- The Fancierstudio DG heat press uses high temperatures and heavy pressure to embed the design onto the material permanently. Heat press machines typically require 350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

My first press....
This is my first press, and I fretted over what to get. In the end I chose this one because of its price point and reviews. It is basic--but it required no assembly and was literally plug it in and use it. I'm finding that I'd like my next one to have the swing away platen, but that's way down the road since I only use this for my personal projects.

LOVE THIS.
LOVE THIS... makes applying vinyl to shirts a breeze. I have also used it to iron jeans when it was on and I was super lazy... Hey it works better than my iron!!!

Very Happy with the Heat Press.
Came out of the box and I set it right up. Instructions were included. I didn't have to go online to find the instructions. Works great. I've used it several times and I'm very satisfied with the product. I'm not a commercial user, so my use has been very limited. But its a great product and I'm glad that I purchased this one.

Good so far
I've used this press twice and it has worked great. The only thing I would say is playing with getting the temp where you want it is tricky. You have to watch, can't walk away from it. Other than that so far so good.

In my opinon this is the heat press to buy
I researched heat presses for months, MONTHS I TELL YOU. Took in recommendations from other crafters or see a post on the crafting sites on Facebook. I took a chance at getting this one and I LOVE it!!! When you first turn it on there is a smell but it soon goes away after 2 or 3 uses. I think it's what you would call the "brand new smell". I love the fact that when your timer is done an alarm goes off to let you know to take the item off the press if you've got your back turned working on other things. When the press is on it will heat an intire room so I would suggest having a fan if you're in a small room to keep the room cool and to keep it away from children. They will reach up and put their hand between the plates to see where the heat is coming from.

This product has worked for the time I've had it which has been about a month or so. It beats having to iron all of our projects. Works really nice and is easy to you.

Stupid Easy to Use!
Can’t attest to the durability yet only because I haven’t had it long enough. But so far it’s awesome. Super easy to set up and use. Works amazing. Really good price as well. Perfect for beginners on up.

I am going to leave a review that I would have found helpful when I was looking. First. Amazingly fast shipping. Yes, I have Amazon Prime, but this 50 pound box shipped for free, I ordered it on a Thursday, it arrived Tuesday. The blizzard didn't even stop this thing from coming. Second, straight out of the box ready. No tools needed. (that was my biggest fear). Just took off all the plastic wrappings and plugged it in. It did come with a Teflon type sheet, but I already had some that I was using with my iron so I didn't use it. People in other reviews complained about not enough instructions, but literally this press was ready to go straight out of the box and the instructions explain how to adjust time temp and pressure. That is all you need to know from the Press company. If you are looking for instructions on how long or how hot to press a certain item, well there are just too many different materials for this company to hit them all. And that should come from the maker of your materials. Yes, it is hard to open once the pressing is done. But that is because it takes pressure to make a quality shirt. After a few tries I got the hang of it. I pressed a towel about ten times before I used it on a shirt. There is plenty of room between the top plate and the bottom plate for working with your design and lining up everything before you close it. I was afraid I was going to get burnt while working with the shirt. But unless I am not paying attention, I do not believe that will happen. I love my press.

So far this machine has been everything I've expected. One tip if you have the heating set to high, let it warm up opened up and not closed. I made that mistake and the rubber padding on the bottom was coming up. After it cooled down the padding went back down, but I wish I would've been more careful.
