Best white LED plate bulbs

Replaced my cheap eBay obnoxiously bright flickering white led bulbs with these. Worth the money. They look OEM, great quality. Super white, reliable and not too bright. I found the pics in the reviews were horrible so I decided to snap one. Don't trust eBay leds, they throw codes, don't last, flicker and will get you pulled over.

Best way to handle this issue

OK here is how I did this. I went to a really big retailer many will know that starts with Wally to buy some groceries. I went to there automotive department and looked up exactly what bulbs I would need for the complete front of my car and the prices there. I sent myself a message on my phone with the bulbs and there exact receptacle. I went home and looked them up online at varied retailers checked them out on Honey as well and found my best price on Amazon ordered and installed myself. These are light bulbs it is not a very hard thing to do and you can look up videos online for any clarification/instruction you may need.

Make your daily driver look more modern.

I could not believe my CPO 2015 Camry came standard with LED daytime running lights, and Toyota decided to cheap out on some of the other exterior bulbs as incandescent. So very 1800s of them! These retrofit Sylvanias are the best option, and cost HALF here than at your local auto parts store. Best of all is once these are installed (minding the polarity), they will probably outlast the car. Much brighter and makes the license plate glow brighter with a purer white. Lastly, these don't trip the rear bulb warning light.

So far so good

I got these to replace burned out side marker/running lights on my 97 Chevy Lumina. So far so good, no issues. They are a bit brighter vs the stock incandescent bulbs. Sylvania tends to make some of the best automotive lighting (and residential) I am also running the Philips equivalent of these (LED) on the front of my car to compare and see which one works the best in the long run/lasts the longest.

The correct brightness for your license plate bulbs

Just the right amount of light for your license plate lights. Here is a comparison shot at dusk. LED on right. Old filament style bulb on left. Besides the pure white, the brightness is nearly the same. Perfect.

License plate lights

Used them for a license plate lights. Plenty bright to light up the back but not blinding. Price was a little higher than what I would like for 2 bulbs but they seem to be made well and do not flicker. If they last as long as advertised for LEDs it would be a great buy and paying extra for a known brand in lighting will only confirm that you get what you pay for.

Daytime running lights on 09 Subaru Forester.

I used these to replace the daytime running lights on our 09 Forester. These are the tiny bulbs at the top of the headlight assembly. I went with these white ones to freshen up and give the car a more modern look. Happy with purchase.

Great quality nice color/output

Best quality and color LED. Bright white to cool blueish color looks really quality. Yes you can get more bulbs for your money if you go with knock offs but I was tired of them burning out or strobing due to cheap quality. Don’t settle for less. Get these and avoid the hassle.

Perfect for license plate

I've installed two sets of these in my vehicles over the past few years and I've had 0 issues. They may be a little brighter than their incandescent counterparts but they're not distractingly bright like some of the no name knock-offs LED assemblies. I've never had an issue passing the annual inspection with them either.

Better than OEM lights for 2017 Honda Ridgeline

We had 1 license plate bulb go out on our 2017 Honda Ridgeline and replaced both of them with these. The light is cooler and a little brighter/. Hopefully these last much longer than the cheap OEM bulbs. Easy fit and look great.
