SO Worth The Money!

I love love love this ring! I had been looking to buy a ring for my soon-to-be husband, and was prepared to spend some money on it. I had one in mind that was also Tungsten for about $200 that I was about to order, but figured I'd browse Amazon beforehand. This ring is perfect. You honestly would never, EVER guess that I spent a solid $20.00 on it. My fiance works in construction and is always hard on his hands and would definitely be prone to losing it, so it was hard to rationalize spending a lot of money on something that I didn't anticipate to last. I'm seriously so ecstatic about this ring. Worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. And the best part? If he loses it, I'll just order another. **Also to note, I was worried about the sizing due to some previous reviews, but he had his finger sized and it fits perfectly (he's a 10). THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! So cost effective, durable, and so aesthetically pleasing. If you are on the fence, just order it. I can't rave about it enough.

this ring rocks!

I love this ring! it's heavy and durable. My only advice is be absolutely certain what ring size you wear because tungsten can't be re-sized like other rings. unfortunately, I ordered my size too big, but I like this ring so much that I'm keeping the one I got in case my weight changes, and getting another in a smaller size that will fit me now. I actually went to JC Penny first to see if they had the same ring in my size (I'm an instant gratification kind of guy). They had the exact same ring, with the exact same weight and feel...didn't check the name, but it came with a $180 price tag, and it was on sale. Some may argue that this ring may not be up to the same standards as the rings at the jewelry store, perhaps it has impurities. Who cares! This ring never turned my fingers green, or caused cancer, or made me depressed enough to want to go on a killing spree. If you are thinking of buying this ring, I suggest you do.. Or you can buy the same thing at a jewelry store for hundreds more. one last thing to consider...remember, tungsten is a common material, used in the manufacture of incandescent light bulbs. it just isn't worth hundreds of dollars, no matter how much you paid for it! And to dispel urban myths, TUNGSTEN CAN BE CUT OFF IN AN EMERGENCY. Modern hospitals are equipped for this. If you live in an impoverished country...why are you buying rings if everyone around you is dying of starvation? buy food, not a ring you moron!

My husband & I wanted matching rings, went to the jewelry store & loved the Tungsten rings (we wanted something that could withstand, he works construction). This same ring with polished edges was $300+ each. This ring over exceeded my expectations & my husbands, its heavy weight which my husband loves. Other kiosks at the mall had "Tungsten" but they were to light weight they didnt feel like Tungsten at all nothing loke this ring & the one at the jewelers. He got the 8mm to this version & I got the 6mm. L O V E . L O V E .L O V E It had a white line that looked like a scratch right out of the box but I wet it slightly & rubbed it & its completly gone now. Could have been old sticker or something dried on it. The same thing happened to my husbands ring with a metal piping he rubbed it & its gone now (this is after he slammed his hand on it full force) Dont think about it, BUY THIS RING NOW! For this price its beyond G R E A T!!! & if it does break or scratches, for this price I'm fine with buying a replacement. We saved over $600 for our rings.

Can't recommend enough

Looks and feels just like something that costs 10x more. Tungsten obviously does not scratch as only diamond is harder and that goes for this ring as well- attempts with any kind of blade or trauma hasn't scratched it in the least. For those wondering about the low cost, attribute it to not having to pay for a storefront as well as the fact it is Tungsten Carbide rather than pure tungsten, which simply means it's less likely to shatter.

Extremely Satisfied

This ring is perfect! My fiance and I went to a chain jewelry store in the mall to check out men's wedding bands and he fell in love with a $300 plain black tungsten ring. It was going on sale in a few weeks so I was planning on buying it but decided to just check Amazon first and I'm really happy I did. This ring is nearly identical to the one that's literally 15x the price at a jewelry shop. The store sized him at a 10 which I ordered but ended up being a little too loose for him so I ordered him another at a size 9.5 - not sure if the store sized him a little too large or if the rings run a tiny bit bigger but with how inexpensive these are, I just ordered him another one size down. Now he has an extra just in case! I highly recommend buying this ring rather than destroying your wallet for one that's the exact same but with a name brand.

This is the second ring that I have purchased of the exact same style/brand. My husband wears this ring as his wedding band and loves it. It was exactly what he wanted without breaking the bank - which was good as he lost the first one so it was no big deal to replace. Definitely durable, stylish, looks like we paid way more for the item than we actually did. Would buy again (and probably will considering his track record is not so good with losing things lol). True to size.

Updated look at yesteryear's prices!

My husband had a traditional gold wedding band and had actually told me one day that he felt like it was a bit outdated. I was glad he mentioned it because I really liked the black bands I had seen a lot of men wearing now and would have suggested he consider one but I figured he wouldn't care one way or the other. Once I knew he was interested, I looked at all the different options of black bands and settled on the Tungsten Carbide for its appearance, durability and weight. My husband is 6'4" so I knew the band needed to be thick and manly looking. This ring looks really nice and it has some significant weight to it so it doesn't feel cheap--and I bought it on sale for $20! I figure if he doesn't like it, it's affordable enough to put in the jewelry box and try something else but so far he really likes it. He was even excited about the price. The website showed the list price at almost $300, then marked down to $119 and finally to the $20 I paid. We've been married for 30 years so we spend our money wisely.

Couldn't be happier!

Bought this for my husband's wedding band. He needed something strong and scratch resistant due to his work. We talked to someone at Fred Meyer Jewelers and they couldn't tell us the difference between the $350 ring they had and this one. They said we are paying for their warranty and service. We decided to go with this because it has a great warranty great reviews and we were not disappointed!!! We received the ring as expected came nicely packaged and included warranty information and quality guarantee. He has received lots of compliments on the style and the weight of the ring. Definitely a quality piece! Couldn't be happier!

Great fit I ordered an 8.5. Very comfortable and light weight. Smooth edges feel good in-between your other fingers. Great quality and value.

Solid and strong

Great ring. Solid feel and is quite heavy. My fiance was worried since he's broken rings before but this one is strong! He wears a size 9 on his ring finger and the size 9 fit perfectly. Safe and secure packaging. The picture makes it look silver ish but it's matte black.
