grandma, I have used several different mops over the years. I like this one the best. Been using it now for about 4 months and it's golden! I have 3 dogs that shed and sometimes pee on the floor and grandkids that spill pretty much everything. This mop easily and nicely cleans the messes and I know it's more sanitary than ordinary mops because I can thoroughly clean the heads either by hand or in the washing machine. I'm sold! This mop is the best :)

I'm in love with this thing!

Just moved in to a house with only hardwoods and tile and cleaning them with this mop is so effortless and fun, I actually look forward to it. The handle is easy to hold and firm and the swivel action is like magic, maneuvering exactly how you want it to. The dry mop picks up everything and dirt and hair stick.without trailing behind. I have a Pomeranian and I shudder to think of all the fur that got left behind in my carpets at the old place. I can make a run over the entire 1200 sqft house with this in 5 minutes. When I lift it up, unless there is a lot of debris, everything is stuck on the pad and all I have to do is scrape it off in to the trash can. Easy breazy!

Super responsive seller of a great product

GREAT SELLER I need to praise Temples Pride for their over the top response when I communicated a disappointment in the condition of the packaging when it arrived. I explained that I expected everything to work fine, and I did not request action on their part. Temples Pride quickly responded to express their disappointment in amazon’s fulfillment, and that they were sending a new unit by one day shipping. And they did not ask me to return the first unit. The new unit arrived as promised the next day. Negligence by amazon’s fulfillment department leaves sellers to address customer complaints in their own ways, revealing very different company cultures. Some avoid resolution and others bend over backwards to ensure that customers feel safe with their purchase decisions. Buyers, if you want a responsive and incredibly considerate seller, here you are: Temples Pride. THE MOP SYSTEM I have been using this mop system for a few weeks now, and I am very happy with my purchase. All of the claims on the package are true. I have skinny weak wrists that become exhausted when I put force into house work. The overall light weight and option to allow easy pivot of the mop head makes every phase of floor cleaning easy. I appreciate that I can shorten the handle so I can more easily apply higher angle force during wet mopping. In length adjustment, the twist-tightening and -untightening of the pole is easy and it does not loosen during work. A couple times, the head loosened from the pole due to poor tightening on my part. Once the head is properly tightened to the pole, the problem does not return. The tool feels very sturdy and definitely grabs dry dirt until I am ready to shake it loose. I can effectively dust at least half the house without shaking the mop. Wet mopping is very good as well. I can see why Temples Pride addresses customer issues in such a positive way — Their product is something they can proudly stand behind. Thank you.

This is my favorite.

This is my favorite. I have 3 different varieties of this sort of mop. I use the micro fiber rags from Costco & Sam's automotive section. This has everything. Easy to put the rags on & off. No buckets, use the sink to wet or add soap, rinse, throw in the wash when there are enough for a load. I don't use the pads that come with these mops at all. they are a bother. Just the micro rags & the mops. Easy. This one also has velcro on the facing down side. I can just peal off the dirty rag, drop a clean on e on the floor, plop the mop on top, &: continue on. No need to even bend over. Love it. Got one for my daughter-in-law too.
