Great for Poster upgrade

LOVE this frame. I will be ordering more soon. We have a lot of posters that pretend to be adult decor and those cheap thin plastic frames just weren't doing it. One fell apart while on the wall and the poster came down. If you have a collection of posters, or want to present a special poster, this is the way to go. We aren't exactly a fine art type of family, and this fame dresses our stuff up nicely.

Great value!

Frame arrived well-packed with no damage. It looks great. Corners are tightly joined, which is not always the case with inexpensive frames. I loved that the hanging wire and hook were included, although I had some difficulty screwing the wire "eyes" into the frame. Wish it came with pre-drilled starter holes for vertical or horizontal use. I was concerned about plexiglass instead of glass, but my photograph looks gorgeous in the frame. I'm very pleased with this product.

Amazing quality for the price!

This frame is absolutely perfect for the puzzle I wanted to frame. Puzzle is exactly 18" x 24" and fit into the frame like a glove...it's very snug and there was zero hassle. The depth is perfect and the tabs around the frame push down tightly and keep everything in place. The window is a type of plastic/fiberglass, but so clear to the point where nobody would know it wasn't glass without close inspection. And let's be honest, if you have something fancy you want to frame and then get upset about a <$20 frame not being glass like some reviewers have, then I hear there are a lot of places with sand that is perfect for burying your own head. It was packaged extremely well and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be ordering more of these in the future instead of hunting at places like WalMart or Michael's where frames are poor quality and overpriced for anything under $40.

Quality poster frame on a budget

Nice frame for the price. This is not a real wood frame nor does it come with real glass. Instead it comes with a thin plexiglass and corrugated cardboard backing. The upside is that this frame is relatively light considering its size (20x30). One corner on the frame I received is a little wonky, but honestly no worse than others I've seen in store for double the price. The face of this frame is flat and smooth with no rounded edges or grooves to collect dust and has a very clean, contemporary look. Which is why I chose this frame in particular over some slightly cheaper ones. This frame also came with a wire hanging kit, however I used the backing from the frame I was replacing because it was firmer than the cardboard that came with this frame and had hanging hardware already attached. All in all, I would recommend this frame for a cost efficient alternative to custom framing. I'm pleased with the look and quality of this frame and would purchase again.

Would buy again!

Pros: ×I received my order fairly quickly, they actually beat the posters I ordered them for to my house! ×The white is a pretty color not like an off white that looks different than advertised, so there's a plus. ×They were packaged well together. I ordered 6 frames and they arrived one package. Using ours for a time in took kit for our little from generation mindful. Cons: ×One corner of the frame is totally chipped, which I included a photo of. × a second frame has two scuffs/scratches which are pretty noticable in person. ×and one of my large ones is totally split in the corner. I've included photos of all of the issues to show what I'm talking about. If I hear anything further I will update my review. Hopefully this was helpful! Update: after reaching out to customer service they have replaced the damaged frames. Five stars for customer service alone which is very important in my opinion! Way to go and thank you!

High-quality product with only a couple of minor nits

As others have written, the shipping packaging was exceptional. For what it is, it's a very high quality product. If I had my druthers, I'd rather chance a could of small items: 1. add a little tab by a corner -- on both sides -- to enable the plastic cover to be peeled back more easily, rather than struggle a bit to get it going 2. pre-drill holes for the mounting screws While I'm tempted to dock a star for these two omissions -- which no doubt keep the cost down a bit, and simplify the manufacturing process as well -- it really is a quality product, so I'll keep it at 5.

Met all my expectations

Good quality frame, solid and thick enough to hold not only pictures and paper posters, but also various art work. Protected "glass" (which is i guess acrylic, coz it is very clear and see thru). The hook i got with this frame was not the best ones so i just used my own to hang the frame on. I have a few pics below so u guys can see what it looks like. I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great product, comes with everything you need!

Nicely made and finished, perfect for my decor. Shipped well-protected in an oversize box. The clear acrylic that covers/protects the picture was itself protected with a plastic film on both the inside and outside surfaces to guard against scratches and marring during shipping and mounting. The 22 x 28" frame I received included picture-hanging hardware, so everything you need is there except of course for the picture or poster that you intend to frame (you will need your own screwdriver and hammer, and perhaps a level, also, but no one expects the inclusion of tools). Instructions were even included, though most would find everything intuitive. I could not be more pleased with this product and packaging.

I Got Framed!

Very nice frame! I couldn't find any frames this size locally, so Craig Frames had this beauty on Amazon, and whaddya-know... it's prettier than the store's frames. Very nice finish to the frame. I liked that the plastic material had a protective film to remove on BOTH sides... so there was no nicks or scratches at all. The frame itself was packed very well in the carton. There's no way it would have been damaged in transit (unless the shipping company made a big mistake but they didn't). Very easy to remove the back, get the cardboard out of the way, remove the films, and put a big picture inside. I'd totally buy Craig Frames again!

I was originally skeptical buying a frame online instead of going to a store and seeing the size/fit in-person. But I feel much more confident about buying online after purchasing this frame. This is a high-quality frame at an excellent price. It is stylish and sturdy, and my first impression is that it is built well. The outside of the frame is not too thick, so it gives your picture a nice sleek look. Also, it came very-well packaged, so there was no dents, scratches, or damage during transit. I've seen a couple complaints on here from people who are upset with the sticker that comes on the front. There's nothing to worry about. Both sides of the protective glass (plastic) come covered in a clear sheet. When you receieve the frame, you peel of that sheet on both sides so the glass is clear and un-smudged. Overall, I highly recommend this frame. Please not ehtta I have NOT hung this on my wall yet, so I can't speak to the tools included for hanging. But from everything else I've looked at, this is excellent. I will be buying from Craig Frames again in the future.
