Lovely-But Needs a Few Design Changes

This is a really nice duvet cover but for it to be perfect, it needs a few design changes. First, there are no ties inside at the corners to secure your duvet. This isn't a huge deal since I can sew some in myself, however, it would have been nice for them to be there already. Second, the top closes with a flap that folds over and buttons and the flap is really unnecessary. The manufacturer probably thought this would make it more high end, but the material is very silky and the flap won't stay folded over. It just looks messy and I would be much happier if there was no flap - just two straight edges with buttons.

Super soft, super lightweight, super deal

My husband and I have always used a comforter with a duvet cover over it for the past 20 years. I certainly have gone through my share of them. I've had thick ones, thin ones, premium Egyptian cotton and thick cotton flannel. I live in South Florida and it's important to us to have something lightweight. We have a very light weight alternative down comforter her that we needed something light to cover it. I knew that this wasn't a 1500 thread count duvet cover, and I knew that it was microfiber going into it, but that didn't bother me. We've slept with this for a few months now and I have to say that this is the softest, most lightweight and luxurious feeling duvet cover I have ever had. I'm close to 50 years old and I have hot flashes, but this wasn't too hot for me. Did I mention I live in Florida?? Paired with a thin duvet filler, and you've got yourself a perfect match. My husband can't stop commenting on how soft and comfy he is at night and that means a lot. these don't wrinkle, they wash really well and mine didn't come with any stains like some of the reviews mentioned. These were brand-new in the plastic with cardboard in the middle, and were never opened or used until I opened them. You can't beat the price and I will be buying several other colors when I get the chance, believe me. I was not paid for any reviews and I did not get this for free. I paid for it and I'm glad I did and I will be paying for more of them *** Update May/2017= still LOVING this! Please don't listen to the reviews who say they received stained. Ours came super tightly packed and wrapped in cardboard and plastic and not sure how it would have come stained unless they did it themselves. Anyway, ours has been washed several times now and it just keeps getting softer. Doesn't need ironing and doesn't wrinkle. I am in the process of deciding what other colors I want. It's worth it!!

I FEEL LIKE A QUEEN...

Let me just tell whoever is seeing this review that YOU HAVE TO GET THESE! I'm getting it in every color. I've been in need of nrw sheets I've put off buying because they have to feel exquisite which usually adds up to very expensive. This duvet makes me feel like I'm sleeping in the softest, most luxurious cloud. It manages to make the comforter cool when needed or warm when needed. I LOVE IT!!!!

Soft & Lightweight Duvet Cover

This was just what I expected and was looking for in a lightweight duvet cover. The material is very soft (kind of velvety and silky at the same time) but is pretty thin. I got white in a queen size and use it over an off-white standard queen sized down comforter and it fits almost perfect. The material is soft, almost a little clingy, so slight crease and wrinkles can be smoothe D out pretty easily. The bottom is button closure (an approx. 3 inch "flap" sort of folds over and buttons closed with clear button on the inside.) The bottom of the comforter does stick out a bit sometimes when I make the bed,but simply tugging and smoothing slightly covers it and tucks it back in the cover. Great simple cover at a great price. Doesn't seem to snag easily and washed/dries well with no noticeable shrinkage. Stains come out easily (my dog sneaked on the bed twice and made a gross stain; both times I just threw the cover in the washer & dryer after a little dab of regular detergent and stain completely gone from my all white cover).

Highly recommended if you’re not picky

So, I wanted a pretty inexpensive duvet cover to get me by until I could afford a really fancy one. I wasn’t looking for anything to complicated or with a lot of bells and whistles. I ran the cover through the dryer to fluff it out as it was creased from the packaging (duh). I wrestled with it for about ten minutes trying to figure out how to slide my gigantic king size duvet inside because this cover is VERY thin. I really like the thinness of the material though, as my duvet itself is very fluffy and soft so it doesn’t cut down on that. The color is a rich chocolate brown, exactly as expected. It did have a small snag in the fabric but for $25 I wasn’t expecting perfection. There were no ties inside and it is button enclosed which may turn off some people. I don’t care right now, although I will invest in a zipper closure in the future. It’s very soft and looks very nice on our bed. The material itself is not wrinkly. I wasn’t looking for anything that was going to be perfectly flat, as my duvet is not perfectly flat inside it (again, duh). I think it makes our bed look fluffy and inviting. Highly recommend as a cost effective duvet cover for someone who is not particular. (Side note- if you’re curious where the sloth came from, too bad. XD)

Soft and luxurious

I'm not hotsy totsy so this duvet cover suites me just fine. It is so soft that I can't wait to sleep under it directly when I remove my blanky from the bed. I just hope it does not make me sweat b/c I'm a cotton lover. Microfiber is good on furniture so I'm banking on a cozy cuddle. The color (camel) is darker than I expected so if your looking for beige pick taupe instead. Camels are my spirit animal so I am still very happy with the color. The pillow shams adds to the luxurious look and I had two extra pillows to stuff into them and it gives my bed the hotel bed look. I'm hoping they will try some patterns as well to add to the line. Solids can get boring. I really appreciated the directions on how to stuff the duvet and it worked great. Usually I don't get the corners without quite a struggle. This was easy peasy! It arrived early, it's beautiful soft, stitching is fine and it was in perfect condition! Haven't washed it yet but I expect that it will continue to be soft and silky. Love this item. Would buy again.

A must if your bed is king size!

It took me years before I finally learned what a Duvet cover was and what its purpose was for. This is the best thing ever for a king size bed because you put your big fluffy comforter inside it and when you need to wash it you just was the Duvet cover and the comforter inside it stays clean for years! The Duvet cover is light weight like a sheet. Its so easy to wash. Better than trying to wash a king size comforter. This one was a very affordable price for me and its well made and easy to slip the comforter inside. It has buttons on the end so I just button up the comforter inside it. It has little loops in each corner inside it to tie the comforter to keep it from sliding around but I did not use them and my comforter stays in place any way so far with no problems. I plan on buying more of these for the rest of the beds in our home so I can buy less expensive comforters to stuff inside these to make all the beds look really fluffy then put a printed colorful comforter on the top of them. Also this duvet cover was plenty big enough to fit my king size comforter inside it.

Beautiful soft cover!

This is one of the cheapest duvet cover sets I was able to find online and was hesitant to purchase because of some bad reviews for that but I received it and immediately fell in love with the softness! Bought it in white queen size for the guest bedroom and then had to purchase another one in king for my master bedroom. Has buttons but the comforters inside stay in place perfectly. They fabric stays cool. It's fairly easy to put on, if you know you're supposed to grab the corners of the comforter and stick inside one corner at a time. Had to leave a review and a picture of the guest bedroom cause I love these sets so much!

Great value, soft and comfortable

I've used and washed this a few times, so I came to review it. The quality is great for the price. The material is thin and lightweight, but the fabric is very smooth, comfortable and cooling. The duvet cover is true to size. The duvet doesn't slide around inside the cover. The buttons on the side are secure and don't come apart, however, sometimes the sides get folded outward and the duvet is exposed. This is mostly an aesthetic thing, so it doesn't affect usage at all. I know I'm only staying at my place for a few years, so I bought this set as something to tide me over for a while. I don't expect it to last very long, but will be back to comment on longevity if needed.

UPDATE 5/18/2017: The duvets have held up amazingly well! I am still on the original Queen duvets for my rental condo with no replacements. Still butter soft - and even though seller says no bleach they have been subjected to bleach and hot wash and still going strong. Upgrading the bedroom suite to King bed I've ordered 3 more sets in that size. If that isn't a vote of confidence I don't know what is. #ou really can't beat this for the price. I'm giving these 4 stars because frankly, I have no idea how they are going to wear. I ordered the Duvet along with a set of Hotel Luxury sheets for my Maui rental condo and I can say I was so impressed I ordered 3 more sets. They are indeed soft and silky, and breathable - so important in a tropical climate - they feel wonderful. They launder and bleach beautifully, but are not made of heavy material, so how they wash and wear in the long run is yet to be determined.
