• EXTREMELY SIMPLE TO OPERATE - The cool clock has been designed with absolute simplicity in mind and you will have no problem whatsover operating it. Easy for boys, girls, toddler, kids, teens, seniors and the elderly.
  • NIGHT LIGHT - Are your kids scared of the dark? Do you like to read in bed? No problem. The Travelwey Bedside Alarm Clock comes with a bigger than average night light which can be activated by a simple press of the top button.
  • LOUD ALARM AND SNOOZE - The best alarm clock for heavy sleepers. The bedside alarm clock comes with one of the loudest alarms available which can be set at Low or High in volume and will continue for 5 minutes ensuring you definitely wake up. There is also a 9 minute snooze that can be continually pressed until the alarm itself is switched off. Perfect for the partially deaf and the hearing impaired.
  • JUMBO ILLUMINATED LED DIGITS WITH DIMMABLE SLIDER - The red numbers on the clock are very clear with extra bright quality, easy to see in daylight, though for times when a lesser brightness is required such as at night you can use the dimmer slider to reduce the brightness to your own personal comfort level, perfect and unintrusive.
  • AC 120V ELECTRIC POWERED, WITH BATTERY BACK UP - To power the clock, just plug the power cord into a standard US 120V outlet (do not use with 240V) and you are good to go. Pop in two AAA batteries for back up in case of a power outage. During battery back up the screen goes blank but alarm and time settings are retained and the alarm will still sound. On demand access to the time is possible during back up.

This clock is FANTASTIC. The numbers are VERY easy to read without having to put my glasses on. The illumination is very soft (on the "low" setting) and the alarm is effective but not jarring. The best part is the little built-in night light. I presumed that this clock would be okay, based on the reviews, but it is MUCH better than expected. I LOVE IT !!

If you are looking for a simple alarm clock that gets the job done, look no further! I can confidently say that this is one of the best products I have purchased off of Amazon. The alarm clock is very easy to use, and features a very simple button layout. To set the time all you need to do is hold the time set button and use the two large buttons on either side of the snooze button to set the hour and minute, with a small light on the display indicating AM or PM. The process of setting the alarm is just as easy, only with a different button. The display is huge and can be read from across the room, which is a great feature. You can also precisely set the brightness of the display with a slider on the back, however, at low brightness levels the LCD gets a bit splotchy. There are also some gaps in the LCD that can be seen at a sharp angle, but for the price that is to be expected. I am a pretty heavy sleeper, and while the alarm on my phone may wake me up, it doesn't wake me up enough for me to want to get out of bed. This alarm clock, however, is very loud. There are two speakers on either side of the display that blast ear piercing alarm noises for five minutes to ensure you wake up. The snooze button on the top is very large so if you really need the extra sleep you can pause the alarm very quickly. If you don't need such a loud alarm clock you have the option to change the volume level with a switch on the back. The snooze button also doubles as a light when the alarm isn't sounding, which is really useful for finding things late at night. It isn't bright enough to illuminate your entire room but it does a decent job. The only shortcoming this alarm clock has is the lack of a radio, but I don't think anyone ever uses the radio on their alarm clock. Overall, this is an awesome alarm clock that does a fantastic job without all the bells and whistles of a more expensive alarm clock. The large display and nightlight are also big bonuses.

This is just the alarm clock I was looking for. I really like the way the controls on the back are readable. They're not just black embossed on black, but are white on black. I also like the slider-adjustable brightness. I keep it on about 1/3 brightness. The alarm is just a repeated beep, nothing fancy, like beeping faster and ending up in a hum. The alarm on low is the right loudness to wake me up from a sound sleep. I haven't tried the loud setting but it must be quite loud. It's easy to figure out how to set the time and the alarm without even looking at the booklet that comes with the clock. So I'm very happy overall with my new clock. I would make one suggestion: the red "alarm on, alarm off" button on the back could be raised up a 16th of an inch, so that when you reach over the top to turn off the alarm, you would feel that the one button was raised and was the correct one. But I would buy this clock again, for sure, if I have any need in the future--gifts or something.

I have to say, these are the best clocks I've had! For whatever reason, digital alarm clocks these days are so hard to get right. They are either too small, too big, or have so many bells & whistles that make it too expensive and a waste of "amenities" to say, in my opinion. I was very happy to find these clocks. They are perfectly simple with touches like the display dimmer & alarm sound levels that I appreciated (my kids love the "night light" on top!). And this company has great customer service to boot. I was just really impressed with the whole thing! I'd definitely buy again.

I was a little nervous about this clock at first. There were a few complaints about the alarm not being loud enough. I used this clock for the first time last night. I have no idea what these people are complaining about. The clock alarm is LOUD! Scared the living daylights outta me when it went off. It's pretty bright, but has a dimmer switch so you can adjust the brightness to your liking. The one thing that may be a problem for me is the snooze bar. On each end is the time/alarm set minute and hour setting buttons. If you press one of these buttons instead of the middle of the snooze bar, the alarm will turn off. I usually hit the snooze pretty blindly, so we shall see. I'm going to use my phone as a backup alarm until I know I won't accidentally turn it off instead of snoozing. I like this clock so far!

****UPDATE**** The company that I ordered this clock through had contacted me to fox the issue I had. They refunded my money and replaced the clock. The clock they sent is identical to the 1st except it works correctly! Thank you for the outstanding service and product! I will work with this company again and i recommend this clock I thought this clock was great. Except I cant hear it. It isnt loud enough to wake me up. Also the alarm will stop on it's own. So if you dont hear it, it goes off at some point. It doesnt come back on. Other clocks I've had, like on my phone, will sound and if it goes unanswered it will snooze itself and sound at the chosen increment. This will sound for a period of time then turn off. It's not even close to loud enough. It does have a very easy set up and a large display. I wouldn't recommend this if you are looking for a loud alarm clock. This just isnt that.

Nice bedside clock, but could use some changes/improvements to make it even better. Overall, good though for the ~ 2 weeks I've had it. Pros - Alarm sounds even without external power (i.e. on battery alone, though no with display). I LOVE this as a feature! Of course it's nice to have a battery backup so when power returns one does not have to set the time again, but to have the alarm still work even without power is wonderful (and how all similar clocks should work). - Accurate time (varies by at most seconds/day, but increases have cancelled the decreases and therefore it hasn't drifted overall). I've returned other clocks due to inaccurate time (e.g. 1 to 2 minutes off per day), but the overall drift in mine is measured in seconds over a week (I spent more measuring this than I care to admit). I was worried that drifts of seconds/day would result in me wanting/needing to correct the time every few months, but that does not appear to be likely. - Nightlight is a nice feature, and easy to work. It's not really helpful to us in our bedroom, but it'll be very nice in the guest room. It has been useful in finding a few items without waking the spouse, but that has been quite limited. Cons - You can't reset the time to 12:00 (for either the alarm or clock) by simultaneously pushing the buttons to set hrs & mins . This makes going from a 7:30AM wakeup to a 6:00AM wake up a bit cumbersome. - Finding the button to push to set the alarm time can be challenging. Takes some practice to get used to it - Turning the alarm on/off requires reaching around the side and sliding the button sideways, which is hard to find, shifts the clock around, and is a bit difficult to move. Better would have been to design it to slide vertically so one could reach over the top and pull it up or push it down. Takes some practice to get used to it Things I'm neutral about - Display is bigger than I wanted, but it's advertised as such so certainly no down-grading due to that by me - Alarm volume – I'm a light sleeper, so volume is not an issue - LED brightness – on the low setting I would be ok with even dimmer LEDs, but I certainly need no brighter. On the brighter setting it would be much brighter than I'd prefer, but it may be good for others. Although trivial and something I hate to admit, but I had a tough time opening the battery cover as I misinterpreted the latch as something that would stay with the clock. But it's all actually part of the cover. That was a one-time problem for me. I have not checked the time accuracy on battery, but if that works within minutes/year then it'll be fine. I'm interested to see how long the battery lasts, and will try to update with that info. 05/07/2018 Update. This thing works great. Gotten past any issues I had and love the clock. Keeps great time, accurate to within a minute or so per year. Battery lasts something like 9 months, but I survive! Will be getting more for other rooms in the house as needed!

I love this alarm clock because it is simple to work, takes up little space on my night stand, and has very easy to read numbers. The Travelwey people e-mailed me prior to my receiving the clock to let me know that they offer full support should I have any difficulties with the product. Some people had complained because the numbers on the clock weren't lit when they plugged their clock in. There is a switch on the back of the clock that allows you to adjust the brightness of the numbers. If the sliding switch is slid all the way to one side the numbers will not show. That must be what happened when people did not see any numbers. I like the dimmer adjustment because at night I have the option of dimming the numbers. I truly love this clock because of the easy adjustments. It is light, but that makes it easier for me when I lift the clock to dust. I am very pleased with this product.

This is the perfect alarm clock. It is extremely easy and intuitive to set time and alarm. The numbers are large, so that you can set it across the room without visual problems. If, like me, you like the alarm right by your bedside, the dimmer allows you to set the brightness to your comfort level - all the way from exceedingly bright to exceedingly dim. Same with the ringer; set to your comfort level. Also, if you hit the snooze button on top, it allows your snooze time before ringing again. BUT, if you want to disarm the snooze, simply hit on the ends of the snooze and it will not ring again. This does not disarm the alarm for the following morning. The alarm will go off the next day at the same time. (This may sound complicated, but very easy to maneuver). Whoever designed this clock had us in mind. A real keeper.

Terrific clock, well thought out. Display excellent, setting quick and easy, only scrolls forward BUT that's okay, unlike some other clocks that do so painfully slowly, this one zips through fast. With display on full bright, easy to see against a brightly lit window! (Which was important to me.) I wake up easily, and on soft, the buzzer is not too obnoxious. Photo shows this clock next to the one I'm replacing, was too hard to read the old clock in the daytime.
