Just what we needed

It works, fun little gadget!

I followed the instructions by spraying both cookie mays with baking spray and I had zero sticking of the cookies. They came off perfectly. It was easy to disassemble and pop out the sandwiches after about 2 hrs in the freezer. The cookie recipe tastes good, but the yield is too much. It’s as if they think you’re making 25 of these lol, too much leftover batter! My batter also came out way runnier than what is shown on the video. But overall it’s a neat little gadget, glad I got it. Want to experiment with a vanilla cookie recipe and homemade fruit sorbet fillings!
