Good results and smells better than most out there.
We have used a lot of decontamination products and most stink so bad (like Iron X) we hate using them. This one smells pretty great compared to others and does a really good job at getting off most of the brake dust and other contaminates. We like it and recommend it. Doesn't matter which one we use we still clay ours before other paint corrections are done. Amazing how much crud flies up on your car driving around. We shoot primarily from the door handles down on the sides, the nose, sometimes the hood and rear end. Leave it on for five or so minutes then wash it off well. So far we haven't seen this one stripping the wax off. That is as long as if it was good to start with. Our experience is the same for sealants and ceramic coating also. Test an area at the lower rear first. Always a good idea. Do the wheels also. We then foam and hand wash. Clay it and polish it out or just do an all in one wash wax, whatever works for you. Lower cost than Gyeon and we feel equal results.

super product. My rims were beyond repair with brown residue from the brake pads for years and the 1st application removed about 80% of the residue and one more spray and it was all gone. My vehicule is a 2000 Mazda MPV in great shape except for the wheels and now it's complete.

Earned a spot on the wall
I have a lot of car care products. I recently replaced my shelves and vowed to fit all of my products in the designated areas (and weed out unused products). I constantly try new products to see if they are any better than what I had been using. In this case, it worked just as well as anything I had used previously; I just found it a little easier to use. I had to agitate this product less to remove all of the surface contamination from the wheels. It didn't have a caustic smell either, which is a plus. Also, I used about 20% of the bottle on 4, 19" wheels. 5 applications per bottle isn’t that bad for the price. Pros: - No caustic smell - Worked as well as any other product I have used - Took less agitation to get desired results than comparable products Overall: 5 stars, will buy again

completely satisfied with result
A little skeptical at first, but after only one use it returned my factory ford lariat wheels to show room shine. More than 1 person asked if I got a new set of wheels.... very easy to use simply spray, wait for it to turn purple and wipe/rinse away no heavy brushing or scrubbing . I have cleaned the same wheels with other products and felt resigned to the fact I would never get 100% of the brake dust and oxidization off in crevices and around the bead. This product won’t disappoint

Removes well established brake dust.
Fabulous results. It's helping me remove seriously deposited brake dust from my wheels. Had I had this when the brakes first blew out, I'd still have gorgeous wheels. As it stands, I'm removing layer by layer. This is the first product I've used that's allowing me any progress at all.

10 out of 10!
This product is a 10 out of 10!!!! My wheels were beyond repair. So I thought. I had bought brake pads that left so much dust embedded into the rims, that I had to switch brake pads. The wheels made the truck look like crap. I sprayed Decon Pro on the rims. Waited about 5 minutes, but made sure that it didn't dry on the wheels by spraying a little additional every 30 seconds or so. I didn't see a lot of purple color, which made me a bit worried. I used about 8 oz on each wheel. Because my wheels were so bad, and I'm a bit lazy, I also bought scrub brushes for my drill from Drillbrush on Amazon. I used the drill and it melted away the junk on the wheels. I did find that if there were some areas not coming as clean as the rest, I sprayed some more Decon Pro on the area, waited a minute, and then used the drill in reverse. Forward and reverse settings on the drill made a huge difference getting into the tough areas. Some people complain about the smell of Decon Pro, but it wasn't any worse than any other cleaner. Besides, you should be doing this outside anyway, so I don't understand the smell complaints. The pictures speak for themselves!!!

Great at removing surface debri
Iron slag embedded into paint following snow storm from road salts. Used this combined with clay bar for a factory like smooth finish. Loved the color changing feature to let you know when it’s working.
