So for so good

I've only used the Steamer Twice and I love it. It's good to know I get an extended warranty for free for a year, that says a lot from the company. For a moment I thought there was some sort of a cover for the part from where the steam comes out for when one's not using it to avoid dust to get in, but there isn't one. It doesn't take away from the so far positive experience I've had. I'll update this review after a few months to let people know how things are going.

Great steamer

I have only used this steamer once but I loved the results! I put a towel over my head as suggested and felt the steam opening my pores. I used my daily facial cleanser for acne prone skin and I could feel the cleanser working better than how I traditionally cleanse my skin. I also used large cotton pads to remove the cleanser with water and I noticed even more dirt was removed than usual. I look forward to giving my teenage son a facial using the steamer. Just beware not to get to close as this is steam. Test with your hand 1st to determine how close to get. Also the metal implements are professional grade so please be care when using then and disinfect before and after each use.

Multi-purpose and affordable

I have steamed my face for years but did it "old school" style. That meant bringing a pot of water to a boil, putting down A towel to protect the kitchen table and leaning over it and hoping for enough steam to open up the pores. It was such a hassle that I was only doing it every couple of months. I read reviews on a brand of facial steamer that is much more expensive than this one but didn't want to pay that much if it didn't work well for me. As luck would have it, a friend had the Nano Steamer and she said it was half the price of the other brand. I tried it...I LOVED it...I bought two!!! Now I can steam anytime, it takes only seconds to produce steam and I can do it wherever I choose (not just the kitchen table like with the pot of boiling water). Steaming the face not only opens the pores and purges them but it makes any treatments/facials/masks/etc. work much better. Splashing cool water on the skin after the treatment, etc. closes the cleaned out pores. My favorite things to do after steaming are mud masks or sheet masks. They work 10 times better after steaming than alone. Steaming temporarily plumps the skin (and lips♡♡♡) so I can't go without it for special occasions when I am wanting to look my best. Aside from skincare, it is great for head colds and stuffy noses. I keep the second one reserved as the family "de-stuffer". Also, the included skincare implement set is very nice...not cheap and flimsy like I expected for a freebie! Just a side note: drape a towel over your head and let the steam rise up to your face for more of a concentration.

Great for At Home Facials and Blackhead Extraction

Before I saw this steamer, I placed on order for the much more expensive $130 Dr. Gross Steamer. Seeing that a steamer is a steamer, not sure what I'd get for $130 that I don't get with this. As a middle aged women with large pores and adult acne and aging (trifecta!), my skin can be a mess and personally, I don't want to spend a fortune on facials. I have incorporated this machine in to a regimin that works for my skin: My At Home Facial: - Cleanse with a cleanser - I use a Skin Medica AHA/BHA exfoliating version that I apply with a Clarisonic brush . -Steam with this machine for five minutes or less, using a towel over my head to capture steam. I have not used the warm towel feature yet because this works well enough for me with just steam. -Pimple extractions (I know, I know, everyone says to let estheticians do this, but I do my own and have been fine). Steaming is a must for easier extractions. -Mask application (I don't always do this), but when I do, I use an acne clearing mask. -Rinse (and tone, if you prefer) -Serum/lotion application Without the mask application I can do this within 30 minutes, and have noticed that while my pores will always be the size they are, they are not clogged, and my face looks much better.

Amazing product & amazing customer service

I bought this steamer about a year ago and I LOVE IT! I suffer from blackheads all over my face but especially worry about the ones I get around my lips. I wasn’t able to get them out without hurting the sensitive skin there until I got this steamer to help get those lil nasties out. But almost better than the product are the people behind the scenes. I made a stupid decision and accidentally melted the water reservoir - when I emailed the company not only did they respond within a couple of hours, they replaces the part for free! I recommend 10000%

Great product and Customer Service

I love using this Nano Steamer! Gives a good amount of hot steam, which helps opening up my pores for easy blackhead/whitehead extraction. I tried a different brand facial steamer before and was completely unsatisfied - it barely gave any steam and wasn't hot enough. This Nano Steamer does exactly what it's supposed to do! It's almost like having a mini sauna at home. Just be careful not to put your face too close to the device, the steam is pretty hot. I like to cover with the towel while using the steamer, helps for steam not to escape. Also wanted to mention that the customer service is great! I lost a water container for the steamer while moving, emailed them about it, they replied promptly and sent me a replacement part the same day for free.

Great facial steamer

I dropped and broke my original face steamer (different model) so this time I upgraded to this one to try the added feature of having the towel warmer. This unit is a little bigger than my previous one but holds more water so has a longer steam cycle. It actually works to warm my face towel AND steam my face at the same time which is nice. Just note that it does get very hot. The towel is extremely hot when removing it and you have to be careful not to get your face too close to the steamer when using. Not a big deal....just be aware. My daughter and I are both having terrible acne breakouts and we steam our faces almost every day. We both love it and love how it makes our face feel. I do think it helps to clear up our skin but by no means a miracle cure. I have yet to find that for my cystic acne!

BUY IT !!!!!!

HOLD UP WAIT A MIN!!!! I USED A STEAMER B4 N I LITERALLY HAD TO PUT MY FACE MAD CLOSE ‘ I WAS SCARED TO ORDER AT FIRST BUT I WATCHED A YOUTUBE AND BABYYYYYYYYYY!!! THIS STEAM SMOKE HEAVY & IT BLOW OUT BABY!!! IT EVEN CAME WITH A FACE WASH I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS (I HAVE ONE ALREADY TOO LOL NOW I DONT HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER) THIS SO GREAT I LITERALLY OPEN THE BOX A HOUR AGO AND USED AND N HAD TO PUT A REVIEW RIGHT AWAY! CAME QUICK LESS THAN A WEEK!! GOT IN THE SHOWER & MY FACE FEELS SO F’ING SMOOVE & SOFT!!! LIKE I DNT THINK YALL UNDERSTAND!! BUY IT NOW!

Wonderful Steamer!

This is a great steamer! It really opens up the pores. I love how it has a nice strong steam, just make sure you keep your face at a safe distance. Most people do not like to wash their face before steaming, but I personally like to wash my face before I steam. I steam my face and when I am done, then I use a blackhead extractor to get all of the dirt out of my pores, apply a good mask, then serum, then a moisturizer or oil. I know it sounds like a lot to do but it is worth it! My skin tone looks brighter and is very soft. I highly recommend this product!!

Works well

The towel steamer works! I pre wet a little my towel and worked well. Now the towel will loose the heat quickly but that is just physics. The steamer works great i did put a towel around me and was sweating in less than 3 min. It gets hot so watch out dont burn your face. The tools are an ok extra but if you drop the price and take off the tools i would prefer it that way. Overall great. I do not received any discounts or benefits.
