Easy Assembly, Seems very well built, I'm excited about it!
So far, after only one use... but still.... I love this cart. I looked at the manufactures website several times before making this purchase. They have several models, I kept trying to decide if the 1400 pound capacity cart was going to be overkill and hard to pull by hand. But... It's not. I use it for hauling duck hunting decoys and gear to the lake side from the parking area. I was very impressed. We loaded several dozen deeks into the thing, our guns, and a decoy raft. On top of that, several long line window sash weights. Granted we were NO WHERE NEAR 1400 pounds, it was a lot of stuff. We got out at the parking area to a fresh 1.5" of snow. The cart pulled very nice. Any hilly areas or area's it had some drifts, the guy behind just pushed a little. I'm telling you... we loved the cart. No way we could have carried all this gear in in one load. For $200? I was stoked and impressed. I hope the tires last and hold air. Some of the reviews talked about missing parts and it being a pain. All of the parts were in a card sealed package and labeled impeccably. Maybe that was changed after all the complaints? We were missing zero parts. Some complained of assembly ease? These folks likely are not at all mechanically inclined. The assembly was fine... and easy. The tires being 16 inches... hope they last. Might be hard to find a replacement. But, I'm loving the size of the cart, seemingly one of the largest wheeled carts like this on the net for sale. I needed the deck space... for lots of decoys. Also the sides come off with ease. Pull a few pins and they come right off. Again... hopefully I'm not speaking too soon here, but I can see this thing lasting a long time! Very happy buyer here in Neenah, Wisconsin!

This cart is truly awesome!!!
This car is larger than you might expect. The assembly was easy, with one exception. I had to grind off a little of the paint and maybe a little metal when I attached the handle to the front axle. There was interference that kept the bolts from lining up. I could have fixed it by forcing it, or using a hammer. but I wanted it to fit properly and I had to grind on the pivot washer for the front axle a little. The capacity for the cart is huge. The only thing I might like better is to have an option for solid sides, or maybe a "bed liner" that fits inside the cart so small debris does not fall out the bottom or sides. I loaded this thing down with seriously heavy things and I could move it around like it was empty. I also really like the ability to make this a flat bed cart to move things that are too big to fit in the cart. Nice design with great functionality.

Great cart and highly recommend
Great cart. I need portable power so I purchased a generator on Amazon that weights 160 lbs and bolted it to the cart. I'm a farmer and I'm also going to put a 20 gallon air compressor on it also. It will help when doing fencing. Very strong wagon well built and easy assembly. Some said it seemed to top heavy but the wheel width is the same as the cart width. I pull it behind my working golf cart and its very stable and pulls great. Rolls easy by hand also.

cart
The cart is well made and I'm sure I will be happy with it. I was a little worried about the weight of pulling the cart by hand, however, it does roll very easily and doesn't seem to be an issue. I will be pulling the cart with my 4-wheeler most of the time. It was extremely easy to put together and took hardly any time at all. I will agree with other purchasers - it does need some type of wheel lock to prevent the cart from rolling once I've stopped.

Fantastic- but handle cap not mentioned in instructions!
For ease of assembly, I give Gorilla Carts 5 stars. It takes me less than 30 minutes top put them together. It goes really fast with the right tools. I use two socket sets. This cart has one nut that is bigger than my sockets. For that I used an adjustable ratcheting wrench. The cart weighs almost as much as I do and I am a 66 y/o female. This is my third Gorilla Cart in less than a month.I bought the GOR800-COM first. It is quite small but I use it for my hydraulic pump that runs a hydraulic chute.Next I bought the GOR1201B which is probably the best all around size. This cart is a lot bigger than the ones we've seen in years past.It is stable, but heavy. It pulls easily on flat ground. Be aware that it is really heavy trying to maneuver it while in the box. ****There is a black plastic cap that should be on the end of the handle. Mine fell off during shipping. At first glance, I thought is was for shipping purposes- to protect the end of the handle- nope! I checked the Gorilla site and watched their assembly video. Low and behold- you could see the cap, but no particular attention paid to it in the video and nothing about it in the manual. It is very rigid plastic ( or something that feels like plastic). It seems to be there to protect the handle from wiggling from side to side in the yoke. One review mentioned a bad weld on the handle. It could be that this cap was meant to alleviate the problem. As most people have said, this is a brute with a million possibilities. It is much larger than what I was used to and the extra large wheels are great. I do hope Gorilla Carts will offer no-flat tires in the future. I have assembled my share of garden wagons. They always took a lot of time and were frustrating. The hardware comes in a numbered blister pack making it so simple to put together. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more.

One Beefy Beast!
I use this cart to gather large pieces of wood from my local forest to use as firewood. I stack it high and heavy, and the Gorilla cart takes everything easily, even on dirt trails or uneven terrain. When it gets really heavy (not sure, maybe when you get up to around 800lbs.), it definitely feels tougher to pull, but is still doable with a little willpower and elbow grease. No matter the weight , it rolls very smooth, and easily. The Gorilla cart is simply an amazing, beefy beast, and paid for itself after the first day of use (at least for me with firewood). Just for the hell of it, I also pulled two full sized adults and a child approximately two miles, and it barely felt any heavier or different to pull than when empty, so it’s also great for pulling kids, and fat, lazy adults. Just some technical FYI: the rails remove easily and are strong enough, but the front or back rails support the sides, so you can remove either the front or back alone, but not both, otherwise the side rails collapse and it becomes a flat bed. It’s a valuable, tough tool with a million potential uses.

It can handle the weight!
We are so glad that we bought this! We live on acreage and our neighbors have to haul their cans past two properties to get to the street. When our neighbors husband died unexpectedly his wife had no way to get her garbage cans to the main street. We purchased this to help. We go to her house with this pinned to our John Deere and it hauls her garbage and recycle cans (90gal ea) without a fuss every week. This awesome trailer just makes all kinds of hauling easy. After we put it together we had a huge windstorm and we had a lot of branches that were down including a very large tree we had to limb. We piled it high and it was more than 1,000 pounds a load. Didn’t whimper. We use this behind our John Deere to haul all the branches to the burn pile. It turns on a dime, rugged but not so heave that it can’t be used without the Deere like a wagon. Assembly was easy took about 15min with me and my daughter and a few tools. We did make one adjustment - we use a magnetic quick release pin on our trailers and this pin hole was too small - we drilled it out a bit and it works great. Converts quickly from trailer to handle mode with another pin, smart design everything stays with the trailer/wagon and you are not hunting for parts.

handled it fine but it took a truck to move it
This is the cart I was looking for, even though I abuse it in every way possible. It lives outside parked behind a shed. No roof, out in the wind, rain, snow, and mud. It doesn't even have a name although it has probably earned one by now. What will it carry? More than you can load on it, and I've tried. Dirt? doesn't even notice. A large generator? no problem. As many rocks (like big ones) as you can stack on it? sure, but you'll need a lawn tractor to move it. A pallet of cement? handled it fine but it took a truck to move it. So yeah, it will handle whatever you can throw on it. Operator error is another issue separate from the function of this cart. Your mileage may vary but the side rails are useless. They just get in the way of loading/unloading. And if you are driving fast enough to need the rails, see operator error. Fortunately, they pop off/on fairly easily.

Built to last
This thing is a beast. It's really heavy in the box but once assembled I think this thing could haul a car. It's perfect for lawns and rough terrain. We had no problem hitching it to our "mule" or our utility golf cart. Hand pulling it is easy too. It's built like a beast and it will be along much long than I will. It was really easy to assemble.
