This pressure cooker is fabulous!

Best pressure cooker I bought.

Exelente producto, es la segunda que tengo en muchos años

Love it and does and save the time

I gave this as a wedding gift and the feedback I got is that it was be best pressure cooker she has ever had. As a matter of fact, she asked me where I purchased it so she could buy more to send back home to her family in Brazil.

Great cooker, very sturdy, very easy to handle and cooks quickly.

Hardly a comprehensive review, but I just love the way this cooker works. I replaced a Fagor, that scorched everything I ever tried to cook in it, with this unit. Cooked black beans and they came out perfect. I don't normally pressure cook a lot of things because it seems like a lot of trouble and the results have been iffy, but now I feel like I can get into it more. Unit I got was the 8 quart, and its not bulky and wont be hard to store.

This pressure cooker is pretty easy to use. Even though it is stainless steel, it is not has heavy as my old one. The short handles make it easy to move around. Most of all, it is very easy to open and close. Simply place the lid on top of the pan, push down a plunger and the pressure cooker is closed. When the pressure is released, push a button and lift the lid up. No more twisting and turning, trying to lock the cover! The pressure valve has just one setting. Turn the dial to release the pressure. When cleaning or inspecting, the valve is easy to remove and put back. I only wish the dial was not as loose. Cleaning is easy. It's stainless steel. I don't recommend using a metal scouring pad as it can scratch the finish. The directions also say to NOT use any cleaners that contain chlorine. I find that using Bon Ami works well at removing burned-on stains and does not scratch. A trivet and steam basket were also included. This is great for preparing vegetables and fish. A recipe book is included that gives you a lot of great ideas. Tons more recipes can be found on he internet. The unit seems sturdy and looks like it will last as long as it is properly cared for. I use my pressure cooker a lot because it saves lots of time. I definitely recommend this one.
