I am soooooo impressed with the speed of receipt of this item. Ordered Saturday, received custom stamp to my specs on Wednesday. Seller crafted this item off of a single pic, and shipped with samples of the branding on a piece of wood...still had aroma of the burnt wood when I opened the package. Not sure how he did it so quickly. But am pleased as this was a 75th bday gift...what do you get somebody who doesn't need anything? A branding iron of course! Will post update after my brother has had a chance to use it. Thank you to the seller for offering such an awesome and unique custom gift, and so quickly. Very happy with this purchase

An awesome product !!!

I ordered this stamp as a gift. I was very nervous because it is a custom item and knew that if done wrong it would be an expensive mistake. While the custom formatting piece was a bit tricky to figure out since I don’t have the greatest skills with computers I submitted my image pretty easily. There are size guidelines right on the customization piece of the order form and as long as it fits in the box all is well. Then I got nervous i had screwed it up somehow and called the seller anyway just to double check my self. While I couldn’t leave a message because the mail box was full he must have seen my number because he called me back within a few hours. He assured me that he would check my image and call me back if there was any question or problem with my design. He called me again 2 days later and told me that he had had to darken some of it to make it work but assured me it would be fine. I got the stamp just in time for Christmas and I couldn’t be more pleased. The stamp is sent with a piece of wood with several samples of your design burned into it so you can see exactly how it will look in use. I can’t wait to give this as a gift! It is exactly how I imagined it and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The only negative thing I would say is that the way Amazon has worked it, the item reads as shipped before the seller has even seen the design and verified that it can be done. This may be confusing as it reads as shipped within hours although it does take a few days for your custom order to be made.

Making another happy customer!

So, the owner sent me a sample that I took as the final product. It had defects and he needed me to look at it and see if there was a a better font that might work for his tooling and my needs. I had originally been unhappy with this product, but I hadn't realized that what I had was only a sample! Boy was I wrong about these guys! The owner reached out to me via Linked In and asked me to give him a call on his personal cell phone to make this right. He's fixing it now! I've never been treated better. Can't wait for the stamp!

Really cool product!

I usually don't write product reviews, and in truth this isn't really one. Actually this would probably be considered a seller review. The product was great and everything that was promised. In fact, the detail is impressive and it works really well. It was packed with instructions and a few test impressions of my custom image. It should be noted that there was a small snag with shipping, but the seller was very polite and quick to respond. I was pretty frustrated when I contacted the seller, but he definitely took an interest in keeping his customers happy. This will be the finishing touch on a custom project of mine, and I actually just placed my second order. Go ahead and buy with confidence.

1” stamp on leather

Works well for me. Bought exclusively for leather, for those asking. Tried on both soft and stiff leather, smooth and suede sides. Heated on kitchen stove burner (gas), which is very convenient. Temperature important, so I’m using on a lot of scraps first to get the hang of it.

It is fantastic to have access to a customizable product like this. It is a clean, well-made product. Keys to successful use of this product is your heating method and application technique. I would not recommend using this product with anything less than a propane torch or something similar. Application technique takes practice and varies with the type of wood, so I highly recommend practicing your heating and application on scrap wood first.

This is now one of my favorite tools.

I ordered one stamp and loved it. I built a box to store it because it seemed to merit special treatment. I burned my brand in the lid. I liked it so well I ordered another brand for my dad.

Excellent product

Excellent quality and extremely fast shipping. The brand came out great and works perfect. I use mine to brand the backside of different wood craft and wood artwork l. Practice on some scrap wood first till you get the hang of it. Depending on your source of heat it may take a little longer than expected to heat up to actually burn wood. Once it’s heated your good to go to brand/stamp multiple times. Highly recommend this product!

Speed does not trump quality.

Ordered a branding iron for the woodworking I have been doing. I designed my own logo and received the initial stamp. While it worked great it was not the size I was hoping for. Reached out to high heat to see how we can correct. While it took some time. The owner was helpful throughout the process and educating on how to improve my logo to get the desired effect I wanted. While I would have loved to have this rapid, I understood that they are a smaller business and sipped does not trump quality. Pleased to have supported a made in the US product and small business. For other, please be aware that burning takes practice and having the right heating source especially for these based on the material they are made of. Have have had to practice a lot to understand how best to best to hear and how my logo reacts to burning.
