This stuff is the greatest! I really like the new formula with the added scar protection. I have very sensitive skin that heals slowly and scars easily. This stuff has been amazing for me! I highly recommend it!

This ointment is THE ONLY THING that helps my eczema like symptoms. If I use at the first sign of itch, and mindfully don't scratch, the blisters, itch, and broken skin heal much faster and are much less severe. I use for about a week at a time, the ONLY thing the has eased symptoms, not even the doc rx helps. This does.

This stuff is fantastic. Recently had a motorcycle accident with quite a bit of "road rash" and this really accelerated the healing process and reduced the appearance and size of scars. Will purchase again and keep it handy for emergencies.

Really does help reduce the pain of cuts. No stinging when applied. Worth the extra $$$$ as compared to generics I bought. This really works better than the Walmart generic I brought.

Really helps take the edge off of the annoying sting and pain when you get hurt. Use it on my kids road rashes and cuts/scrapes and it helps a ton with them.

I'm not sure this Neosporin is any better for scar prevention than regular neosporin, but after I burned my hand badly on a broiler I didn't want to take any chances. I applied the Neosporin and then covered with a bandaid for several days. It appeared to help. Also, this ointment stopped itchiness on contact while my burn was healing. Two weeks later, I still have a pink "scar" where the burn occurred, but I have hope it will fade with time. I recommend this product.

😍😍😍😍😍 I had a breast reduction and this product right here. Healed and minimized my scars so well I was so surprised it even blended them and minimized the fee,l they feel so smooth like the rest of my skin..

Have not noticed a difference from the pain/itch version. None the less, it does its job. I'm sure there are lots of generic versions, but I happy with the brand name and no need to change. Keep one around all the time.

If you ever have a cut, you should use this with the bandaid or bandage because it works so quickly and amazingly well. I notice that it heals cuts so much faster than if I don't use it. I don't like having a bandaid on during the day because of washing my hands. Therefore, I will put this on at night and then take the bandaid off in the morning. 2-3 nights us usually all it takes.

This stuff is great, besides fighting off infection, it sealed my wound together, no scarring.
