Best carving knife ever - a must have - affordable as well...A+++++

Used only once Thanksgiving turkey. Best job of carving I have ever done.

A great knife! Why did we struggle all those years trying to cut thin slices of roast with an electric knife? This truly works as described. My husband didn't have to do the carving, I did it myself with no problem. You'll love it.

Perfect carving knife at a very affordable price. Used it over the weekend to carve a london broil and a brisket. Knife is very well balanced and is extremely sharp. My only complaint is there is not sheath for the blade. Other than that it does exactly what I needed it to do.

Absolutely great carving knife for the price point. I recently made a 12 lb -4 rib, prime rib roast from Whole Foods for Christmas, and it sliced through it like butter, making perfect cuts all the way through the roast. I was truly amazed at how easily it sliced... if you need a quality carving knife without breaking the bank, this is the one for you. See pic... you can see the Icel Carving knife to the right side of roast... proof is in the pudding (or prime rib in this case lol).

Goes through a roast like it's butter. I should have bought one of these years ago. Strongly recommend.

We used the knife to slice a pork shoulder roast and found we could get paper thin slices easily. A superb knife and well worth the money.

Bought this knife to cut tenderloin and tri tip. Works great. Glides right through the meat. I now can cut any thickness with ease. Should have got one of these years ago.

makes cutting meats a lot easier than using a chef's knife. thin slices of tender, delicious brisket... mmmmm.... one small downside is that the handle is plastic. it can get a bit slippery if your brisket turns out as juicy as mine does. :)
