These are fantastic, great quality.I'll be buying more as gifts. Update. 11 Feb 2017 Still really impressed with these.I've never had a better set of monitor headphones. The sound quality is stellar, even at low volume the music it's Richly textured and very nice. At higher volumes they are still very, very good.I'm a little old, so I don't listen real loud anymore- but if i had these 20 years ago.... Everything has great quality feel.even the storage bag they come in is nice.honestly, when I use these headphones I treat them like they cost four times what they did- the reasoning for this is they FEEL like they cost that much. I've not had anything but a great experience with these, if you want a good monitor quality headphones, try these.they are an amazing value.you really are getting a lot more than you pay for.

I was a little concerned at first when I opened the box. The box wasn't sealed and the headphones were not rapped in plastic as most products are. So I thought I received a used product. But I saw 3 YouTube reviews on unboxing the OneOdio Studio Pro headphones and it was the same situation--no plastic rapping and unsealed box. When I took them out of the box the first thing I noticed was how light they are. There is loft of lightweight padding as well. They adjusted easily for my head and are very comfortable to wear. I really like the weight of these--but they are made of plastic so I am yet to determine their durability. I really like the way they designed the plug connections using both a 1/4 and 1/8 plug. I purchased them to use with a Behringer Mixer so it was wonderful have the 1/4 to 3.5 mm (1/8) plug. The long stretchy cord also makes it very convenient for me to walk around my desk area to work---I am not limited by a cord. NOW....for the most important thing, the sound quality. The sound is very clear. I have used them with the mixer and also tried them with my Samsung mobile phone. The padding fits closely around the ears and helps reduce ambient sounds. I was a little reluctant to spend the $45.00 ....but after using them they are worth the money....I am really enjoying them and I highly recommend them.

I received these headphones back in December for Christmas. I really wanted them and was so stoked when i got them! My expectations were instantly exceeded when i opened the box. The Headphones come in a very nice and premium feeling matte black box. Inside are the headphones, contained in a black drawstring bag, along with the manual, customer support number, and the two audio cables in a plastic bad. The longer red cord feels pretty decent with a matte red rubber lining while the shorter, mic-containing cord feels a little flimsy but still nice. The red cord also has a sturdy metal 3.5 connecter with a spring to keep things nice and strong. The headphones them self are very comfortable and easily fit my big head. The headphones are very light with adjustable height settings and can easily go 3-5 hours without getting hot and rarely being uncomfortable. Audio audio quality, to say the least, is exceptional. When i first saw these headphones i was skeptical of the price, compared to my audia technica mx30s, but they sound just as great! I hear less bassy rumbling and get a clear crisp sound that is pretty darn near to flat. Perfect for my music production. The 90 degree rotating cuffs are especially useful for one ear monitoring, although a little uncomfortable at times due to the flat semi-rubber material. These headphones have stood up very well to travel and general flinging around for these three months. Today (march 25th) the silver cap came loose after a more intensive day of use. It left the right ear a little flimsy but still usable. I contacted support and instantly got a reply saying that they would replace the headphones at no charge. I got an email about 30 minutes ago saying that my replacement was shipped and that it would be hear within 1-2 weeks! I highly recommend these headphones and the customer support that comes with them is exceptional. 5 star from me.

I think this is the first review I have ever left for a product but I am so blown away by these headphones and the way this company stands behind their product I am compelled to leave this feedback. Let me start with my background. I have been a musician for over 30 years and am a full time custom guitar builder. I'm definitely no snooty audiophile but I do know what sounds good to me. I would never try to tell someone what should sound good for them because great sound is a very subjective thing, not everyone enjoys the same sounds! These hit the absolute sweet spot for me. The sound is full, rich and immersive. Crystal clear highs, big rich thick bass that is not over the top boomy and the perfect mid range that sounds slightly scooped enough to not sound nasally but still very musical. Right out of the box I was amazed. I do tons of research online before I buy anything. I read a lot of reviews about a lot of cans and there was a very common theme every time I came across a review of these headphones, it was the sound was great and the company and their customer service was great and a small few were concerned about build quality. The only negative things I saw were some people didn't have the motor skills to deal with a pair of headphones that pivot at more than two places, my goodness people I don't know what to say about that! I have no problem putting them on or taking them off. But the review that was the deal closer for me was a customer had got a pair that were obviously mishandled during storage or shipping and arrived damaged. This company upon reading the review of the customer took it upon themselves to immediately send the customer another pair for free and didn't even want the customer to bother sending the damaged ones back. Now to me that is a company that stands behind their products and wants their customers to not only be happy but excited about their products. I was sold! Now for the fit and comfort of these. I bought these so I could take them traveling on planes or out on my lawn tractor for hours without worrying that I'm going to ruin one of my several hundred $ pairs of cans. I have a large head and average size ears and these cans stay on my head for five or six hours without the slightest bit of discomfort. My ears easily fit inside the cups and do not squeeze my head at all. They form a nice seal so outside noise is almost nonexistent, and sometimes I lay in bed with them right next to my wife with a good amount of volume and she doesn't hear a thing. The only thing I can say bad about them is they do make me sweet a little but that happens with almost all headphones I own I always seem to run hot. With all that being said the bottom line is I Love these headphones, I find myself wanting to listen to these over any of my way more expensive pairs and everyone I have let try them have been blown away. I bought a pair for my mom, I bought a pair for my dad, I bought a pair for my wife and I bought myself another pair just so I can have another pair for years down the road when the secret gets out and they start charging way more for these, (they would still be worth it though). I haven't even mentioned how great of an idea it is to have a 3.5 mm and 6.3 mm jack to connect these and you can daisy chain them and share the music with someone next to you. Also I cant tell you how many pairs of headphones and earbuds I have ruined because the cord has got caught on something and ripped the wire right out of the headphones. These, the worst that would happen is they come unplugged and you just have to plug them back in instead of throwing them in the garbage. All in all obviously I love these and I would highly recommend them to everyone. This company really backs their product and the unbelievable sound quality (at least for me) is right up there with my most prized headsets.

Ears won't get (too) sweaty after several hours, especially for a closed headphone. While the bass itself doesn't extend into the lowest of the low ranges, the quality of the low bass that is there is way too good for you to ever notice during even remotely regular listening. These are bass cans for sure, but the mids and highs are VERY clear and don't feel overpowered much. In fact, they produce ridiculous amounts of detail for the price. While the Sennheiser 558's are better yet more expensive headphones overall, you will hear parts of the song you didn't even know existed, stuff not even the 558's will find! Likely contenders for the best below-$60 headphones out there, a hidden gem. I ordered these 2 weeks ago (pics are provided)... I decided to try something different since the one I wanted was $99 (the Numark Red Wave Pro)and couldn't be delivered when I wanted. These caught my eye so I read reviews and went on YouTube for demo reviews... I decided to Purchase..... They came exactly as pictured and described... I love the package and carrying case. They are very comfortable on my ear(s)... I literally just used them for the first time... They sound AWESOME... The padding is heaven on my ears... I like the idea of the reversible cord even though I won't be using it for phone/laptop use. And the plastic is almost like pvc type plastic so they appear and feel pretty durable... but only time will tell... I MUST ADD... THESE ARE NOT MOBILE PHONE FRIENDLY... I say this because, though the cord is reversible, when used as mobile phone/laptop headphones, the sound is mono... so you will ONLY HEAR OUT OF ONE SIDE... When used as monitor headphones, THEY ARE LOVELY!!! I ordered these to monitor my music when I'm not in the mood to use my Numark lollipop stick phone. I use Sony MDR-V55 headphones when on my laptop/phone... Awesome!!!

Update: 07/30/18 - They sent me a replacement after the review below and I change my tune. Maybe they won't stand the rigors of weekly nightclub DJing - but I actually sat down and listened to different genres of music through it: country, rap, jazz, etc and that clarity is good and most of all the low end frequencies that come through (aka THE Bass!) is awesome. I will use these as my travel pair. Thanks for honoring your warranty - a rare thing for companies to do nowadays! I DJ three nights a week in a nightclub in Florida - after going through 3 pairs of Beats headphones (horrible headphones) - I decided to try these. Throughout the night there's a lot of putting them on to mix, taking them off to talk to customers, management, bartenders, cocktail drinking, etc. I'm not letting a song play for 6 min either - i'm mixing in and out of songs quickly - so I'm constantly putting the headphones on and taking them off through the night. I get the whole audiophile thing of clarity on high and low end for sound but jesus...it doesn't matter when you can't even put them on because they are broken. Can anybody make headphones that are rugged and sturdy enough to withstand just the rigors that DJs put them through. I know I can't be the only one. Got these Jan 26 - broke Mar 09 - didn't even last a month and a half...see below in the picture. Hope to hear from them soon.

UPDATE: so it wasn't the aux cord, it was the insertion point of the aux cord that was loose which caused the static sound. This is such a great company because when I realized that was the issue, I emailed them and they sent me replacement headphones. They work wonderfully, the sound is really great, I use them everyday. They are committed to customer service, highly recommend! UPDATE: the product came with a 12 month warranty, which I did not realize, so the company emailed me probably after seeing my review and offered to replace the broken red aux cord for free. I just received it with standard shipping so it took a week and it works perfectly. I'm changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. Excellent customer service. -------------- These headphones are really comfortable, even with long wear. They're flexible but the cups flip easily whenever you pick them up so you always have to fiddle with them before you put them on. The 4 stars is because about a week ago, the audio from the long red cord started getting staticky in one ear. The sound still works fine with the black cord but I used the red cord much more so the durability of the red cord is not great, which sucks because the sound quality was so good and I loved the length. I have to find another aux cord with the same size. For the price, the red aux should have lasted longer.

OK...a confession. I've been the contrabassoonist and bassoonist in a major US symphony orchestra for a long time. I am also a "burned out audiophile" since I have written many reviews of the high end audio equipment for publications in the US and overseas. Published specs are interesting to read, and some people use specs and the terminology of bass, midrange, treble, soundstage, etc etc. being the final arbiters of any headphone's or other audio component's accuracy. But we don't hear specs. We hear music. A component either recreates the musical performance or it does not. I have bought way too many headphones than anyone should...all in the quest of finding something that reproduces my own orchestral and solo performances accurately as well as hearing honest reproduction of other recordings of all kinds of music. These incredibly inexpensive headphones do just that. Are they as deadpan musically accurate as the best headphones I have ever heard...the Neumann NDH 20's, which cost 5 hundred bucks? No. But these uncover some things (both good and bad) that the Neumann's don't. Such as extraneous noises and questionable intonation and ensemble problems at some of our orchestral recording sessions with Mstislav Rostropovich conducting a cycle of Shostakovich symphonies for Teldec, and some less than perfect playing of my own from the two live recorded performances of my world premiere of the BIS release of Kalevi Aho's "Contrabassoon Concerto" (issues only I can probably hear, but now that really bother me). I've heard all of the above on Oppo PM-3's, Sennheiser HD800's, Audeze LCD-2's, BeyerDynamic's T5p second generation, and many other high end headphones. But if I could not use my 5 hundred buck Neumann's, these 80 buck wonders are what I would choose if I were the engineer, producer, or performing artist at a recording session. But even though these are very inexpensive headphones, they deserve to be broken in for several hours as any good headphone should before any critical listening is done. I recommend 24/7 for three days at a moderate volume level. These also do their best when driven by the very best front end, such as the Mytek Brooklyn DAC+ and Grace Design m900 DAC/headphone amp, both of which I use. Of course they sound very good straight from the output of my iPhone 6s plus...but that is almost an insult to these headphones. If you are interested in getting as close to the musical truth for a stupidly cheap monetary outlay, then I highly recommend you get some of these asap!

I bought these to replace my previous favorite, the Sennheiser HD555, which I bought many years ago and which is now starting to fall apart. I got the OneOdio Pro-50 over the Pro-10, since I like the slight upgrade in specs for just a small amount of extra money, but I suspect that both would actually be a really good deal. Previously, my HD555 was both the most comfortable and best-sounding set of cans, with the only sound that was better coming from a really good in-ear style headphone. The dual audio jacks on the OneOdio allowed me to daisy-chain the HD555 to the OneOdio Pro-50, so they were playing from the same audio source for an easier comparison. The Pro-50 headphones have more bass, more treble, much better cabling options, better quality feel, and they are closed (less sound leakage) while still being very comfortable. The Sennheiser HD555 feels a little lighter and ever so slightly more comfortable, but they are an open design headphone, and the sound is less engaging and overall clearly more flat. I wish I could compare a newer Sennheiser HD, but they are at roughly 3x - 5x the price of the Pro-50, so it's not really an option for me. I've been trying to find inexpensive but good headphones for a while, and the two others I got were disappointments, but these were a nice surprise. I actually just bought a second Pro-50 as a backup which I will store on a high shelf for future use if the first pair should ever break.
