Arrived quickly and works very well. I have very expensive carpet and there was a very small area that required cleaning, however, I want to be very careful what I use to clean it. This product works very well and doesn't fade or discolor the carpet. This a a great price for this product and it came wrapped tight in clear plastic wrap so that it would not spill. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This works well with my Pet Protect carpet. However, it takes a lot of effort to rinse out the suds so it is better to use it as sparingly as possible. Use as little as you can to get the job done. Now I start by using clear water and only use this for the part of the stain that the water alone won't remove. So far it has worked on pet vomit and pet poop, so I recommend it.

Effective
I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this product is at removing light stains from upholstery. I do not have any pets - just kids! My kids frequently leave splotches of whatever on the sofa, and this product removes them very nicely. A lot of these spray-on carpet cleaners have very strong scents, but the scent of the Stationmaster Carpet Pet Stain Remover is mild in comparison.

Actually works
I have tried many different pet stain removers, and this is the only one that has every really worked for me. My dog is well trained to go on pads if he has an emergency, but even well trained dogs mess up. After I wipe up the mess, I spray this on my carpet, leave it for a couple of minutes, and simply wipe it with a cloth, and you can't tell there was ever anything on the carpet to begin with. Great stuff.

Awesome product.
I can't tell you how many times I have ordered this stuff. I have the stain master carpet and a small dog that can't be potty trained. When she does have accidents, this completely takes away the smell of dog urine. This stuff is amazing.

This product is brilliant! I bought two carpets through craigslist in a hurry, without having them fully rolled out and really inspecting them. Turns out they had the orangey, old cat urine stains that were noticeable when I got them home. I tried everything, bissel carpet cleaner, my go to Spot Shot, vinegar, peroxide, ammonia. Nothing worked. Then I tried this product. WOW. This worked amazingly. The stains are completely gone. The longer you leave it on without blotting really allows the product to got to work. It took a couple of times, but it was worth it.

Works like a dream-but give it time.
I used to be a loyal user of a particular brand of pet carpet cleaner that came in a bright red bottle until a Target sale, a coupon, and a rebate all aligned and made me buy this. Then it made me think again. I'm a believer. This stuff works. It's no miracle worker, but I still give it 5 stars. Why? I have that horrendous BEIGE pilled carpet that is standard in most condos or apartments and it is a nightmare. It shows if you scuff your shoes the wrong way. So naturally it's a nightmare even with my dog who is actually very clean. However, he does tend to nom on some things he later finds unappetizing and I will later find a surprise on my carpet hours later. This was not quite as much of an issue when I lived in a place with all tile flooring. I find that the best way to get stains out is this: -Spray a GENEROUS amount of the product on the stain, and don't touch or even blot it. -Leave for 5+ minutes. -Blot with a towel/paper towel. -Spray again. -Vacuum up any remaining residue and repeat if necessary. This worked wonderfully more than once so much that my dog felt the need to pose next to the bottle on the floor when I left it there to try to model for the company, apparently. Stainmaster representatives-if you read this-my dog would like to represent you.
