It didn't work. I waited too long to get it returned. I tried and tried. So frustrating. I have owned both brother and bernina embroidery machines and so I do have experience embroidering. Hopefully I can get it to a dealer and get it repaired. Wouldn't have bought it had I known. I have a feeling it's a total loss. Finally figured this out! Love the machine. Just not info to use it. Finally watched tube and learned the trick. Whew!

They are great!

The machine met my expectation, but then again I am very partial to Janome machines. They are great!

Dependable and Great Stitching

I have used my 400e for about a year and the embroidery work done has always been excellent. I do lots of arts and crafts, shirts, and wall hangings. I would not trade it for other brands.
