Works perfectly!

This crossed the country with us over a couple week vacation spanning nearly 5000 miles. The elastic has loosened some, but still works excellently. It doesn't make much noise at all, even at freeway (or above) speeds. It blocks the sun (and radiant heat) very well. I highly recommend it!

Love 'em! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love these! A Mom on a Mommy Board raved about them, so I had to try. They help with the heat in the car so much! I live in TX and it's been 100 degrees. I drive a 2008 Toyota Camry and they don't have the absolute best fit (there's some extra hanging out - see photo), but that's expected because they are supposed to be a universal fit. I sat in the back with my daughter to test while my husband drove before and after we installed. HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Full coverage for rear side windows

The Universal Car Sun Shades Cover work really well. They are easy to put on and do great at blocking the sunlight on the full window unlike the pull down shades that only cover the middle of the window. You can still see through them when backing or riding in the back seat. The only drawback is they are not quite long enough for the back windows of a SUV. That being said, I still use them on my GMC Acadia. The space not covered on my window is only about an inch and doesn't let sunlight in the baby's face. This does go over the rubber gasket around the windows of the car but I have not experienced any leaks during heavy rainstorms. I will definitely buy these again.

It Fits!!!!

Great find! I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander and have care for my 2 yr grandson 5 days a week. We live in the south and our cars get hot from the sun. I did not want ugly vynyl on my Windows and wanted the uv protection for him. I am very very pleased with these easy to apply window covers. I wouldn't leave them on 24/7 but when he is in his seat I can just slip them over the window. It's just that easy! In my case they came all the way down to the bottom of the window but there was about an inch gap. I sloved this issue by holding the right bottom corner down as I shut the door and it stays down fine. It may stretch a bit with time,but not sure if that will happen. Blocks the sun for sure and I like the fact I can roll the window down if need be . Fabric seems sturdy enough and the $16.95 is a fair price to pay. I had no issue driving home today and can see fine through the mesh, at other cars. Do not know how night time will be. As long as these hold up for a long time I will be even happier. I highly recommend these shades.

Best option by far

I have been through several products before finally finding this one. This shade is perfect! It slides right over my passenger door. We do not have to remover it when it’s raining (or even in a carwash). This shad allows us to roll the window up/down with ease. The material is still easily visible when looking out the window. The retractable shades we’ve purchased in the past do not cover the entire window, allowing the sun to peak through the corners. Not to mention you cannot roll your window up and down when you have the other types of shades stuck to your window. This is by far our best option! Great for road trips or everyday car rides. We have had no reason to remove it, we use it year round.

Easiest thing ever! Fits perfectly on our 2012 Nissan Sentra. We have driven our car from Seattle to SC and we haven’t had any problems at all. Keeps the hot sun off the kids and baby’s car seats. There is a noticeable difference in inside temperature now that we have these. It also allows the baby to sleep longer now that we don’t have to worry about the sun being in her face. We would totally purchase again.

easy to install, they wont move wherever you put them

I've been using them for more than a month, I was looking for something to protect my interiors from the sun, usually in summer season the temperature can get up to 118 degrees, these sun shaded do really block the sun, even when the A/C is on max if the heat is pretty intense it could be felt on your skin, what i like the most is that I have been using them for more than a month, and they are still in the same place I put them, I found them very functional, easy to install, they protect my interiors from overheating , they protect my passengers from the sun, I would definitely recommend them.

Works better than advertised! Worth every penny!

These work just as advertised! I've bought other kinds of window shades when my daughter was younger, and they barely worked! These work great, they slide over the window super easy and block out the sun enough that it doesn't bother the kids. Some light still comes through, but it's not the blinding light, its just enough to be able to see, but not cause a glare or make you want to put your arm up to block the sun. I've had many people ask me where I got them, and how they work, and I rave about how great they are. And the price is very reasonable for such a great product!
